Cui\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7164\u77ff\u4e1a\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e24\u5e74\u524a\u51cf\u4e8689\u4e07\u4e2a\u5c97\u4f4d\u3002\u8fd9\u4ee3\u8868\u5168\u4f53\u7164\u77ff\u4e1a\u52b3\u52a8\u4eba\u53e3\u768415%\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5728\u94a2\u94c1\u4e1a\u670955\u4e07\u5de5\u4eba\u4e0b\u5c97\u3002\u4e00\u6708\uff0c\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u51b3\u5b9a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5173\u95ed4,600\u4e2a\u7164\u77ff\u573a\u3002\u867d\u7136\u73b0\u5728\u6709\u7d27\u6025\u9700\u8981\u8f6c\u7528\u6d01\u51c0\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e9b\u653f\u7b56\u5b8c\u5168\u6ca1\u6709\u4fdd\u8bc1\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\uff0c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u521b\u9020\u7eff\u8272\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u65b0\u5c97\u4f4d\u3002\u9700\u8981\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u8ba1\u5212\u2500\u2500\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5e02\u573a\u6df7\u4e71\u2500\u2500\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u77db\u76fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u4e5f\u5904\u4e8e\u505c\u6ede\uff0c\u8fd9\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u4eba\u53e3\u8fde\u7eed24\u4e2a\u6708\u4e0b\u8dcc\u3002\u4e16\u754c\u5de8\u578b\u5de5\u5382\u4e1c\u839e\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u6620\u51fa\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u79fb\u6c11\u5de5\u7684\u56f0\u5883\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u6708\u5e95\uff0c\u4e1c\u839e\u5e02\u957f\u8881\u5b9d\u6210\u8bf450\u5bb6\u5916\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1a\u57282015\u5e74\u4ece\u4e2d\u56fd\u64a4\u8d44\u3002\u6839\u636e\u300a\u65b0\u4eac\u62a5\u300b\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u4e1c\u839e\u5173\u5382\u7684\u6570\u76ee\u8d85\u8fc74\u5343\u5bb6\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u7535\u5b50\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u3002\u53bb\u884c\u4e1a\u5316\u4ee4\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u5e97\u94fa\u548c\u9910\u5385\u4e5f\u5173\u5e97\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u6570\u4ee5\u767e\u4e07\u8ba1\u4eba\u79bb\u5f00\u57ce\u5e02\u3002\u636e\u624b\u673a\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u7684\u8d44\u6599\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u4e1c\u839e\u624b\u673a\u7528\u6237\u4eba\u6570\u4ece2007\u5e74\u76841,200\u4e07\u4e0b\u8dcc\u81f3\u53bb\u5e74\u7684800\u4e07\u3002<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u65b0\u4e00\u671f\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u8005\u6742\u5fd7<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>\u7f62\u5de5\u6d6a\u6f6e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5de5\u4eba\u88ab\u8feb\u53d1\u8d77\u6297\u8bae\u548c\u7f62\u5de5\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u5f53\u5c40\u6108\u6765\u6108\u4e13\u5236\u548c\u9547\u538b\u6027\uff0c\u5de5\u4eba\u9762\u5bf9\u6108\u52a0\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u60e9\u7f5a\uff08\u88ab\u6bb4\u6253\u3001\u88ab\u89e3\u96c7\u3001\u88ab\u5224\u5750\u7262\uff09\u3002\u5236\u9020\u4e1a\u53bb\u5e7412\u6708\u7684\u7f62\u5de5\u6570\u5b57\u521b\u4e0b\u4e86\u7eaa\u5f55\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u8fd9\u4e00\u884c\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u8fd1\u6570\u6708\uff0c\u62a4\u58eb\u548c\u533b\u62a4\u4eba\u5458\u4e5f\u53d1\u8d77\u4e86\u7f62\u5de5\u6d6a\u6f6e\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u5173\u4e8e\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u7684\u77ed\u671f\u5408\u7ea6\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u6708\uff0c\u5b89\u5fbd\u7701\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u548c\u6dee\u5317\u5e02\u7684\u62a4\u58eb\u53d1\u8d77\u7f62\u5de5\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u9ad8\u5de5\u8d44\u53ca\u5e73\u7b49\u7684\u96c7\u4f63\u5408\u7ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5373\u4f7f\u300a\u65b0\u534e\u793e\u300b\u4e5f\u8b66\u544a\uff0c2016\u5e74\u201c\u5c06\u4f1a\u662f\u56f0\u96be\u7684\u4e00\u5e74\u201d\u3002\u5728\u5e74\u521d\u4e2d\u56fd\u53ca\u5168\u7403\u80a1\u707e\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u8fd9\u70b9\u6beb\u65e0\u60ac\u5ff5\u3002\u7ee7\u53bb\u5e74\u590f\u5b63\u4e0b\u8dcc43%\u540e\uff0c\u57282016\u5e74\u7684\u9996\u661f\u671f\u4e2d\u56fd\u80a1\u5e02\u518d\u6b21\u4e0b\u8dcc22%\u3002\u5168\u7403\u80a1\u5e02\u4ea6\u51fa\u73b0\u6025\