Axelbank\u3000\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u66ff\u4ee3\uff08ISA\u7f8e\u56fd\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\uff08\u539f\u6587\u9996\u6b21\u53d1\u8868\u4e8e2023\u5e742\u670816\u65e5\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f3a\u786c\u7684\u6e05\u96f6\u653f\u7b56\u5728\u53bb\u5e74\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u52c9\u5f3a\u6301\u7eed\u4e86\u4e24\u5468\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2d\u5171\u9ad8\u5b98\u4eec\u8fd8\u6e05\u695a\u8bb0\u5f97\u6297\u8bae\u7684\u573a\u666f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6050\u60e7\u6297\u8bae\u518d\u8d77\u3002\u6574\u4e2a\u4e8b\u6001\u53d1\u5c55\u2014\u2014\u4ece40\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u3001100\u6240\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u6297\u8bae\uff0c\u5230\u6df7\u4e71\u5730\u653e\u5f03\u6e05\u96f6\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u518d\u5230\u968f\u540e\u7684\u75ab\u60c5\u5927\u7206\u53d1\uff08\u6050\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4\u903e\u767e\u4e07\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff09\u2014\u2014\u66b4\u9732\u4e86\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u653f\u6743\u6b63\u8eab\u9677\u591a\u4e48\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u5371\u673a\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e5f\u53cd\u8fc7\u6765\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u524a\u5f31\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u653f\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53\u5c40\u6b63\u8fdb\u884c\u79cb\u540e\u7b97\u5e10\u3002\u88ab\u6355\u8005\u4e2d\u6709\u6570\u4eba\u8fd1\u5e74\u7559\u5b66\u6d77\u5916\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f26\u6566\u5927\u5b66\u91d1\u5320\u5b66\u9662\u5e94\u5c4a\u6bd5\u4e1a\u751f\u674e\u601d\u742a\u3001\u5a01\u65af\u654f\u65af\u7279\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u8f9b\u8d4f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u829d\u52a0\u54e5\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u79e6\u6893\u5955\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u4eba\u88ab\u6307\u63a7\u72af\u6709\u201c\u5bfb\u8845\u6ecb\u4e8b\u201d\u7f6a\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u88ab\u5224\u4e94\u5e74\u5f92\u5211\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u5df2\u83b7\u4fdd\u91ca\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u6765\u5e74\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u4e25\u5bc6\u76d1\u89c6\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4e2d\u5171\u8bd5\u56fe\u79d8\u5bc6\u5730\u8fdb\u884c\u9547\u538b\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u51fa\u7248\u793e\u7684\u4e00\u540d\u7f16\u8f91\u66f9\u82b7\u99a8\u7684\u81ea\u62cd\u89c6\u9891\u6d41\u51fa\u540e\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6848\u4ef6\u66f4\u4e3a\u53d7\u5230\u5916\u754c\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u5728\u5979\u88ab\u6355\u524d\u51e0\u5929\uff0c\u5979\u5f55\u4e0b\u89c6\u9891\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u5979\u8bf4\u5979\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u670b\u53cb\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u6355\uff0c\u5979\u77e5\u9053\u5979\u5c06\u4f1a\u662f\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e2a\u88ab\u6355\u3002\u6d77\u5916\u4e2d\u56fd\u7559\u5b66\u751f\u548c\u6d77\u5916\u5176\u4ed6\u793e\u8fd0\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u7fa4\u4f53\u6b63\u5145\u6ee1\u7740\u8981\u6c42\u91ca\u653e\u88ab\u6355\u8005\u7684\u547c\u58f0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u5171\u73b0\u5728\u8fdb\u9000\u4e24\u96be\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u4e0d\u77e5\u5982\u4f55\u662f\u597d\u3002\u4e2d\u5171\u60ef\u5e38\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u662f\u4e25\u5389\u3001\u516c\u5f00\u9547\u538b\u5f02\u89c1\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u4f46\u4ed6\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u6297\u8bae\u8005\u9547\u538b\u592a\u72e0\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u89e6\u53d1\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u52a8\u8361\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u9547\u538b\u4e3a\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u8fd0\u52a8\u706b\u4e0a\u52a0\u6cb9\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u4e86\u6297\u8bae\u8005\u7684\u51b3\u5fc3\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5e73\u606f\u6297\u8bae\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5404\u56fd\u9886\u8896\u660e\u767d\u4ed6\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u614e\u91cd\u884c\u4e8b\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u4e0d\u591f\u5f3a\u786c\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c31\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u91ca\u51fa\u6297\u8bae\u548c\u5f02\u8bae\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5bb9\u5fcd\u7684\u8baf\u53f7\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5371\u673a\u56db\u4f0f\u7684\u72ec\u88c1\u653f\u6743\u6765\u8bf4\u4f1a\u662f\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u5171\u6050\u60e7\u6b63\u6fc0\u8fdb\u5316\u7684\u5e74\u8f7b\u5973\u6027<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u4e0e\u9752\u5e74\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