\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u519b\u6f14\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u63aa\u65bd\u589e\u52a0\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u7d27\u5f20\u5c40\u52bf\uff0c\u65e0\u53ef\u5426\u8ba4\u6fc0\u8d77\u4e86\u53f0\u6e7e\u53cd\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u4eba\u7684\u6c11\u65cf\u4e3b\u4e49\u548c\u79cd\u65cf\u4e3b\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u653f\u5e9c\u5411\u83f2\u653f\u5e9c\u53d1\u51fa\u6700\u540e\u901a\u7252\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u5bf9\u6d2a\u77f3\u6210\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4f5c\u51fa\u6b63\u5f0f\uff08\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u65b9\uff09\u7684\u9053\u6b49\uff0c\u5411\u5176\u5bb6\u4eba\u4f5c\u51fa\u8d54\u507f\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5f53\u65f6\u8d1f\u8d23\u5c04\u51fb\u7684\u6d77\u5cb8\u8b66\u536b\u79fb\u4ea4\u81f3\u53f0\u6e7e\u8fdb\u884c\u53f8\u6cd5\u88c1\u5224\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e24 \u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u5747\u53d7\u5230\u653f\u6cbb\u56e0\u7d20\u4e0e\u58f0\u8a89\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u6240\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5728\u4e94\u6708\u5341\u4e09\u65e5\u7684\u4e2d\u671f\u5927\u9009\uff0c\u4ee4\u83f2\u653f\u5e9c\u51b3\u5b9a\u5ef6\u8fdf\u8fd9\u4e2a\u53ef\u4ee5\u6765\u5f97\u66f4\u65e9\u7684\u9053\u6b49\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u201c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2d\u56fd\u201d\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u590d \u6742\u6027\uff0c\u4ee4\u83f2\u53f0\u4e24\u653f\u5e9c\u6ca1\u6709\u6b63\u5f0f\u56fd\u4e0e\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u5bf9\u53f0\u6e7e\u653f\u5e9c\u6765\u8bf4\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u8457\u9053\u6b49\u4e0d\u591f\u6b63\u5f0f\u8bda\u6073\u3002\u83f2\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u9053\u6b49\u53ea\u4ee3\u8868\u5176\u201c\u4eba\u6c11\u201d\u4f5c\u51fa\uff0c\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u63d0\u5230\u201c\u653f\u5e9c\u201d\u3002\u8fd9\u7ed9\u4e88 \u4e86\u53f0\u6e7e\u7edf\u6cbb\u8005\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u5e76\u5229\u7528\u6b64\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5176\u5236\u88c1\u7684\u85c9\u53e3\uff0c\u800c\u53d7\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u5374\u662f\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5de5\u4eba\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u7edf\u6cbb\u7cbe\u82f1\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u963f\u57fa\u8bfa\u653f\u5e9c\u8868\u793a\u5c0a\u91cd\u201c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2d\u56fd\u201d\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5a92\u4f53\u5e76 \u6b64\uff0c\u4e94\u6708\u4e5d\u65e5\u7684\u67aa\u6740\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u8fde\u7cfb\u5230\u80cc\u540e\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u590d\u6742\uff0c\u548c\u4e0d\u65ad\u5347\u7ea7\u7684\u6d77\u4e8b\u7ea0\u7eb7\u3002\u5357\u4e2d\u56fd\u6d77\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e1d\u56fd\u4e3b\u4e49\u5728\u4e9a\u6d32\u201c\u518d\u5e73\u8861\u201d\u7684\u5173\u952e\u7126\u70b9\uff0c\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u76d1\u89c6 \u671f\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u6d77\u5cb8\u8b66\u536b\u961f\u4ee5\u201c\u975e\u6cd5\u95ef\u5165\u201d\u4e3a\u7531\u5728\u65e5\u53f0\u4e24\u4e2a\u653f\u5e9c\u90fd\u58f0\u79f0\u4e3b\u6743\u7684\u4e89\u8bae\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u902e\u6355\u4e86\u53f0\u6e7e\u6e14\u8239\u7684\u8239\u5458\u3002\u8fd9\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4ee4\u53f0\u653f\u5e9c\u5c24\u5176\u5c34\u5c2c\uff0c\u56e0\u5176\u5728\u56db\u6708\u5341\u65e5\u624d\u521a\u4e0e\u65e5\u653f\u5e9c \u7b7e\u8ba2\u4e86\u5728\u9493\u9c7c\u5c9b\u9644\u8fd1\u533a\u57df\u7684\u6355\u9c7c\u5408\u7ea6\u3002\u8fd9\u573a\u4ea4\u6613\u60f9\u8d77\u5317\u4eac\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u6124\u6012\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u9a73\u65a5\u53cc\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u5ba3\u79f0\u62e5\u6709\u9493\u9c7c\u53f0\u4e3b\u6743\uff0c\u5e76\u540c\u65f6\u5728\u6b64\u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\u4e0e\u65e5\u653f\u5e9c\u9677\u5165\u50f5\u5c40\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u5bcc\u8c6a\u7cbe\u82f1 \u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5730\u57df\u6743\u529b\u6597\u4e89\u6240\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u5c40\u52bf\u7d27\u5f20\uff0c\u4f7f\u50cf\u4e94\u6708\u4e5d\u65e5\u7684\u67aa\u6740\u60b2\u5267\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u5730\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u8005\u53cd\u5bf9\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u56fd\u7c4d\u6e14\u6c11\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u6ecb\u6270\uff0c\u548c\u5bf9\u5176\u751f\u547d \u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\uff0c\u8fd9\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u7531\u533a\u57df\u6743\u529b\u6597\u4e89\u6240\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u4e25\u91cd\u8017\u635f\u7684\u6e14\u8d44\u6e90\uff08\u8fc7\u5ea6\u6355\u9c7c\u548c\u56e0\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u4f7f\u6d77\u6d0b\u53d8\u6696\u53ca\u9178\u5316\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86\u66f4\u5f3a\u70c8\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\uff0c\u8feb\u4f7f\u6e14\u6c11\u822a \u884c\u5230\u66f4\u8fdc\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u53ca\u5192\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u975e\u6cd5\u884c\u4e8b\u3002\u53f0\u6e7e\u6e14\u4e1a\u754c\u7684\u4ea7\u91cf\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u7b2c\u516d\u5927\uff0c\u4ea7\u91cf\u57282001\u5e74\u7684773,000\u5428\u4e0b\u964d\u81f32010\u5e74\u7684688,000\u5428\u3002 \u9a6c\u603b\u7edf\u57282008\u5e74\u8d62\u5f97\u5927\u9009\uff0c\u627f\u8bfa\u8981\u6253\u7834\u884c\u4e1a\u840e\u9761\u4e0d\u632f\u7684\u547d\u8fd0\uff0c\u4f46\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u6210\u529f\u505c\u6b62\u4ea7\u91cf\u7684\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\u53ea\u80fd\u901a\u8fc7\u8de8\u56fd\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u673a\u5236\u6765\u7ba1\u7406\u6d77\u6d0b\u7684 \u6709\u9650\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u5e76\u91c7\u53d6\u7d27\u6025\u884c\u52a8\u907f\u514d\u707e\u96be\u6027\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u80fd\u76f8\u4fe1\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u4ece\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u5df2\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\u4eec\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5bf9\u5229\u6da6\u7684\u6b32\u671b\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u53d7\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u89c4\u8303\u3002\u5357\u4e2d
