class=\"p1\">\u9999\u6e2f\u4fdd\u5b89\u5c40\u5df2\u7981\u6b62\u4e3e\u529e\u4eca\u5e74\u5ea6\u7eaa\u5ff51989\u5e74\u5927\u5c60\u6740\u7684\u516d\u56db\u70db\u5149\u665a\u4f1a\uff0c\u5a01\u80c1\u53c2\u4e0e\u516d\u56db\u96c6\u4f1a\u53ef\u5224\u59045\u5e74\u76d1\u7981\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8b66\u65b9\u4e5f\u6700\u8fd1\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u5c31\u7b97\u4ec5\u4ec5\u5ba3\u4f20\u516d\u56db\u665a\u4f1a\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u5904\u4ee51\u5e74\u76d1\u7981\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u5c31\u6b64\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u4ee5\u75ab\u60c5\u4e3a\u501f\u53e3\u7981\u6b62\u96c6\u4f1a\u7684\u65f6\u4ee3\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e86\u3002\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u81ea\u59cb\u81f3\u7ec8\u662f\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6743\u60f3\u8ba932\u5e74\u524d\u8840\u8165\u9547\u538b\u5317\u4eac\u6c11\u4e3b\u8fd0\u52a8\u7684\u4ef6\u4e8b\u4ece\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u8bb0\u5fc6\u4e2d\u6d88\u6563\u3002\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u4f01\u56fe\u7528\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u5ba1\u67e5\u5236\u5ea6\u5c06\u516d\u56db\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4ece\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u8bb0\u5fc6\u4e2d\u5b8c\u5168\u62b9\u53bb\u3002\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb30\u591a\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u4e00\u4e2a\u7eaa\u5ff5\u516d\u56db\u7684\u636e\u70b9\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e746\u67084\u65e5\u89c4\u6a21\u5b8f\u5927\u4e14\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u957f\u7684\u96c6\u4f1a\u5e2e\u52a9\u7740\u7559\u5b581989\u5e74\u53cd\u6297\u7684\u706b\u79cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u6700\u8fd1\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5bf9\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u6297\u8bae\u6743\u5229\u7684\u65e0\u60c5\u6253\u538b\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u4e2d\u5171\u72ec\u88c1\u653f\u6743\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u5080\u5121\u653f\u6743\u5bf9\u4e8e\u653f\u6cbb\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\u3002\u5bf9\u6b64\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u9009\u62e9\u7ee7\u7eed\u52a0\u5927\u9547\u538b\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b65\u6253\u538b\u53ca\u540e\u90fd\u4f1a\u5e26\u6765\u66f4\u5f3a\u786c\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u4e00\u4e2a\u6708\u524d\uff0c\u6e2f\u5e9c\u5ba3\u5e03\u51fa\u4e8e\u75ab\u60c5\u8003\u91cf\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u516d\u56db\u7eaa\u5ff5\u665a\u4f1a\u5c06\u88ab\u7981\u3002\u5f53\u65f6\uff0c\u7279\u9996\u6797\u90d1\u6708\u5a25\u907f\u8c08\u7eaa\u5ff5\u665a\u4f1a\u662f\u5426\u5408\u6cd5\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u58f0\u79f0\u8fd9\u662f\u8b66\u65b9\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u3002\u4e0e\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u60c5\u51b5\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u6797\u90d1\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u7acb\u573a\u65e0\u8db3\u8f7b\u91cd\u3002\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u624d\u662f\u5728\u72ec\u88c1\u7edf\u6cbb\u7740\u9999\u6e2f\uff0c\u800c\u4ed6\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u53cd\u6620\u7684\u4e0d\u662f\u672c\u5730\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5168\u56fd\u548c\u5168\u7403\u624d\u662f\u4ed6\u4f18\u5148\u7684\u8003\u91cf\u3002\u6797\u90d1\u4e0d\u5728\u51b3\u7b56\u5708\u5b50\u91cc\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