\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u6539\u9769\u958b\u653e\u300d\u5f8c\uff0c\u5de5\u4eba\u5f85\u9047\u5927\u5e45\u524a\u6e1b\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5927\u91cf\u8fb2\u6c11\u9032\u5165\u79c1\u4eba\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u5de5\u4eba\u968e\u7d1a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u6240\u51fa\u8ce3\u7684\u5ec9\u50f9\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u662f\u8fd1\u56db\u5341\u5e74\u4f86\u4e2d\u570b\u7d93\u6fdf\u9a30\u98db\u7684\u652f\u67f1\u30022003-2009\u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u50c5\u4e2d\u570b\u79c1\u4eba\u4f01\u696d\u5229\u7528\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\u548c\u8d85\u6642\u52de\u52d5\u652b\u53d6\u7684\u984d\u5916\u5229\u6f64\u5c31\u9ad8\u90544.1\u842c\u5104\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\u3002\u8207\u6b64\u5f62\u6210\u9bae\u660e\u5c0d\u6bd4\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5168\u570b\u516c\u6709\u548c\u79c1\u6709\u4f01\u696d\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u5de5\u8cc7\u6536\u5165\u4e0d\u8db3GDP\u768420%\u3002\u4e0a\u5104\u8ca7\u7aae\u7684\u5e95\u5c64\u5de5\u4eba\u8207\u4e0a\u5343\u842c\u4e0b\u5d17\u5de5\u4eba\u5c0d\u5c08\u5236\u653f\u5e9c\u8207\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u69cb\u6210\u4e86\u5de8\u5927\u5a01\u8105\uff0c\u50ed\u53d6\u4e86\u5de5\u4eba\u570b\u5bb6\u907a\u7522\u4e26\u8f49\u5411\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4e2d\u5171\u5b98\u50da\u7576\u7136\u660e\u767d\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\u30021994\u5e74\u9812\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u52de\u52d5\u6cd5\u300b\u548c2007\u5e74\u9812\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u52de\u52d5\u5408\u540c\u6cd5\u300b\u53ea\u662f\u4e2d\u5171\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u505a\u51fa\u7684\u5c11\u8a31\u8b93\u6b65\uff0c\u66f4\u4f55\u6cc1\u9019\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5728\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u5340\u4e26\u672a\u5f97\u5230\u5b8c\u5168\u5be6\u65bd\u3002\u6240\u8b02\u4fdd\u8b77\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u5982\u99ac\u514b\u601d\u6240\u8aaa\uff0c\u53ea\u4e0d\u904e\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u300c\u7bc0\u5236\u8cc7\u672c\u7121\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u643e\u53d6\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u7684\u6e34\u671b\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u6487\u958b\u4e00\u5929\u6bd4\u4e00\u5929\u66f4\u5e36\u5a01\u8105\u6027\u5730\u9ad8\u6f32\u8457\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u904b\u52d5\u4e0d\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u5c0d\u5de5\u5ee0\u52de\u52d5\u5f37\u5236\u5730\u9032\u884c\u9650\u5236\u2026\u2026\u540c\u6a23\u662f\u76f2\u76ee\u7684\u63a0\u596a\u617e\uff0c\u5728\u5f8c\u4e00\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u4f7f\u5730\u529b\u67af\u7aed\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u524d\u4e00\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u4f7f\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u751f\u547d\u529b\u906d\u5230\u6839\u672c\u7684\u6467\u6b98\u300d\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u8cc7\u7522\u968e\u7d1a\u5b78\u8005\u8072\u7a31\u300a\u52de\u52d5\u5408\u540c\u6cd5\u300b\u5be6\u65bd\u904e\u65e9\uff0c\u90a3\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u4e0d\u660e\u767d\u9577\u671f\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u525d\u524a\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u5371\u96aa\u6c92\u6709\u7d66\u4e2d\u5171\u7559\u4e0b\u591a\u5c11\u7336\u8c6b\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\u8207\u5b83\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u570b\u5167\u6d88\u8cbb\u80fd\u529b\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u9762\u662f\u5c0d\u6d77\u5916\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u4f9d\u8cf4\u30022008\u5e74\u7d93\u6fdf\u5371\u6a5f\u5f8c\uff0c\u51fa\u53e3\u840e\u7e2e\u9020\u6210\u4e2d\u570b\u7d93\u6fdf\u4f4e\u8ff7\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u76f2\u76ee\u5730\u5728\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6d88\u8cbb\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u570b\u5167\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u6295\u5165\u5927\u91cf\u8cc7\u91d1\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u91cd\u4e86\u554f\u984c\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u6a13\u7e7c\u5049\u53ca\u5176\u80cc\u5f8c\u7684\u8cc7\u672c\u5bb6\u96c6\u5718\u537b\u5c07\u5176\u6b78\u548e\u65bc\u300c\u5de5\u8cc7\u589e\u9577\u904e\u5feb\u300d\u2014\u2014\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u623f\u5730\u7522\u5e02\u5834\u5e36\u52d5\u7269\u50f9\u4e0a\u6f32\u9020\u6210\u7684\u2014\u2014\u5118\u7ba1\u4e0a\u6f32\u7684\u5de5\u8cc7\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u5f4c\u88dc\u5de5\u4eba\u6b64\u524d\u88ab\u596a\u53bb\u7684\u52de\u52d5\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u64f4\u5927\u5167\u9700\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