u65e0\u6570\u5371\u673a\u800c\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u6297\u8bae\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u3002\u9762\u4e34\u5982\u6b64\u5371\u9669\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6743\u8fc4\u4eca\u4e3a\u6b62\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u662f\uff0c\u6084\u6084\u5730\u9488\u5bf9\u6253\u51fb\u4ed6\u4eec\u8ba4\u5b9a\u6784\u6210\u5a01\u80c1\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u793a\u5a01\u8005\u7fa4\u4f53\u3002\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5e74\u8f7b\u5973\u6027\uff0c\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5934\u53f7\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ea\u6297\u8bae\u7206\u53d1\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4f30\u8ba1\u7ea6\u6709100\u4eba\u88ab\u62d8\u7559\u3002\u5e74\u8f7b\u5973\u6027\u5c24\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u6253\u538b\u76ee\u6807\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u62a5\u5bfc\u63d0\u53ca\uff0c\u8b66\u65b9\u4e13\u95e8\u5c31\u5973\u6743\u4e3b\u4e49\u548cLGBTQ\u8bae\u9898\u5bf9\u5979\u4eec\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba1\u95ee\u3002\u4e2d\u5171\u4e5f\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\u4e86\u56fd\u9645\u4e0a\u5e74\u8f7b\u5973\u6027\u7684\u6fc0\u8fdb\u5316\u6d6a\u6f6e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5979\u4eec\u5728\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7fa4\u4f17\u8fd0\u52a8\u548c\u6297\u4e89\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u76f8\u5bf9\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u9886\u5bfc\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u62c5\u5fc3\u5e76\u975e\u7a7a\u7a74\u6765\u98ce\u3002\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u666e\u904d\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u4e2d\u5171\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u4e13\u653f\u76f4\u63a5\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u8bf8\u591a\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u800c\u5e74\u8f7b\u5973\u6027\u53d7\u5230\u7684\u6253\u51fb\u66f4\u5927\u3002\u6e05\u96f6\u653f\u7b56\u4e0b\u7684\u5927\u5b66\u751f\u6d3b\u5df2\u7ecf\u662f\u4e00\u573a\u5669\u68a6\uff0c\u5927\u5b66\u751f\u6bd5\u4e1a\u540e\u5219\u53c8\u9762\u4e34\u9752\u5e74\u5931\u4e1a\u7387\u8fbe17%\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u73b0\u51b5\u3002\u968f\u7740\u53ea\u751f\u4e00\u80ce\u7684\u8ba1\u5212\u751f\u80b2\u653f\u7b56\u57282016\u5e74\u53d8\u4e3a\u5f00\u653e\u4e8c\u80ce\uff0c\u518d\u52302021\u5e74\u5f00\u653e\u4e09\u80ce\uff0c\u518d\u52a0\u4e0a\u653f\u5e9c\u9f13\u52b1\u63d0\u9ad8\u751f\u80b2\u7387\u7684\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u5973\u6027\u5c31\u4e1a\u4fdd\u969c\u60c5\u51b5\u53d8\u5f97\u6076\u5316\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u8001\u677f\u4eec\u4e0d\u60f3\u8d1f\u62c5\u591a\u6b21\u4ea7\u5047\u7684\u6210\u672c\u3002\u8fd9\u5728\u7f51\u4e0a\u5f15\u53d1\u4e86\u5173\u4e8e\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u4fdd\u62a4\u5973\u6027\u3001\u5bf9\u6297\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u7684\u6027\u522b\u6b67\u89c6\u7684\u6fc0\u70c8\u8ba8\u8bba\u2014\u2014\u76ee\u524d\u4e2d\u56fd\u804c\u573a\u8fd8\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u4fdd\u62a4\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u800c\u8d44\u672c\u5bb6\u5c06\u7aed\u5c3d\u5168\u529b\u53cd\u5bf9\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u5f97\u5230\u843d\u5b9e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u8fd1\u51e0\u5468\uff0c\u201c\u4eba\u77ff\u201d\u6210\u4e3a\u7f51\u7edc\u65b0\u8bcd\uff0c\u6307\u51fa\u5927\u5bb6\u5bf9\u4e8e\u81ea\u8eab\u8fc7\u52b3\u5904\u5883\u3001\u88ab\u8feb\u8d2d\u623f\u548c\u6d88\u8d39\u3001\u88ab\u5f53\u4f5c\u4eba\u5f62\u77ff\u7269\u5265\u524a\u3001\u88ab\u671f\u671b\u751f\u80b2\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u7684\u6124\u6012\u3002\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u6b63\u5728\u5927\u529b\u5ba3\u626c\u201c\u4f20\u7edf\u5bb6\u5ead\u7f8e\u5fb7\u201d\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u53ea\u662f\u8d44\u4ea7\u9636\u7ea7\u653f\u5e9c\u538b\u8feb\u5987\u5973\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u516c\u5171\u670d\u52a1\u6781\u5176\u8584\u5f31\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u4e2d\u653f\u5e9c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u51cf\u5c11\u5bf9\u513f\u7ae5\u548c\u957f\u8005\u7167\u987e\u627f\u62c5\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u8bf4\u8bcd\u3002\u201c\u751f\u80b2\u7f62\u5de5\u201d \u4e00\u8bcd\uff0c\u662f\u6307\u5973\u6027\u62d2\u7edd\u4e3a\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u5236\u5ea6\u521b\u9020GDP\uff0c\u800c\u727a\u7272\u81ea\u5df1\u8ffd\u6c42\u798f\u7949\u7684\u4e00\u6ce2\u6d6a\u6f6e\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5973\u6027\uff09\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u4e0d\u6ee1\uff0c\u8fd9\u6216\u5c06\u89e6\u53d1\u66f4\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u6fc0\u8fdb\u5316\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u6297\u8bae\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u6b63\u662f\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6743\u9700\u8981\u907f\u514d\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e09\u516b\u5987\u5973\u8282\u884c\u52a8\uff1a