u5979\u53ea\u80fd\u901a\u8fc7\u89e3\u8bfb\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u52a8\u4f5c\u8bed\u8a00\u6765\u731c\u6d4b\u5979\u660e\u5929\u8981\u62e5\u62a4\u4ec0\u4e48\u653f\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u9274\u4e8e\u516c\u4f17\u5bf9\u6700\u521d\u7684\u516d\u56db\u96c6\u4f1a\u7981\u4ee4\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5f3a\u70c8\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6743\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u673a\u4f1a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4fb5\u8680\u9999\u6e2f\u6c11\u4e3b\u6743\u5229\u3002\u5f53\u5c40\u5e0c\u671b\u5b8c\u5168\u53d6\u7f14\u9999\u6e2f\u516d\u56db\u70db\u5149\u665a\u4f1a\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u7acb\u672a\u6765\u516d\u56db\u96c6\u4f1a\u4e5f\u662f\u8fdd\u6cd5\u7684\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u89c1\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f1989\u5e74\u516d\u56db\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f2019\u5e74\u4e3a\u4e89\u53d6\u6c11\u4e3b\u6743\u5229\u548c\u53cd\u8b66\u66b4\u7684\u7fa4\u4f17\u6597\u4e89\u4e5f\u4ecd\u7136\u56f0\u6270\u7740\u5f53\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>\u201c\u6240\u6709\u72af\u6cd5\u7684\u4e8b\u90fd\u662f\u72af\u6cd5\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u53bb\u5e74\u6e2f\u5e9c\u4ee5\u75ab\u60c5\u4e3a\u7531\u7981\u6b62\u4e86\u516d\u56db\u96c6\u4f1a\uff0c\u800c\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u7981\u4ee4\uff08\u73b0\u5728\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u5929\u4ec5\u65b0\u589e1\u5b97\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5927\u578b\u7efc\u827a\u6d3b\u52a8\u5df2\u7ecf\u6062\u590d\u4e3e\u529e\uff09\u66f4\u5c55\u9732\u51fa\u653f\u6cbb\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u96c6\u4f1a\u662f\u5426\u8fdd\u6cd5\uff0c\u6797\u90d1\u79f0\u8981\u89c6\u4e4e\u96c6\u4f1a\u4e0a\u53d1\u751f\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e8b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u5426\u89e6\u72af\u300a\u56fd\u5b89\u6cd5\u300b\u6240\u7981\u6b62\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u52b3\u798f\u5c40\u5c40\u957f\u7f57\u81f4\u5149\u540c\u6837\u542b\u7cca\u5176\u8f9e\uff0c\u79f0\u201c\u6240\u6709\u72af\u6cd5\u7684\u4e8b\u90fd\u662f\u72af\u6cd5\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u7531\u4e8e\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6743\u5b8c\u5168\u53ef\u81ea\u884c\u5b9a\u4e49\u56fd\u5b89\u6cd5\u4e2d\u201c\u98a0\u8986\u56fd\u5bb6\u653f\u6743\u7f6a\u201d\u548c\u201c\u5206\u88c2\u56fd\u5bb6\u7f6a\u201d\u7684\u542b\u4e49\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53c2\u52a0\u6216\u8005\u5ba3\u4f20\u653f\u6cbb\u96c6\u4f1a\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u88ab\u8ffd\u6eaf\u5211\u7f5a\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u5f53\u88ab\u95ee\u5230\u516d\u56db\u96c6\u4f1a\u5f53\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u53e3\u53f7\u201c\u7ed3\u675f\u4e00\u515a\u4e13\u653f\u201d\u662f\u5426\u5408\u6cd5\u65f6\uff0c\u6797\u90d1\u56de\u7b54\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u9999\u6e2f\u8981\u5c0a\u91cd\u56fd\u5bb6\u5baa\u6cd5\uff0c\u800c\u5baa\u6cd5\u4e2d\u660e\u786e\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7279\u8272\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u6700\u672c\u8d28\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\u9886\u5bfc\u3002\u201d\u5bf9\u6bd4\u6797\u90d1\u4e24\u5e74\u524d\u8bf4\u9999\u6e2f\u4ee5\u201c\u5c0a\u91cd\u548c\u5d07\u5c1a\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u7279\u8d28\u201d\u4e3a\u50b2\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8a00\u8bba\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