\u5a5a\u59fb<!--more-->\u5e73\u6743\u4f34\u4fa3\u591a\u5143\u300d\u4e3a\u4e3b\u9898\u7684\u5927\u6e38\u884c\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u670965,000\u4eba\u53c2\u52a0\uff0c\u7834\u4e86\u5386\u5e74\u7684\u7eaa\u5f55\uff0c\u573a\u9762\u975e\u5e38\u6d69\u5927\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u662f\u6b21\u6e38\u884c\u4ea6\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u6765\u81ea23\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u540c\u5fd7\u53c2\u4e0e\uff0c\u5927\u4f1a\u4fdd\u5b88\u4f30\u8ba1\u67093000\u591a\u540d\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u8fdc\u9053\u800c\u6765\u53c2\u52a0\u3002\u53f0\u6e7e\u4e0d\u5c11\u5de5\u85aa\u9636\u7ea7\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5728\u804c\u573a\u53d7\u5230\u6b67\u89c6\u4ecd\u662f\u53f8\u7a7a\u89c1\u60ef\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u3002\u53f0\u6e7e\u4f34\u4fa3\u6743\u76ca\u63a8\u52a8\u8054\u76df\u6b63\u63a8\u51fa\u6c11\u95f4\u7248\u6c11\u6cd5\u4fee\u6b63\u8349\u6848\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u540c\u5fd7\u5a5a\u59fb\u3001\u4f34\u4fa3\u5236\u5ea6\u548c\u6536\u517b\u3001\u591a\u4eba\u5bb6\u5c5e\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u5e76\u6b63\u5728\u53d1\u52a8\u300c\u767e\u4e07\u8054\u7f72\u300d\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u76fc\u5728\u660e\u5e74\u4e5d\u6708\u80fd\u5c06\u6c11\u95f4\u7248\u8349\u6848\u9001\u8fdb\u7acb\u6cd5\u9662\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u5929\u9999\u6e2f\u540c\u5fd7\u6e38\u884c\u4ea6\u4e0d\u7518\u540e\u4eba\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u540c\u5fd7\u6e38\u884c\u4ea6\u8868\u73b0\u4e86\u6c11\u4f17\u9999\u6e2f\u4e0d\u5206\u6027\u503e\u5411\u6297\u4e89\u7684\u56e2\u7ed3\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u5973\u540c\u76df\u4f1a\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u5f69\u8679\u3001\u5973\u540c\u5b66\u793e\u548c\u5927\u540c\u4e3b\u529e\uff0c\u5c06\u7531\u94dc\u9523\u6e7e\u7ef4\u56ed\u6e38\u884c\u81f3\u4e2d\u73af\u906e\u6253\u82b1\u56ed\u3002\u5927\u4f1a\u4e3a\u652f\u6301\u540c\u6027\u604b\u53ca\u8de8\u6027\u522b\u4eba\u58eb\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0d\u53d7\u6b67\u89c6\uff0c\u547c\u5401\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u7a7f\u7740\u4ee3\u8868\u4e0d\u540c\u804c\u4e1a\u7684\u670d\u9970\u51fa\u5e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u7a81\u663e\u4e3b\u9898\uff0c\u800c\u7acb\u6cd5\u4fdd\u969c\u540c\u5fd7\u514d\u53d7\u6b67\u89c6\u4ea6\u662f\u4e3b\u6253\u8981\u6c42\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a \/>\n\u5728\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\uff0c\u793e\u4f1a\u5e76\u4e0d\u50cf\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u5f3a\u70c8\u5b97\u6559\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u5bf9\u540c\u6027\u604b\u6b67\u89c6\u8868\u73b0\u4e3a\u5916\u754c\u5e72\u9884\u6027\u7684\u6b67\u89c6\uff0c\u4f46\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u4e3b\u6d41\u610f\u8bc6\u4e2d\u4ecd\u7136\u660e\u663e\u5bf9\u540c\u6027\u604b\u6301\u6709\u53cd\u611f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5bb6\u5ead\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u538b\u5236\u66f4\u4e3a\u5389\u5bb3\u3002\u65e9\u524d\