rel=\"noopener\">\u4e2d\u5171\u5341\u4e5d\u5927<\/a>\u9886\u5bfc\u5c42\u6362\u5c4a\u5c06\u81f3\uff0c\u8868\u9762\u4e0a\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u6ca1\u6709\u906d\u9047\u5230\u654c\u5bf9\u6d3e\u7cfb\u7684\u5f3a\u529b\u53cd\u6297\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u53ea\u662f\u66b4\u98ce\u96e8\u524d\u5915\u7684\u5e73\u9759\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u5f53\u7136\uff0c\u5728\u5a92\u4f53\u88ab\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u64cd\u63a7\u4e0b\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5916\u5a92\u4e5f\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5c48\u670d\u4e8e\u5f53\u5c40\u7684\u8a00\u8bba\u5ba1\u67e5\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u96be\u5b8c\u5168\u638c\u63e1\u4e13\u5236\u5f53\u5c40\u91cc\u7a76\u7adf\u5728\u53d1\u751f\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e8b\u60c5\u3002\uff08\u5c31\u8fde\u5916\u5a92\u4e5f\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5c48\u670d\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002\u57284\u6708\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u300a\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e4b\u97f3\u300b\u4e2d\u65ad\u4e86\u4e0e\u5bcc\u5546\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u7684\u8bbf\u95ee\uff0c5\u540d\u804c\u5458\u88ab\u505c\u804c\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u6b63\u5982\u6211\u4eec\u4e00\u76f4\u6240\u6307\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u515a\u56fd\u5185\u90e8\u6743\u6597\u7684\u6839\u6e90\u4e0d\u5728\u4e8e\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u6027\u683c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5728\u4e8e\u73b0\u884c\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u5371\u673a\u6b63\u5728\u52a0\u5267\u3002\u5f53\u4eca\u4e2d\u5171\u9886\u5bfc\u5c42\u62c5\u5fe7\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8fdb\u884c\u9547\u75db\u7684\u6539\u53d8\uff08\u7d27\u7f29\u653f\u7b56\u53ca\u6574\u987f\u8fc7\u5ea6\u8d1f\u503a\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u515a\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u5b58\u4ea1\u5371\u673a\u3002\u4f46\u5317\u4eac\u63a8\u884c\u6b64\u4e00\u653f\u7b56\u65f6\u4e3e\u6b65\u4e3a\u8270\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u201c\u571f\u7687\u5e1d\u201d\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8d44\u672c\u5bb6\u7684\u65e2\u5f97\u5229\u76ca\u800c\u4f5c\u51fa\u963b\u6320\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8fc5\u901f\u6269\u5f20\uff0c\u6311\u6218\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u5927\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u4ee4\u95ee\u9898\u66f4\u52a0\u68d8\u624b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6743\u5e0c\u671b\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u90fd\u76f8\u4fe1\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u5927\u6743\u5728\u63e1\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u662f\u81ea\u6bdb\u6cfd\u4e1c\u4ee5\u6765\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u5f3a\u52bf\u7684\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u3002\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u6709\u5408\u7406\u539f\u56e0\u6000\u7591\u5176\u771f\u786e\u6027\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u51fa\u73b0\u591a\u4e2a\u5f81\u5146\uff0c\u4ece\u4e2d\u53ef\u89c1\u4e2d\u5171\u5404\u6d3e\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u6218\u4e89\u6b63\u5728\u52a0\u5267\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u5728\u6574\u987f\u91d1\u878d\u4e1a\uff0c\u8c03\u67e5\u51e0\u95f4\u9ad8\u8d1f\u8d23\u6bd4\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u201c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u98ce\u9669\u201d\u90a3\u4e48\u7b80\u5355\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\uff0d\uff0d\u865a\u5f20\u58f0\u52bf\u800c\u5df2\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u6837\u5730\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u770b\u5230\u6d41\u4ea1\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5bcc\u5546<a