u9650\u5236\u8303\u56f4\u5df2\u7ecf\u4ece\u201c\u6e2f\u72ec\u201d\u6269\u5927\u5230\u7eaf\u7cb9\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u653f\u4f53\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u5728\u6bd7\u90bb\u7684\u6fb3\u95e8\uff0c\u516d\u56db\u96c6\u4f1a\u5df2\u88ab\u5b8c\u5168\u7981\u6b62\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u201c\u7ed3\u675f\u4e00\u515a\u4e13\u653f\u201d\u548c\u201c\u505c\u6b62\u653f\u6cbb\u5ba1\u5224\u201d\u7b49\u53e3\u53f7\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u201c\u717d\u52a8\u98a0\u8986\u56fd\u5bb6\u653f\u6743\u201d\u548c\u201c\u8bfd\u8c24\u201d\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u4e00\u63d0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f9d\u636e\u5e76\u975e\u50cf\u9999\u6e2f\u90a3\u6837\u7684\u56fd\u5b89\u6cd5\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6839\u636e30\u5e74\u524d\u57281995\u5e74\u8461\u8404\u7259\u6b96\u6c11\u65f6\u671f\u8ba2\u7acb\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e4b\u91cd\u65b0\u89e3\u91ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u8fd9\u6e05\u695a\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6743\u4f1a\u6839\u636e\u5176\u72ec\u88c1\u7edf\u6cbb\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u800c\u5229\u7528\u65e7\u6709\u7684\u6b96\u6c11\u538b\u8feb\u624b\u6bb5\u3002\u540c\u6837\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u8bb8\u591a\u6cdb\u6c11\u4eba\u58eb\u56e0\u201c\u975e\u6cd5\u96c6\u7ed3\u201d\u800c\u88ab\u5224\u76d1\u7981\uff08\u5176\u4e2d4\u4eba\u56e0\u53bb\u5e74\u516d\u56db\u96c6\u4f1a\u800c\u88ab\u5224\u76d1\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u8fd8\u670920\u540d\u6b63\u5728\u7b49\u5f85\u5224\u51b3\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u6761\u6b96\u6c11\u65f6\u671f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>\u9769\u547d\u60c5\u52bf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u9488\u5bf9\u533a\u533a\u4e00\u573a\u7eaa\u5ff5\u665a\u4f1a\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u5b9e\u65bd\u7684\u7981\u4ee4\u4e5f\u7a81\u663e\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u6743\u5bf9\u4efb\u4f55\u63d0\u53ca\u516d\u56db\u7684\u8a00\u884c\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u7684\u654f\u611f\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u57282019\u5e74\u7fa4\u4f17\u6597\u4e89\u4e2d\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u201c\u4e94\u5927\u8bc9\u6c42\u201d\u4e5f\u4ec5\u53ea\u662f\u6709\u5173\u9999\u6e2f\u4e00\u5730\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4f461989\u5e74\u7684\u516d\u56db\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5219\u662f\u4e00\u573a\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u63a8\u7ffb\u4e2d\u5171\u72ec\u88c1\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u4e0e\u5de5\u4eba\u7fa4\u4f17\u9769\u547d\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002\u5728\u5c60\u57ce\u524d\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\uff0c\u5168\u56fd\u81f3\u5c11300\u4e2a\u57ce\u5e02\uff08\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u897f\u65b9\u5a92\u4f53\u9a7b\u5728\u7684\u5317\u4eac\uff09\u7684\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u5de5\u4eba\u548c\u5b66\u751f\u53d1\u8d77\u4e86\u6e38\u884c\u793a\u5a01\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u516c\u6c11\u6297\u547d\uff0c\u5e76\u5f00\u59cb\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7f62\u5de5\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u6c11\u4e3b\u5316\u548c\u7ec8\u7ed3\u4e2d\u5171\u72ec\u88c1\u7edf\u6cbb\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u5f88\u5feb\u8fdb\u5165\u4e86\u9769\u547d\u6027\u7684\u5c40\u52bf\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