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u540d\u5a9b\u8d75\u5f0f\u829d\u4e0e\u6ce2\u5c14\u8868\u5bcc\u5546\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u592a\u5b50\u5973\u6768\u5982\u82af\uff0c\u5728\u6cd5\u56fd\u4e3e\u884c\u4e86\u4e00\u573a\u540c\u5fd7\u5a5a\u793c\u3002\u8d75\u5f0f\u829d\u7684\u7236\u4eb2\u8d75\u4e16\u66fe\u5927\u529b\u53cd\u5bf9\u5973\u513f\u7684\u6027\u53d6\u5411\u81ea\u7531\uff0c\u8fd8\u63b7\u51fa\u4e94\u4ebf\u5de8\u6b3e\u4e3a\u5973\u513f\u62db\u5a7f\uff0c\u52a1\u6c42\u8981\u4ee4\u5973\u513f\u300c\u62d7\u76f4\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8d75\u4e16\u66fe\u65f6\u5e38\u5728\u516c\u4f17\u573a\u5408\u5de6\u62e5\u53f3\u62b1\uff0c\u5973\u4f34\u4e0d\u505c\u66f4\u66ff\uff0c\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6027\u6001\u5ea6\u5341\u5206\u300c\u5f00\u653e\u300d\uff0c\u5374\u5bf9\u5176\u5973\u513f\u7684\u540c\u6027\u604b\u53d6\u5411\u6001\u5ea6\u4fdd\u5b88\u3002\u575a\u6301\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u8ba4\u771f\u611f\u60c5\u5982\u6b64\u6253\u538b\u3002\u5bf9\u8d75\u6c0f\u5bcc\u8c6a\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ee5\u91d1\u94b1\u5806\u780c\u7684\u5f02\u6027\u5173\u7cfb\u6bd4\u5973\u513f\u591a\u5e74\u575a\u8d1e\u7684\u540c\u6027\u7231\u60c5\u66f4\u4e3a\u73cd\u8d35\u3002\u7236\u6743\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u793e\u4f1a\u4e0b\uff0c\u5bb6\u5ead\u5ef6\u7eed\u548c\u4f20\u5b97\u63a5\u4ee3\u7684\u601d\u60f3\u4ee4\u5973\u6027\u5bb6\u5ead\u5730\u4f4d\u4e00\u5411\u8f83\u4f4e\uff0c\u800c\u540c\u6027\u604b\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86\u6838\u5fc3\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6784\u6210\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u4e0d\u80fd\u4e3a\u7236\u6743\u793e\u4f1a\u6240\u5bb9\u5fcd\u3002\u8fd9\u65e2\u662f\u6027\u522b\u6b67\u89c6\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u6027\u503e\u5411\u7684\u6b67\u89c6\u3002\u540e\u6765\uff0c\u8d75\u5f0f\u829d\u5728\u5979\u7684\u8138\u4e66\u4e0a\u5199\u9053\uff1a\u300c\u4e3a\u4f55\u4e2d\u56fd\u793e\u4f1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a5\u53d7\u5e76\u6b4c\u9882\u7537\u4eba\u62e5\u6709\u4e94\u4e2a\u59bb\u5b50\uff0c\u5374\u4e0d\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ba9\u5973\u4eba\u9009\u62e9\u4e0d\u8981\u4e08\u592b\uff1f\u6709\u8da3\uff01\u300d\u8fd9\u53e5\u8bdd\u771f\u5b9e\u5730\u8bbd\u523a\u7236\u6743\u793e\u4f1a\u4e0b\u7537\u5973\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u7684\u73b0\u5b9e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u4efb\u7acb\u6cd5\u4f1a\u8bae\u5458\u4eba\u6c11\u529b\u91cf\u9648\u5fd7\u5168\u51fa\u67dc\uff08\u516c\u5f00\u8868\u793a\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u540c\u6027\u604b\u8005\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u975e\u5e38\u503c\u5f97\u9f13\u821e\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u56de\u5f5215\u5e74\u6765\u9996\u6b21\u53d1\u751f\u3002\u9648\u5fd7\u5168\u5f88\u5feb\u53d7\u5230\u540c\u5fd7\u56e2\u4f53\u7684\u9752\u7750\uff0c\u4ea6\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u672c\u5e74\u540c\u5fd7\u6e38\u884c\u7684\u53d1\u8a00\u4eba\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e3a\u6027\u5e73\u6743\u6297\u4e89\u5145\u4e86\u4fe1\u5fc3\u300211\u67089\u65e5\uff