\uff09\u4f1a\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u968f\u5373\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u8bae\u4f1a\u4e2d\u4e0b\u8fbe\u4e86\u7981\u8a00\u4ee4\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u4ed6\u4eec\u5411\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u900f\u9732\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u4f46\u5a92\u4f53\u4ecd\u7136\u5f97\u6089\u4e86\u6709\u5173\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u800c\u7ef4\u591a\u5229\u4e9a\u5dde\u5c45\u6c11\u4ea6\u5f00\u59cb\u6e05\u695a\u770b\u5230\u653f\u5e9c\u51c6\u5907\u5982\u4f55 \u4e2a\u79c1\u4eba\u4f4f\u5b85\u5355\u4f4d\uff0c\u800c Richmond \u5317\u90e8\u5219\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0 900 \u4e2a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96c5\u62c9\u5e02\u6709\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u513f\u7ae5\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u516c\u5171\u5c4b \u6751\uff0c\u800c\u5c4b\u6751\u53ea\u5360\u6709\u571f\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u7684 1% \uff01\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\u4f1a\u5c06\u6240\u6709\u516c\u4f17\u8fd0\u52a8\u573a\u548c\u516c\u56ed\u653e\u552e\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u5174\u5efa\u6602\u8d35\u7684\u79c1\u4eba\u4f4f\u5b85\u5927\u53a6\u3002\u513f\u7ae5\u548c\u5bb6\u4eba\u5c06\u65e0\u5904\u53ef\u53bb\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u58f0\u79f0\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8ba1\u5212\u4f1a\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f4f\u5c4b\u533a\u300c\u53bb\u8d2b\u6c11 \u4ef7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u9762\u4e34\u5371\u9669\u7684\u5185\u57ce\u516c\u5171\u623f\u5c4b\u533a\u57df\u4e2d\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\u4e2d\u6709\u8457\u653f\u6d3b\u8fd0\u52a8\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u3002\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u515a\u5728\u90a3\u4e9b\u793e\u533a\u4e2d\u624e\u6839\u591a\u5e74\u3002\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u515a\u901a\u8fc7\u6570\u6708\u7684\u7fa4\u4f17\u4f1a\u8bae\u548c\u96c6\u4f1a\uff0c\u6b66\u88c5\u7fa4\u4f17\uff0c\u505a\u597d\u5bf9\u6297\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u9634\u8c0b\u7684\u51c6\u5907\u3002\u5f53\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8ba1\u5212\u66dd\u5149\u65f6\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u515a\u5c31\u8d77\u6765\u4e0e\u4e4b\u6297\u8861\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u653f\u6cbb\u4e0a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8d77\u6765\u4e86\u7684\u4f4f\u623f\u533a\uff0c\u7fa4\u4f17\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e3e\u884c\u4e86\u3002\u6765\u81ea\u5927\u91cf\u4e0d\u540c\u793e\u7fa4\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u53d1\u8a00\uff0c\u8868\u8fbe\u4ed6\u4eec\u652f\u6301\u8fd9\u4e00\u634d\u536b\u516c\u5171\u623f\u5c4b\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u573a\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u4f4d\u516b\u5341\u5c81\u7684\u534e\u88d4\u5c45\u6c11\u6731\u592a\u592a\u4e3b\u5f20\uff0c\u4eba\u4eba\u90fd\u5e94\u8be5\u4eab\u6709\u6b63\u4e49\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u80fd\u53ea\u6709\u5bcc\u4eba\u3002\u5979\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5c06\u5bcc\u4eba\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u7f6e\u4e8e\u793e\u4f1a\u516c\u4f17\u5229\u76ca\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7fa4\u4f17\u4f1a\u8bae\u6295\u7968\u4e00\u81f4\u901a\u8fc7\u6210\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff0c\u4ee5\u6307\u5bfc\u4fdd\u536b\u516c\u5c4b\u7528\u5730\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u548c\u8001\u5e74\u5c45\u6c11\u90fd\u7b7e\u540d\u52a0\u5165\u8fd9\u4e2a\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u59d4 \u5458\u4f1a\u6295\u7968\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e3e\u884c\u4e00\u6b21\u7fa4\u4f17\u96c6\u4f1a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53cd\u5bf9\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5e76\u6d3e\u51fa\u4ee3\u8868\u56e2\u5411\u5efa\u9020\u4e1a\u5de5\u4f1a\u5bfb\u6c42\u652f\u6301\u3002\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5efa\u9020\u4e1a\u5de5\u4f1a\uff08\u5728\u7ef4\u591a\u5229\u4e9a\u5dde\u7279\u522b\u5f3a\u5927\uff09\u5e94\u8be5\u62d2\u7edd\u5728\u516c\u5c4b\u7528 \u5730\u4e0a\u5174\u5efa\u79c1\u4eba\u4f4f\u5b85\u3002\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5e94\u8be5\u8981\u6c42\u5728\u7ef4\u591a\u5229\u4e9a\u5dde\u5efa\u9020\u66f4\u591a\u516c\u5c4b\u3002\u8fd9\u5c06\u521b\u9020\u5c31\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\u5e76\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u3002\u5355\u5355\u5728\u7ef4\u591a\u5229\u4e9a\u5dde\u5c31\u6709\u8fd1\u56db\u4e07\u4eba\u8f6e\u5019\u516c\u5c4b\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u5dde \u653f\u5e9c\u66fe\u591a\u6b21\u8bd5\u56fe\u7834\u574f\u8be5\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002\u6bcf\u5f53\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8fd0\u52a8\u8981\u53ec\u96c6\u4f1a\u8bae\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c31\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u65f6\u95f4\u5b89\u6392\u7ade\u4e89\u7684\u4f1a\u8bae\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u4ee5\u536b\u751f\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u4e3a\u7531\uff0c\u62d2\u7edd\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u515a\u79df\u7528\u4f1a\u8bae\u5ba4\uff0c\u4f46\u4e4b\u540e\u4ed6
