class=\"p1\">\u4eca\u5e742\u6708\u521d\uff0c\u7279\u6717\u666e\u7684\u4eb2\u5bc6\u76df\u53cb\u9a6c\u65af\u514b\u5728X\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u5206\u4eab\u53e6\u4e00\u540d\u7528\u6237\u7684\u6709\u5173\u63a8\u6587\uff0c\u6307\u63a7\u6b66\u6c49\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u4e0eUSAID\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u201c\u6df1\u5c42\u653f\u5e9c\u201d\u5408\u4f5c\u5236\u9020\u5e76\u6cc4\u9732\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002\u9a6c\u65af\u514b\u4ee5\u5178\u578b\u7684\u717d\u52a8\u6027\u8a00\u8f9e\u5199\u9053\uff1a\u201c\u4f60\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\u5417\uff1f\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u5f00\u53d1\u7f72\u7528\u4f60\u4eec\u7684\u7a0e\u6b3e\u8d44\u52a9\u4e86\u5305\u62ec\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u5728\u5185\u7684\u751f\u7269\u6b66\u5668\u7814\u53d1\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6b66\u5668\u6740\u5bb3\u4e86\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u4eba\u3002\u201d\u4e5f\u53ea\u8bf4\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e48\u591a\u3002\u9a6c\u65af\u514b\u6b64\u4e3e\u5176\u5b9e\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u5e9f\u9664\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u5f00\u53d1\u7f72\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u673a\u5668\u5927\u6e05\u6d17\u3001\u5c06\u5176\u7279\u6717\u666e\u5316\u7684\u4e3e\u63aa\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u53d7\u6b64\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u5f00\u53d1\u7f72\u81ea2\u67088\u65e5\u8d77\u9677\u5165\u505c\u6ede\uff0c\u6570\u5343\u5458\u5de5\u88ab\u89e3\u96c7\u6216\u88ab\u8feb\u4f11\u5047\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u90e8\u5206\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f02\u8bae\u4eba\u58ebNGO\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u6253\u538b\u3002\u9a6c\u65af\u514b\u7684\u524a\u51cf\u5f00\u652f\u63aa\u65bd\u5c06\u5bf9\u5168\u7403\u4ea7\u751f\u6bc1\u706d\u6027\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5357\u975e\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5178\u578b\u4f8b\u5b50\uff0c\u8be5\u56fd\u7684\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u9632\u6cbb\u9879\u76ee\u4f9d\u8d56\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u5f00\u53d1\u7f72\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u3002\u5fb7\u65af\u8499\u5fb7\u56fe\u56fe\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8b66\u544a\u79f0\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u524a\u51cf\u5f00\u652f\u63aa\u65bd\u6216\u5c06\u5728\u672a\u676510\u5e74\u5185\u5bfc\u81f450\u4e07\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n<p
