\u300a\u5317\u4eac\u65e5\u62a5\u300b\u7684\u4e00\u7bc7\u62a5\u9053\u63f4\u5f15\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\u8521\u5947\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u8bf4\u201c\u672a\u6765\u4e94\u5e74\u201d\u5317\u4eac\u5c06\u7ef4\u6301\u4e25\u5389\u7684\u6e05\u96f6\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u5b98\u5a92\u8f6c\u8f7d\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u62a5\u9053\u3002\u51e0\u4e2a\u5c0f\u65f6\u540e\uff0c\u8521\u5947\u7684\u8a00\u8bba\u5728\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u4f53\u4e0a\u5f15\u7206\u4e86\u8206\u8bba\uff0c\u6587\u7ae0\u968f\u5373\u88ab\u5220\u9664\uff1b\u5ba1\u67e5\u5458\u8fd8\u5220\u9664\u4e86\u6240\u6709\u63d0\u53ca\u201c\u4e94\u5e74\u201d\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e2d\u5171\u72ec\u88c1\u653f\u6743\u548c\u4e60\u6d3e\uff08\u8521\u5947\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e60\u6d3e\u201c\u6d59\u6c5f\u5e2e\u201d\u4e00\u5458\uff09\u7684\u53c8\u4e00\u60ca\u4eba\u8fc7\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9762\u5bf9\u7ecf\u6d4e\u56f0\u96be\u548c\u4e2d\u5171\u6b8b\u9177\u7684\u9632\u75ab\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u548c\u4e0a\u6d77\u7b49\u5927\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u516c\u4f17\u60c5\u7eea\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u7ffb\u5929\u8986\u5730\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u9632\u75ab\u63aa\u65bd\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u8be5\u653f\u6743\u5df2\u7ecf\u5b8c\u5168\u201c\u5965\u5a01\u5c14\u5316\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u8ff9\u8c61\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u653f\u6743\u7684\u6e05\u96f6\u4e0d\u662f\u4e34\u65f6\u6743\u5b9c\u4e4b\u8ba1\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c06\u5728\u5168\u56fd\u94fa\u5f00\u7684\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u3001\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u3001\u534a\u519b\u4e8b\u5316\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u8521\u5947\u7684\u53e3\u8bef\u53ea\u662f\u8bc1\u5b9e\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u89c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u5171\u6b63\u5c06\u5728\u65b0\u7586\u7814\u53d1\u7684\u9547\u538b\u6280\u672f\u63a8\u5e7f\u5168\u56fd\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u5df2\u7ecf\u7528\u5728\u4e86\u6c49\u4eba\u5730\u533a\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u79cd\u505a\u6cd5\u6709\u65f6\u88ab\u79f0\u4f5c\u201c\u79d1\u6280\u5a01\u6743\u4e3b\u4e49\u201d\u3002\u9a6c\u514b\u601d\u4e3b\u4e49\u8005\u5df2\u7136\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u5728\u5bf9\u7a46\u65af\u6797\u5c11\u6570\u6c11\u65cf\u8fdb\u884c\u65e0\u60c5\u538b\u8feb\u7684\u65b0\u7586\uff0c\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u4e2d\u5171\u72ec\u88c1\u653f\u6743\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u76d1\u63a7\u7684\u8bd5\u9a8c\u573a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u76d1\u63a7\u548c\u9547\u538b\u624b\u6bb5\u5c06\u4e25\u91cd\u5a01\u80c1\u5168\u4e2d\u56fd\u6240\u6709\u5de5\u4eba\u548c\u9752\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u6e05\u96f6\u653f\u7b56\u4e0b\u8086\u610f\u800c\u6b8b\u9177\u7684\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u5c01\u57ce\uff0c\u8fd8\u4e0d\u80fd\u4e0e\u65b0\u7586\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u5173\u62bc\u548c\u6d17\u8111\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u767d\u8272\u6050\u6016\u76f8\u63d0\u5e76\u8bba\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2d\u5171\u4ecd\u7136\u4ee5\u4f2a\u533b\u5b66\u7684\u8bba\u636e\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u5f00\u5c55\u519b\u4e8b\u5f0f\u6267\u6cd5\u3002\u53d6\u4ee3\u65b0\u7586\u7684\u96c6\u4e2d\u8425\u548c\u5974\u96b6\u5de5\u5382\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u4ee4\u4eba\u538c\u6076\u7684\u65b9\u8231\u533b\u9662\uff0c\u548c\u628a\u5de5\u4eba\u201c\u95ed\u73af\u7ba1\u7406\u201d\u7684\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u751f\u4ea7\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7ecf\u6d4e\u762b\u75ea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5927\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\uff0c\u65e5\u6e10\u9677\u5165\u762b\u75ea\u3002\u5b98\u65b9\u5728\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5b63\u5ea6\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4f2a\u9020GDP\u6570\u636e\u3001\u5236\u9020\u865a\u5047\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5982\u679c\u628a\u4ee4\u4eba\u9707\u60ca\u7684\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6570\u636e\u5b8c\u5168\u516c\u4e4b\u4e8e\u4f17\uff0c\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u5728\u4e8c\u5341\u5927\u4e0a\u6b63\u5f0f\u5f00\u542f\u7ec8\u8eab\u6267\u653f\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\u5c06\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u53d7\u5230\u51b2\u51fb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5931\u4e1a\u7387\u6b63\u5728\u66b4\u6da8\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u62a5\u544a\u8b66\u544a\u79f0\uff0c\u5931\u4e1a\u7387\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8fbe\u52302020\u5e74\u75ab\u60c5\u9996\u6b21\u7206\u53d1\u65f6\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\uff1b\u5f53\u65f6\u670912%\u7684\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u2014\u2014\u53739300\u4e07\u4eba\u5931\u4e1a\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u5bb6\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u591a\u79cd\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8870\u9000\u540e\uff0c\u4e0d\u592a\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0\u4e0e\u4e24\u5e74\u524d\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u5feb\u901fV\u578b\u53cd\u5f39\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c31\u5168\u7403\u5f62\u52bf\u6765\u770b\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u4e3b\u8981\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u90fd\u9762\u4e34\u8870\u9000\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5371\u673a\u548c\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u503a\u52a1\u7d27\u7f29\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4e0b\u884c\u538b\u529b\u3002\u5bf9\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u4fdd\u969c\u90fd\u4e0d\u5982\u4e24\u5e74\u524d\uff1b\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5e76\u4e0d\u592a\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u4e0b\u534a\u5e74\u6380\u8d77\u4e00\u6ce2\u201c\u62a5\u590d\u6027\u6d88\u8d39\u2