0c\u591a\u4e2a\u540c\u5fd7\u56e2\u4f53\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u9999\u6e2f\u5f69\u8679\u3001\u5973\u540c\u5b66\u793e\u3001\u5973\u540c\u76df\u7b49\uff09\u4e2d\u5348\u5728\u7acb\u6cd5\u4f1a\u5916\u8fdb\u884c\u6297\u8bae\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u653f\u5e9c\u5c3d\u5feb\u5c31\u7acb\u6cd5\u4fdd\u969c\u4e0d\u540c\u6027\u503e\u5411\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u5e73\u7b49\u673a\u4f1a\u53ca\u57fa\u672c\u6743\u5229\u5c55\u5f00\u516c\u4f17\u54a8\u8be2\u3002\u8bae\u4f1a\u8fa9\u8bba\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u53f3\u7ffc\u4fdd\u5b88\u7684\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u8352\u8c2c\u7edd\u4f26\u7684\u8a00\u8bba\u3002\u81ea\u7531\u515a\u5f20\u5b87\u4eba\u8868\u793a\u4f1a\u6709\u6709\u4f2a\u88c5\u540c\u6027\u604b\u4f34\u4fa3\u800c\u6b3a\u9a97\u96c7\u4e3b\u798f\u5229\uff1b\u6c11\u5efa\u8054\u53f6\u56fd\u8c26\u66f4\u76f4\u6307\uff0c\u7acb\u6cd5\u5bf9\u534e\u4eba\u4f20\u7edf\u5236\u5ea6\u9020\u6210\u7834\u574f\uff0c\u5f15\u53d1\u793e\u4f1a\u51b2\u51fb\uff0c\u5bf9\u5b97\u6559\u56e2\u4f53\u5e26\u6765\u6781\u5ea6\u9707\u64bc\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u9053\u51fa\u540c\u6027\u604b\u4e0d\u4e3a\u73b0\u5b58\u5236\u5ea6\u6240\u5bb9\u8bb8\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u54a8\u8be2\u52a8\u8bae\u88ab\u529f\u80fd\u7ec4\u522b\u5426\u51b3\u3002\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u884c\u52a8\u652f\u6301\u4fdd\u969c\u540c\u5fd7\u7684\u6cd5\u4f8b\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4f9d\u9760\u7fa4\u4f17\u6297\u4e89\u5411\u5efa\u5236\u65bd\u538b\u4e89\u53d6\u56de\u6765\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6709\u53cd\u6b67\u89c6\u540c\u5fd7\u6cd5\u4f8b\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u8d44\u4ea7\u9636\u7ea7\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u5fc5\u8981\u65f6\u4ecd\u7136\u4f1a\u52a8\u5458\u843d\u540e\u4fdd\u5b88\u601d\u60f3\u7684\u9636\u5c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u5206\u88c2\u4e0d\u540c\u6027\u503e\u5411\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u56e2\u7ed3\u6297\u4e89\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u300c\u5b8c\u5584\u9053\u5fb7\u300d\u4e3a\u53e3\u53f7\u7ef4\u62a4\u6838\u5fc3\u5bb6\u5ead\u5236\u5ea6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u5355\u9760\u7acb\u6cd5\u5e76\u4e0d\u8db3\u591f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u4ece\u5236\u5ea6\u4e0a\u4f5c\u51fa\u6839\u672c\u7684\u6539\u53d8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u5bf9\u6027\u5c0f\u4f17\u76f8\u5bf9\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u98ce\u6c14\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u7531\u7f8e\u56fd\u8d44\u672c\u5bb6\u6216\u653f\u5e9c\u6069\u8d50\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u7fa4\u4f17\u548c\u5de5\u4eba\u8fd0\u52a8\u591a\u5e74\u6597\u4e89\u4e89\u5f97\u6765\u7684\u6210\u679c\u3002\u5728\u603b\u7edf\u9009\u4e3e\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u6709\u4e09\u5927\u5dde\uff08\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5dde\u3001\u7f05\u56e0\u5dde\u548c\u534e\u987f\u76db\u5dde\uff09\u901a\u8fc7\u4e86\u540c\u5fd7\u5a5a\u59fb\u7684\u516c\u6295\uff0c\u4f7f\u7f8e\u56fd\u627f\u8ba4\u540