u6cfb\uff0c\u53ef\u89c1\u8fd9\u4e0d\u5355\u7eaf\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u73b0\u50cf\u3002\u6cb9\u4ef7\u548c\u5546\u54c1\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0b\u8dcc\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5f15\u53d1\u6050\u614c\u3001\u8d27\u5e01\u9a9a\u52a8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5168\u7403\u503a\u52a1\u4e0a\u5347\u2500\u2500\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u5f15\u81f4\u91d1\u878d\u52a8\u8361\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7686\u662f2008\u5e74\u5f00\u59cb\u7684\u5168\u7403\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u5371\u673a\u9057\u7559\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u800c\u5371\u673a\u5e76\u672a\u6709\u5f97\u5230\u8212\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u503a\u53f0\u9ad8\u7b51\u662f\u5f15\u8d77\u5168\u7403\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u7d27\u5f20\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u6708\u4efd\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u8fbe\u4f5b\u65af\u4e16\u754c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8bba\u575b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u83c1\u82f1\u8ba8\u8bba\u7684\u7126\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6025\u901f\u653e\u7f13\uff0c\u4f46\u503a\u52a1\u4ecd\u5728\u589e\u957f\u2500\u2500\u901f\u5ea6\u6bd4\u7ecfGDP\u5feb\u4e09\u500d\uff01\u636e\u8377\u5170\u5408\u4f5c\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u4e9a\u592a\u533a\u91d1\u878d\u5e02\u573a\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u7ba1\u8fc8\u514b\u5c14\uff0e\u827e\u5f17\u5229\uff08Michael\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\uff09\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u603b\u4f53\u503a\u52a1\u57282014\u5e74\u5e74\u5360\u56fd\u5185\u751f\u4ea7\u603b\u503c\u7684282\uff05\uff0c\u57282015\u5e74\u5e74\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0a\u5347\u81f3346\uff05\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u53ef\u628a\u91d1\u878d\u4f53\u7cfb\u63a8\u5230\u7206\u7834\u70b9\uff0c\u8feb\u4f7f\u653f\u5e9c\u4ed8\u51fa\u6c89\u91cd\u4ee3\u4ef7\u6765\u633d\u6551\u3002\u6551\u5e02\u7684\u6210\u672c\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u6781\u4e3a\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\uff0c\u5206\u8584\u4e86\u539f\u672c\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8212\u7f13\u5de5\u4eba\u53ca\u4e2d\u4ea7\u9636\u7ea7\u7ecf\u6d4e\u9635\u75db\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u5e9c\u4e3a\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u91d1\u878d\u5d29\u76d8\uff0c\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u201c\u9690\u6027\u6551\u5e02\u8ba1\u5212\u201d\uff0c\u7531\u94f6\u884c\u63a8\u51fa\u501f\u8d37\u6765\u8986\u76d6\u8d1f\u503a\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u65e7\u503a\u52a1\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u4fe1\u8d37\u7684\u6548\u7387\u2500\u2500\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u9700\u8981\u6108\u6765\u6108\u591a\u7684\u4fe1\u8d37\u6765\u8fbe\u5230\u540c\u6837\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u589e\u901f\u3002\u800c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u503a\u52a1\u6301\u7eed\u4e0a\u5347\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6765\u5e74\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6743\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u6570\u5341\u5e74\u6765\u6700\u55a7\u56a3\u7684\u4e00\u5e74\u3002\u9547\u538b\u52a0\u5267\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6108\u6765\u6108\u9891\u7e41\u5730\u51fa\u73b0\u88ab\u902e\u6355\u3001\u88ab\u5931\u8e2a\u3001\u88ab\u7ed1\u67b6\u4ee5\u53ca\u88ab\u201c\u8ba4\u7f6a\u201d\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5f53\u5c40\u7528\u6108\u6765\u6108\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u7f6a\u540d\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u53ef\u5224\u7ec8\u8eab\u76d1\u7981\u7684\u201c\u98a0\u8986\u56fd\u5bb6\u653f\u6743\u201d\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u653f\u6743\u51c6\u5907\u9762\u5bf9\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u7d27\u6025\u72b6\u6001\u7684\u5148\u5146\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u77ed\u671f\u5185\u8fd9\u79cd\u201c\u9707\u6151\u6548\u679c\u201d\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6210\u529f\u5413\u6015\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\uff0c\u800c\u8bef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u9635\u75db\u53ea\u662f\u201c\u6682\u65f6\u201d\u7684\u60f3\u6cd
