\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5f02\u89c1\u5206\u5b50\u9a6c\u683c\u5c3c\u8328\u57fa\uff08Sergei Magnitsky\uff09\u57282009\u5e74\u4e8e\u72f1\u4e2d\u8eab\u4ea1\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u8ba2\u7acb\u9a6c\u683c\u5c3c\u8328\u57fa\u6cd5\uff08Magnitsky Act\uff09\u6765\u5236\u88c1\u6d89\u6848\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5b98\u5458\uff0c\u53ca\u540e\u66f4\u5c06\u6b64\u6cd5\u63a8\u5e7f\u5230\u5168\u7403\u3002\u6709\u4eba\u547c\u5401\u628a\u9999\u6e2f\u53ca\u4e2d\u56fd\u6253\u538b\u4eba\u6743\u7684\u5b98\u5458\u4e5f\u52a0\u5165\u5230\u5236\u88c1\u540d\u5355\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5236\u88c1\u8f6f\u5f31\u65e0\u529b\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u53ea\u662f\u7981\u6b62\u4ed6\u4eec\u5165\u5883\u7f8e\u56fd\u3001\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u8fdb\u884c\u8d38\u6613\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u51bb\u7ed3\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u5236\u88c1\u6240\u9002\u7528\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u53ea\u662f\u975e\u7f8e\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u7684\u201c\u5916\u56fd\u4eba\u201d\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u6e2f\u201c\u88f8\u5b98\u201d\u5bb6\u5c5e\u90fd\u62e5\u6709\u897f\u65b9\u56fd\u5bb6\u56fd\u7c4d\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5236\u88c1\u6839\u672c\u6beb\u65e0\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u8005\u4e00\u76f4\u5f3a\u8c03\u96c6\u4f53\u6297\u4e89\u662f\u63a8\u7ffb\u72ec\u88c1\u66b4\u653f\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u6b22\u8fce\u8349\u6839\u793e\u8fd0\u7684\u81ea\u53d1\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u8b6c\u5982\u5251\u6865\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u6821\u53cb\u8981\u6c42\u5927\u5b66\u892b\u593a\u6797\u90d1\u6708\u5a25\u7684\u8363\u8a89\u5b66\u4f4d\u3002\u867d\u7136\u8fd9\u4e9b\u884c\u52a8\u81ea\u8eab\u5e76\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u6539\u53d8\u653f\u5e9c\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4f46\u81f3\u5c11\u80fd\u591f\u5524\u8d77\u5927\u5bb6\u7684\u610f\u8bc6\u5e76\u63a8\u52a8\u65b0\u7684\u7fa4\u4f17\u6297\u4e89\u3002<\/p>\n
