class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u4e00\u8fb9\u662f\u65e0\u4eba\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u7a7a\u7f6e\u8c6a\u5b85\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u8fb9\u662f\u53ea\u80fd\u5c48\u8eab\u4e8e\u5de5\u68da\u7684\u519c\u6c11\u5de5\u3002<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u949c\u5bcc\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u8d22\u5bcc\u98d9\u5347\uff0c\u662f\u6e90\u4e8e\u4e2d\u5171\u4e13\u5236\u8005\u653e\u5bbd\u4e86\u8d27\u5e01\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u6761\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e3a\u91d1\u878d\u6295\u673a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u571f\u58e4\uff0c\u7b56\u5212\u4e86\u725b\u5e02\u3002\u519c\u66c6\u9a6c\u5e74\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4e0a\u8bc1\u6307\u6570\u589e\u957f\u4e8660%\u3002\u6625\u8282\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u8bc1\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u6536\u5e02\u4e00\u9031\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u300c\u70ed\u94b1\u300d\u7684\u6d8c\u5165\uff0c\u8bc1\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u6ce1\u6cab\u5fc5\u5b9a\u4f1a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u81a8\u80c0\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u4e0d\u514d\u51fa\u73b0\u5e02\u573a\u4fee\u6b63\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u300a\u5f6d\u535a\u65b0\u95fb\u793e\u300b\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u81ea2015\u5f00\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u8bc1\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u8d77\u98de\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u4e00\u8fde\u4e32\u7684\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u5f00\u53d1\u884c\uff08IPO\uff09\uff0c\u9020\u5c31\u4e8624\u540d\u65b0\u7684\u4ebf\u4e07\u5bcc\u8c6a\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u90314\u540d\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u91d1\u878d\u65b0\u8d35\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u822a\u7a7a\u516c\u53f8\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u6e38\u620f\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fde\u9501\u836f\u5e97\u7684\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7f62\u5de5\u6f6e\u8fed\u8d77<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u62d6\u6b20\u5de5\u8d44\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u51b2\u7a81\u52a0\u5267\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e7f\u5927\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u8fc7\u53bb\u51e0\u5468\u8fc7\u5f97\u5c24\u4e3a\u8270\u96be\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u653e\u7f13\uff0c\u6b64\u524d\u7684\u7e41\u8363\u884c\u4e1a\u5982\u77ff\u4ea7\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\u5982\u4eca\u4e0d\u666f\u6c14\u3002\u636e\u72ec\u7acb\u673a\u6784\u7684\u4f30\u7b97\uff0c\u76f8\u8f83\u53bb\u5e74\u540c\u671f\uff0c\u793a\u5a01\u548c\u7f62\u5de5\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u6570\u91cf\u589e\u957f\u4e86\u4e09\u500d\u3002\u62d6\u6b20\u5de5\u8d44\u662f\u89e6\u53d1\u51b2\u7a81\u7684\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u56e0\u7d20\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e9e\u5927\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u90e8\u95e8\u67094\u5343\u4e07\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u4e3a\u519c\u6c11\u5de5\uff0c\u5458\u5de5\u53d7\u96c7\u4e8e\u4e00\u5c42\u5c42\u7684\u5916\u5305\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u5916\u5305\u516c\u53f8\u4e00\u822c\u4e00\u5e74\u624d\u652f\u4ed8\u4e00\u6b21\u5de5\u8d44\uff0c\u53d1\u85aa\u65e5\u521a\u597d\u5728\u519c\u66c6\u65b0\u5e74\u524d\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u90e8\u95e8\u5c24\u5176\u6210\u4e86\u5bfc\u706b\u7d22\uff0c\u4f54\u76ee\u524d\u4e2d\u56fd\u7f62\u5de5\u6570\u5b57\u7684\u8fd1\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u636e\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u4f53\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u4e8c\u6708\u521d\uff0c\u6606\u660e\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u4eba\u5835\u65ad\u4e86\u4e3b\u5e72\u9053\uff0c\u62c9\u8d77\u6a2a\u5e45\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u652f\u4ed8\u8840\u6c57\u94b1\u3002\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u793a\u5a01\u8fd1\u51e0\u5468\u5185\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u6570\u5341\u8d77\u3002\u636e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u8fd1\u671f\u5728\u5e7f\u897f\u7701\u548c\u5c71\u897f\u7701\uff0c\u62d6\u6b20\u5de5\u8d44\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u51b2\u7a81\u5f15\u81f4\u4e86\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u540e\u8005\u5728\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u4f53\u4e0a\u5f15\u8d77\u4e86\u5168\u56fd\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\u5341\u4e8c\u6708\u8ba8\u85aa\u884c\u52a8\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u5efa\u7b51\u5973\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u6bcd\u4eb2\u5468\u79c0\u4e91\u88ab\u8b66\u65b9\u6740\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u793e\u4f1a\u79d1\u5b66\u96622014\u5e74\u7684\u4e00\u5219\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c8%\u7684\u519c\u6c11\u5de5\u62b1\u6028\u5728\u524d\u4e00\u5e74\u88ab\u62d6\u6b20\u5de5\u8d44\u3002\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u53d7\u8bbf\u7684\u4e00\u534a\u5de5\u4eba\uff0c\u6216\u5168\u4f53\u519c\u6c11\u5de5\u76844.3%\uff0c\u79f0\u66fe\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ffd\u8ba8\u6b20\u85aa\u800c\u53c2\u4e0e\u8fc7\u300c\u7fa4\u4f53\u6027\u4e8b\u4ef6\u300d\uff08\u5373\u7f62\u5de5\u548c\u96c6\u4f1a\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u7edf\u79f0\uff09\u3002\u5c06\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6570\u5b57\u653e\u5230\u5168\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u5206\u522b\u6d89\u53ca\u52302,160\u4e07\u548c1,160\u4e07\u540d\u5de5\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5efa\u7b51\u80a1\u6210\u4e3a\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u7684\u65b0\u661f\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u4e2a\u6708\u8dc3\u5347\u4e8663%\uff0c\u4f46\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u4eba\u5374\u6709\u65f6\u88ab\u8feb\u63a1\u7528\u7edd\u671b\u7684\u624b\u6cd5\u6765\u8ba8\u85aa\uff0c\u53ef\u89c1\u4e2d\u56fd\u7a77\u4eba\u4e0e\u5bcc\u4eba\u4e4b\u95f4\u9694\u7740\u4e00\u9053\u4e07\u91cc\u957f\u57ce\u3002<\/p>\n<figure