c\u6027\u5a5a\u59fb\u7684\u5dde\u548c\u5730\u533a\u6269\u5927\u523010\u4e2a\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u8054\u90a6\u4f9d\u7136\u672a\u8ba4\u53ef\u540c\u6027\u5a5a\u59fb\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u5171\u548c\u515a\u7684\u6d53\u539a\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u80cc\u666f\u52bf\u529b\uff0c\u4ee4\u515a\u66f4\u9c9c\u660e\u7ad9\u5728\u53cd\u540c\u5fd7\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\uff0c\u8fd9\u4ee4\u5965\u5df4\u9a6c\u6210\u529f\u5236\u9020\u4e0d\u5c11\u5e7b\u60f3\uff0c\u5728\u9009\u4e3e\u4e2d\u4e89\u53d6\u5230\u4e0d\u5c11\u300c\u7c89\u7ea2\u9009\u7968\u300d\u3002\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u653f\u5e9c\u4f1a\u771f\u6b63\u4fdd\u969c\u540c\u5fd7\u7684\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u7740\u540c\u6027\u604b\u7684\u666e\u904d\u6b67\u89c6\u5c31\u4f1a\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u793e\u4f1a\u6d88\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f01\u4e1a\u8fd1\u5e74\u9ad8\u8c03\u652f\u6301LGBT\u6216\u8d5e\u52a9\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u662f\u8d44\u4ea7\u9636\u7ea7\u8981\u6536\u7f16\u540c\u5fd7\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u5176\u6fc0\u8fdb\u5316\u6210\u53cd\u8d22\u56e2\u6216\u53cd\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u8981\u6536\u5272\u540c\u5fd7\u8fd0\u52a8\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u5e02\u573a\u516c\u53f8\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0c\u5355\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u6709\u9ad8\u8fbe1,800\u4e07\u4eba\u7684LGBT\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u53ef\u6d88\u8d39\u6536\u5165\uff08\u5373\u7a7a\u95f2\u94b1\uff09\u9ad8\u8fbe7,900\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u4eba\u7ea64.4\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u8fdc\u9ad8\u4e8e\u5168\u56fd\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u65702.6\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5dde\u53bb\u5e74\u901a\u8fc7\u540c\u6027\u5a5a\u59fb\u5408\u6cd5\u5316\u540e\uff0c\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5ba1\u8ba1\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u4ea6\u9884\u8ba13\u5e74\u5185\uff0c\u53ef\u5e26\u52a8\u5a5a\u5bb4\u53ca\u871c\u6708\u65c5\u6e38\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u529b\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca1.42\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u5e9e\u5927\u5546\u673a\uff0c\u6709\u516c\u53f8\u660e\u660e\u67aa\u6253\u7740\u670d\u52a1LGBT\u7684\u65d7\u53f7\uff0c\u7f8e\u6797\u94f6\u884c\u6210\u7acb\u4e13\u95e8\u670d\u52a1LGBT\u7684\u7406\u8d22\u987e\u95ee\u56e2\u961f\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u6240\u63d0\u5021\u7684\u300c\u6027\u5e73\u6743\u300d\u662f\u865a\u4f2a\u7684\uff0c\u4e3a\u7684\u662f\u725f\u53d6\u5229\u6da6\uff0c\u53ea\u4e3a\u4e2d\u4e0a\u9636\u5c42\u6709\u6d88\u8d39\u529b\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u57fa\u5c42\u6c11\u4f17\u548c\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u88ab\u6392\u9664\u5728\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>LGBT<\/strong><strong>\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd<\/strong><b><br \/>\n<\/b><br