href=\"https:\/\/cn.nytimes.com\/china\/20170531\/china-guo-wengui\/zh-hant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u90ed\u6587\u8d35<\/a>\u3002\u8bda\u7136\u4ed6\u53ef\u80fd\u53ea\u662f\u501f\u717d\u60c5\u7684\u82b1\u8a00\u5de7\u8bed\uff0c\u6765\u907f\u514d\u88ab\u9063\u8fd4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u593a\u56de\u4ed6\u88ab\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u4e8e2015\u5e74\u6240\u51bb\u7ed3\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c\u4e0d\u8fc7\u6211\u4eec\u4ea6\u4e0d\u80fd\u6392\u9664\u4ed6\u4e5f\u662f\u6743\u529b\u6597\u4e89\u4e0b\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u3002\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u5ba3\u79f0\u62e5\u6709\u5173\u4e8e\u4e2d\u5171\u9ad8\u5c42\u6781\u5ea6\u5177\u7834\u574f\u6027\u7684\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4ed6\u4eec\u65c5\u5c45\u6d77\u5916\u7684\u5bb6\u5c5e\u6240\u9690\u85cf\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u8d22\u5bcc\uff0c\u4f46\u81f3\u4eca\u4ed6\u660e\u663e\u4ecd\u6ca1\u6709\u63d0\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u5b9e\u8d28\u8bc1\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u53ef\u80fd\u53ea\u662f\u5728\u865a\u5f20\u58f0\u52bf\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e5f\u7b97\u662f\u6597\u4e89\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u4ed6\u4e3b\u8981\u9488\u5bf9\u738b\u5c90\u5c71\u53ca\u5176\u53cd\u8d2a\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4e0d\u6cd5\u624b\u6bb5\u3002\u4e0d\u6392\u9664\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u4ee3\u8868\u201c\u67d0\u5176\u4ed6\u52bf\u529b\u201d\u53bb\u6253\u51fb\u738b\u5c90\u5c71\uff0c\u4ee5\u963b\u4ed6\u7559\u4efb\u653f\u6cbb\u5c40\u5e38\u59d4\u81f32022\u5e74\uff08\u8fd9\u4f1a\u6253\u7834\u4e2d\u5171\u4e03\u4e0a\u516b\u4e0b\u7684\u6f5c\u89c4\u5219\uff09\u3002\u4e5f\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u8bd5\u56fe\u524a\u5f31\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u4e0e\u738b\u5c90\u5c71\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u540c\u76df\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u5e76\u8feb\u4f7f\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u5728\u5341\u4e5d\u5927\u6269\u5927\u81ea\u5df1\u6743\u529b\u65b9\u9762\u4f5c\u51fa\u8ba9\u6b65\u3002\u5f53\u7136\uff0c\u4e8b\u5b9e\u7a76\u7adf\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5f88\u5feb\u81ea\u6709\u5206\u6653\u3002<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"http:\/\/chinaworker.info\/cn\/2016\/12\/05\/13787\/\">\u5ef6\u4f38\u9605\u8bfb\uff1a\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u6210\u201c\u4e60\u6838\u5fc3\u201d\u27b5<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>\u5bf9\u91d1\u878d\u4e1a\u7684\u6574\u987f\u4e5f\u5f15\u53d1\u4e86\u8bf8\u591a\u731c\u6d4b\u3002\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u77e5\u9053\u4e1a\u5185\u8d2a\u8150\u53ca\u4e0d\u6cd5\u52fe\u5f53\u7316\u7357\u3002\u73b0\u4eca\u503a\u52a1\u8d1f\u62c5\u6b63\u5728\u8fc5\u901f\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6ca1\u6709\u53d7\u9650\u5236\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u5c06\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f<a