\u4f46\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u9636\u7ea7\u77db\u76fe\u65e5\u76ca\u6076\u5316\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u7ecf\u6d4e\u3001\u5de5\u4eba\u3001\u73af\u4fdd\u7b49\u90fd\u95ee\u9898\u662f\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u5b9a\u65f6\u70b8\u5f39\uff0c\u968f\u65f6\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u7206\u53d1\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u7fa4\u4f17\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5b66\u751f\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e0e\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e94\u6708\u98ce\u66b4\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ed9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u662f\u5b66\u751f\u5728\u7fa4\u4f17\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e2d\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u4eec\u540c\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u6cd5\u56fd\u4e94\u6708\u98ce\u66b4\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u6700\u6210\u529f\u7684\u5b66\u8fd0\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u4e0d\u5728\u4e8e\u5176\u5b66\u8fd0\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u5f3a\u5927\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5176\u89e6\u53d1\u4e86\u6574\u4e2a\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u7684\u603b\u7f62\u5de5\u6597\u4e89\uff0c\u7ee7\u800c\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u626b\u8d70\u5f53\u6743\u8005\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u53d6\u800c\u4ee3\u4e4b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b66\u751f\u5728\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e2d\u65e0\u7591\u80fd\u591f\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u800c\u8fdb\u6b65\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6\u4eec\u65e0\u6cd5\u72ec\u81ea\u9886\u5bfc\u7fa4\u4f17\u5efa\u7acb\u65b0\u793e\u4f1a\u3002\u5b66\u751f\u65e0\u6cd5\u626e\u6f14\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u800c\u6709\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u5219\u80fd\u505a\u5230\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u3002\u5b66\u751f\u4e2d\u7684\u4f7c\u4f7c\u8005\u5f80\u5f80\u6765\u81ea\u4e0a\u5c42\u793e\u4f1a\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u88ab\u4e13\u95e8\u57f9\u517b\u6210\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u793e\u4f1a\u4e2d\u7684\u7cbe\u82f1\uff0c\u800c\u6765\u81ea\u5176\u4ed6\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u5219\u8ba4\u540c\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u548c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6597\u4e89\u3002\u6362\u53e5\u8bdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5b66\u751f\u961f\u4f0d\u4e2d\u770b\u5230\u9636\u7ea7\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u6240\u6709\u9636\u7ea7\u77db\u76fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u534e\u8bed\u5730\u533a\u4e2d\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u201c\u795e\u5316\u201d\u5b66\u8fd0\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u201c\u8fd9\u662f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u201d\uff0c\u5c06\u5b66\u751f\u63a8\u4e3e\u4e3a\u9886\u5bfc\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u51fa\u73b0\u57281989\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5929\u5b89\u95e8\u8fd0\u52a8\u30012014\u5e74\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u96e8\u4f1e\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca2014\u53f0\u6e7e\u7684\u592a\u9633\u82b1\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002\u7684\u786e\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u6cd5\u56fd\u4e94\u6708\u98ce\u66b4\u90a3\u6837\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u662f\u53d1\u52a8\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8fd0\u52a8\u7684\u5173\u952e\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u4f46\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u88ab\u5938\u5927\u4e86\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4ed6\u9636\u5c42\u7684\u7fa4\u4f17\uff08\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\uff09\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u5219\u88ab\u6de1\u5316\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u5b8c\u5168\u88ab\u5ffd\u89c6\u3002\u6709\u65f6\u8fd9\u662f\u65e0\u610f\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u6709\u65f6\u662f\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u7684\u653f\u654c\u523b\u610f\u4e3a\u4e4b\u3002\u7fa4\u4f17\u88ab\u8d2c\u4f4e\u4e3a\u5b66\u751f\u4eec\u7684\u201c\u5566\u5566\u961f\u201d\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u7531\u6709\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u52b3\u52a8\u9636\u7ea7\u5e26\u9886\u6597\u4e89\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5b66\u751f\u7cbe\u82f1\u4e3b\u4e49\u662f\u4e2a\u9519\u8bef\u7684\u7acb\u573a\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5f53\u5e74\u7684\u81f4\u547d\u4f24\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u4e94\u6708\u98ce\u66b4\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u6ca1\u6709\u81ea\u6211\u4efb\u547d\u4e3a\u8fd0\u52a8\u7684\u4e3b\u5bfc\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u8d70\u8fdb\u5de5\u4eba\u5ba3\u4f20\u7f62\u5de5\u3002\u5728\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0c\u5de5\u4eba\u51b2\u7834\u4e86\u4fdd\u5b88\u7684\u5de5\u4f1a\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u7684\u675f\u7f1a\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u7f62\u5de5\u4e5f\u4ece\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\u4e3a\u671f\u4e00\u5929\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u53d1\u5c55\u6210\u6709\u53f2\u4ee5\u6765\u6700\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u603b\u7f62\u5de5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b63\u6b63\u662f\u8fde\u7eed\u7684\u603b\u7f62\u5de5\u762b\u75ea\u4e86\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u793e\u4f1a\uff0c\u67b6\u7a7a\u6234\u9ad8\u4e50\u653f\u5e9c\u3002\u603b\u7f62\u5de5\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u201c\u793e\u4f1a\u662f\u7531\u8c01\u7edf\u6cbb\u201d\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u5fc5\u987b\u63a5\u7ba1\u8fc7\u53bb\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u7edf\u6cbb\u9636\u7ea7\u6240\u626e\u6f14\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5de5\u4eba\u5f00\u59cb\u660e\u767d\u81ea\u5df1\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u6c11\u4e3b\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u5efa\u8bbe\u8d77\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e2d\u6e2f\u53f0\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u7406\u89e3\u5230\uff0c\u6597\u4e89\u9700\u8981\u53d1\u5c55\u4e3a\u4ee5\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c