u57fa\u5c42\u4e2d\u5171\u5b98\u5458\u548c\u515a\u5458\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u7fa4\u4f17\u5f71\u54cd\u800c\u53c2\u4e0e\u5230\u8fd0\u52a8\u5f53\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u5f53\u65f6\u5b66\u751f\u4e3b\u8981\u5173\u6ce8\u653f\u6cbb\u6c11\u4e3b\u5316\u7684\u8bc9\u6c42\uff0c\u81f3\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u4e5f\u52a8\u5458\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u7ed3\u675f\u5728\u9093\u5c0f\u5e73\u4eb2\u8d44\u7684\u201c\u5e02\u573a\u81ea\u7531\u5316\u201d\u653f\u7b56\u4e0b\u6240\u7206\u53d1\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u73b0\u8c61\u3002\u5317\u4eac\u5de5\u4eba\u81ea\u6cbb\u8054\u5408\u4f1a\u7b49\u72ec\u7acb\u5de5\u4f1a\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u5c55\u73b0\u51fa\u6f5c\u529b\u53bb\u63a8\u7ffb\u6b63\u5728\u8fc5\u901f\u5411\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u4e13\u653f\u65b9\u5411\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6bdb\u4e3b\u4e49-\u65af\u5927\u6797\u4e3b\u4e49\u653f\u6743\u3001\u4ee5\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f5c\u4e3a\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u5f53\u4e2d\u5171\u547d\u4ee4\u519b\u961f\u9547\u538b\u7fa4\u4f17\u8fd0\u52a8\u65f6\uff0c\u5b88\u536b\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u7b2c38\u96c6\u56e2\u519b\u53f8\u4ee4\u62d2\u7edd\u6267\u884c\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c\u8fd9\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u9769\u547d\u60c5\u52bf\u4ee4\u89e3\u653e\u519b\u4e0e\u56fd\u5bb6\u673a\u5668\u4e4b\u95f4\u51fa\u73b0\u4e25\u91cd\u5206\u88c2\u3002\u56fd\u5bb6\u6743\u529b\u88ab\u67b6\u7a7a\u4e86\u3002\u4e00\u540d\u745e\u58eb\u5916\u4ea4\u5b98\u968f\u540e\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u201c\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u6cbb\u5c40\u5e38\u59d4\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u4f4d\u6210\u5458\u90fd\u66fe\u5c31\u8f6c\u79fb\u8d44\u91d1\uff08\u5230\u745e\u58eb\u94f6\u884c\uff09\u95ee\u9898\u4e0e\u4ed6\u6709\u8fc7\u63a5\u89e6\u3002\u201d\u5f53\u65f6\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u6240\u5dee\u7684\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u8fdb\u884c\u9769\u547d\u6027\u53d8\u9769\u7684\u7eb2\u9886\u548c\u9886\u5bfc\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5e0c\u671b\u8bf4\u670d\u653f\u6743\u5185\u90e8\u8f83\u4e3a\u201c\u5f00\u660e\u201d\u7684\u6d3e\u522b\u53bb\u91c7\u7eb3\u66f4\u201c\u6539\u826f\u201d\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"s1\">\u27b3<\/span>\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u51731989\u5e74\u8fd0\u52a8\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u4e2d\u5171\u7684\u56de\u5e94\uff0c\u662f\u6b8b\u66b4\u5c60\u6740\u793a\u5a01\u8005\u3001\u5de5\u4eba\u548c\u5b66\u751f\u3002\u4eff\u4f5b\u4e3a\u4e86\u5c55\u9732\u4e2d\u5171\u53cd\u9769\u547d\u7684\u771f\u5b9e\u9636\u7ea7\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u5f53\u5e74\u60e8\u906d\u6740\u622e\u7684\u7edd\u5927\u591a\u6570\u662f\u5317\u4eac\u5916\u56f4\u5de5\u4eba\u9636\u7ea7\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6c11\u4f17\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u5929\u5b89\u95e8\u5e7f\u573a\u5185\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u5360\u9886\u8005\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4eba\u6570\u5219\u5c11\u5f97\u591a\u3002\u8fd9\u573a\u8fd0\u52a8\u7684\u5931\u8d25\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u51b3\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u53cd\u9769\u547d\uff0c\u4ee4\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fc7\u6e21\u5230\u72ec\u88c1\u653f\u6743\u6307\u5bfc\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<p