rel=\"noopener\">\u6574\u4e2a\u94f6\u884c\u4f53\u5236\u5d29\u6e83<\/a>\u3002\u800c\u82e5\u679c\u6574\u4e2a\u94f6\u884c\u4f53\u5236\u5d29\u6e83\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4ee4\u4e2d\u5171\u5d29\u6e83\u3002\u4f46\u8fd9\u6b21\u7684\u6574\u987f\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u6291\u5236\u91d1\u878d\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u9650\u5236\u72ec\u98df\u800c\u8fc7\u80a5\u7684\u8d44\u672c\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u591a\u540d\u6743\u8d35\u88ab\u6d88\u5931<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u6708\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7ed1\u67b6\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bcc\u5546\u8427\u5efa\u534e\u3002\u636e\u62a5\u4ed6\u662f\u4e2d\u5171\u9ad8\u5c42\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4eb2\u5c5e\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u201c\u767d\u624b\u5957\u201d\uff08\u6d17\u94b1\u4e2d\u95f4\u4eba\uff09\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8427\u5efa\u534e\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u8d44\u6599\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u6743\u529b\u6597\u4e89\u4e2d\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u5e26\u6765\u7834\u574f\u6027\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u53ca\u540e\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u4ea6\u62c9\u4e0b\u9a6c\u5e76\u62d8\u6355\u4e86\u4fdd\u9669\u4e1a\u7684\u9ad8\u5c42\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u56db\u6708\u62d8\u6355\u4e86\u524d\u4e2d\u56fd\u4fdd\u76d1\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d\u9879\u4fca\u6ce2\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u516d\u6708\u6293\u4e86\u5bcc\u5546\u5434\u5c0f\u6656\u3002\u5434\u5c0f\u6656\u7684\u5b89\u90a6\u4fdd\u9669\u6b64\u524d\u5728\u6d77\u5916\u8fdb\u884c\u5927\u5e45\u5e76\u8d2d\uff0c\u81ea6\u670822\u65e5\u8d77\u56db\u95f4\u6d89\u53ca\u4f17\u591a\u6d77\u5916\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u53d7\u5230\u94f6\u76d1\u4f1a\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u540c\u6837\u53d7\u67e5\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u5305\u62ec\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u590d\u661f\u56fd\u9645\u3001\u5927\u578b\u5730\u4ea7\u5546\u5927\u8fde\u4e07\u8fbe\u4e0e\u822a\u7a7a\u516c\u53f8\u6d77\u822a\u96c6\u56e2\u3002\u8fd9\u56db\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u65ad\u5927\u91cf\u5e76\u8d2d\u6d77\u5916\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u80a1\u7968\u548c\u8d22\u4ea7\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u9488\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u7b49\u53d1\u8fbe\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u4ee4\u4eba\u6000\u7591\u5f53\u4e2d\u8bb8\u591a\u4ea4\u6613\u662f\u5426\u4e3a\u4e86\u8f6c\u79fb\u8d44\u4ea7\u3001\u6d77\u5916\u85cf\u5bcc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8c03\u67e5\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u53cd\u6620\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u6218\u4e89\u5c55\u5f00\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u6218\u7ebf\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u6253\u7740\u6253\u51fb\u201c\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u98ce\u9669\u201d\u7684\u65d7\u53f7\uff0c\u4f46\u6697\u5730\u91cc\u9488\u5bf9\u4e0e\u4e2d\u5171\u9ad8\u5c42\u6709\u5bc6\u5207\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u4e0e\u5bcc\u5546\uff08\u5434\u5c0f\u6656\u53ca\u5b89\u90a6\u8ddf\u6c5f\u6d3e\u7684\u66fe\u5e86\u7ea2\u5bb6\u65cf\u6709\u8054\u7cfb\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u5bf9\u5176\u653f\u654c\u7684\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u8b66\u544a\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0d\u8981\u53cd\u5bf9\u4ed6\u5728\u5341\u4e5d\u5927\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u4ee5\u56fe\u5de9\u56fa\u4ed6\u7684\u6743\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
