\u84dd\u3001\u7eff\u3001\u767d\u4e09\u65b9\u9635\u8425\u5229\u7528\u6c11\u4f17\u5bf9\u548c\u5e73\u4e0e\u6c11\u4e3b\u7684\u6e34\u671b\u8fdb\u884c\u6743\u529b\u6597\u4e89\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6\u4eec\u90fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u6446\u8131\u53f0\u6e7e\u6ca6\u4e3a\u7f8e\u56fd\u9644\u5eb8\u548c\u68cb\u5b50\u7684\u547d\u8fd0\u3002\u56fd\u9632\u90e8\u58f0\u79f0\u9700\u8981\u8bbe\u7acb\u7279\u522b\u9884\u7b97\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u519b\u4e8b\u5f00\u652f\u6324\u5360\u6c11\u7528\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e0d\u8fc7\u662f\u8ba8\u597d\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u501f\u53e3\u3002\u84dd\u3001\u7eff\u3001\u767d\u4e09\u65b9\u9635\u8425\u5b81\u613f\u4e89\u8bba\u5982\u4f55\u6ee1\u8db3\u7f8e\u56fd\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u519b\u4e8b\u5f00\u652f\u5360GDP10%\u7684\u82db\u523b\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u613f\u5c06\u8db3\u4ee5\u7ef4\u630116\u5e74\u957f\u7167\u7684\u519b\u8d39\u9884\u7b97\u7528\u4e8e\u6c11\u7528\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u6216\u7528\u4e8e\u5efa\u8bbe\u793e\u4f1a\u4f4f\u5b85\u3001\u6269\u5927\u516c\u5171\u533b\u7597\u4ee5\u51cf\u8f7b\u6c11\u4f17\u75be\u82e6\u3002\u8fd9\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u519b\u56fd\u4e3b\u4e49\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u76ee\u7684\u4e5f\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u7ef4\u62a4\u5bcc\u4eba\u7684\u7edf\u6cbb\u3002<\/p>\n
