\u300c\u4e94\u505c\u300d\uff08\u505c\u8bfe\u3001\u505c\u5de5\u3001\u505c\u4ea7\u3001\u505c\u8fd0\u3001\u505c\u4e1a\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u5165\u590f\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5168\u5883\u9177\u6691\u96be\u5f53\uff0c\u800c\u6cb3\u5357\u3001\u6e56\u5317\u7b49\u4e2d\u90e8\u7701\u4efd\u5c24\u5176\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u6c14\u6e29\u4e00\u76f4\u8d85\u8fc738\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\u3002\u4e0e\u4e4b\u4f34\u968f\u7684\u662f\u4eca\u5e74\u6301\u7eed3\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u6cb3\u5357\u65f1\u60c5\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bfc\u81f4\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e3b\u8981\u519c\u4f5c\u7269\u751f\u4ea7\u7701\u4efd\u7684\u5f53\u5730\uff0c\u82b1\u751f\u3001\u7389\u7c73\u7b49\u519c\u4f5c\u7269\u6536\u6210\u5c06\u5927\u51cf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u6ce2\u66b4\u96e8\u4e0e\u9ad8\u6e29\u7684\u5939\u51fb\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u6c14\u5019\u5371\u673a\u5728\u6301\u7eed\u6076\u5316\u7684\u5199\u7167\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u5e73\u5747\u6c14\u6e29\u6bd4\u5de5\u4e1a\u5316\u524d\u6c34\u5e73\u9ad8\u51fa1.55\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\uff08\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e86\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u95f4\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u4e13\u95e8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a[IPCC]\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u5168\u7403\u6c14\u6e29\u4e0a\u5347\u57281.5\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\u5185\u7684\u76ee\u6807\uff09\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u8b66\u8baf\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u9884\u793a\u7740\u5730\u7403\u73af\u5883\u5c06\u53d1\u751f\u4e0d\u53ef\u9006\u7684\u6076\u5316\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6839\u636eIPCC\u957f\u671f\u4ee5\u6765\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u5747\u6e29\u6bcf\u4e0a\u53471\u6444\u6c0f\u5ea6\uff0c\u5c31\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5927\u6c14\u542b\u6c34\u91cf\u589e\u52a07%\uff0c\u800c\u5168\u7403\u6696\u5316\u4e5f\u52a0\u5267\u4e86\u6c14\u5019\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u4e0d\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002\u7531\u6b64\uff0c\u6781\u7aef\u5929\u6c14\uff08\u66b4\u96e8\u3001\u6d2a\u6c34\u3001\u5e72\u65f1\uff09\u53d1\u751f\u9891\u7387\u548c\u5f3a\u5ea6\u5747\u4e0a\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u5171\u5a01\u6743\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u6076\u5316\u6c14\u5019\u5371\u673a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u5a01\u6743\u8d44\u672c\u4e3b\u4e49\u3001\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6743\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u6709\u7740\u300c\u7eff\u8272\u300d\u5916\u8863\uff0c\u4e5f\u6076\u5316\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u6c14\u5019\u5371\u673a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u4e2d\u56fd\u751f\u4ea7\u4e86\u7ea680%\u7684\u5168\u7403\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u5149\u4f0f\u6a21\u7ec4\uff0c\u8d21\u732e\u4e86\u5168\u740362%\u7684\u7535\u52a8\u8f66\u9500\u552e\u548c77%\u7684\u7535\u52a8\u8f66\u7535\u6c60\u4ea7\u51fa\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u884c\u4e1a\u5df2\u7ecf\u9677\u5165\u4ea7\u80fd\u8fc7\u5269\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u65e0\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u63d0\u4f9b\u771f\u6b63\u7eff\u8272\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u6839\u636e\u8def\u900f\u793e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u5927\u7684\u51e0\u5bb6\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u677f\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5408\u8ba1\u88c1\u54581\/3\uff0c\u6d41\u5931\u4e868.7\u4e07\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ea660%\u7684\u53d1\u7535\u4ecd\u6765\u81ea\u7164\u70ad\u3001\u4e5f\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u5168\u740360%\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u3002\u800c\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6df1\u9677\u5371\u673a\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u516c\u7528\u4e8b\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u4e3a\u4e86\u524a\u51cf\u6210\u672c\u800c\u91c7\u7528\u76f8\u5bf9\u4fbf\u5b9c\u7684\u7164\u70ad\uff0c\u800c\u5b81\u53ef\u727a\u7272\u73af\u5883\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u8ba1\u5212\u57282024\u5e74\u65b0\u589e94.5GW\u71c3\u7164\u53d1\u7535\u88c5\u7f6e\u5bb9\u91cf\uff0c\u521b\u4e0b2015\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u6c34\u51c6\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5185\u8499\u53e4\u3001\u5c71\u897f\u7b49\u7701\u4efd\u5219\u662f\u4ee5\u300c\u80fd\u6e90\u5b89\u5168\u300d\u3001\u5e94\u5bf9\u300c\u7f3a\u7535\u505c\u7535\u300d\u4e3a\u7531\uff0c\u4ecd\u5728\u8fd1\u5e74\u6269\u5927\u7164\u77ff\u5f00\u91c7\u3002\u53ef\u60f3\u800c\u77e5\uff0c\u71c3\u7164\u706b\u529b\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u91ca\u653e\u5927\u91cf\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u3001\u6c2e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u3001\u786b\u6c27\u5316\u7269\uff0c\u5fc5\u7136\u4f1a\u52a0\u5267\u6e29\u5ba4\u6548\u5e94\u4e0e\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u8fd9\u5bf9\u53cc\u91cd\u540e\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u632a\u5a01\u56fd\u9645\u6c14\u5019\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8fd1\u671f\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e1c\u4e9a\u5730\u533a\u5728\u6cbb\u7406\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u4e0a\u53d6\u5f97\u663e\u8457\u6210\u6548\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u65e0\u610f\u4e2d\u52a0\u901f\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u53d8\u6696\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u5728\u4e8e\u53bb\u9664\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u8d28\uff08\u5982\u7164\u70ad\u71c3\u70e7\u4f1a\u6700\u7ec8\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u786b\u9178\u76d0\u6c14\u6eb6\u80f6\uff09\u672c\u6765\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u964d\u4f4e\u5730\u7403\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u3002\u4eba\u7c7b\u4e0d\u5e94\u8be5\u88ab\u8feb\u5728\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u4e0e\u5168\u7403\u53d8\u4e4b\u95f
