\/><\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u6b21\u88dc\u9078\u7684\u6295\u7968\u7387\u53ea\u670943%\uff0c\u6bd42016\u5e74\u65b0\u754c\u6771\u88dc\u9078\u768446%\u4e0b\u8dcc\u4e863%\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u523b\u610f\u4f4e\u8abf\u8209\u884c\u88dc\u9078\uff0c\u800c\u4e3b\u6d41\u5a92\u9ad4\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u9032\u884c\u904e\u6c11\u610f\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c\u66f4\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u76f8\u95dc\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7121\u7dda\u96fb\u8996\u66f4\u9996\u5ea6\u505c\u8fa6\u9078\u8209\u8ad6\u58c7\u3002\u5efa\u5236\u9663\u71df\u77e5\u9053\u4f4e\u6295\u7968\u7387\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u6709\u5229\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u523b\u610f\u6de1\u5316\u9078\u60c5\uff0c\u8cb6\u4f4e\u9078\u8209\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u963b\u6b62\u90e8\u5206\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u53c3\u9078\uff0c\u4ee5\u5728\u53cd\u5c0d\u9663\u71df\u4e4b\u9593\u88fd\u9020\u6df7\u4e82\u3002\u53ef\u60dc\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6cdb\u6c11\u4e3b\u6d3e\u56e0\u70ba\u6b20\u7f3a\u5805\u5b9a\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\uff0c\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u5305\u7d0d\u5ee3\u5927\u7fa4\u773e\u53c3\u8207\u9078\u8209\u904b\u52d5\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6c92\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u63a1\u53d6\u6709\u6548\u7684\u61c9\u5c0d\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u8a8d\u771f\u5c07\u300c\u53cd\u5a01\u6b0a\u7d71\u6cbb\u300d\u4f5c\u70ba\u4eca\u6b21\u88dc\u9078\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u70ba\u6c11\u4e3b\u904b\u52d5\u63d0\u51fa\u6230\u7565\u548c\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u8fce\u5408\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u6de1\u5316\u653f\u6cbb\u8272\u5f69\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u3002\u6b63\u5982\u793e\u6703\u4e3b\u7fa9\u884c\u52d5\u4e00\u76f4\u6240\u6307\uff0c\u88dc\u9078\u5fc5\u9808\u8981\u901a\u904e\u884c\u52d5\u3001\u52d5\u54e1\u4ee5\u53ca\u5305\u7d0d\u57fa\u5c64\u6c11\u4e3b\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9023\u7d50\u81f3\u6574\u5834\u53cd\u5a01\u6b0a\u904b\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u53d6\u6d88\u8b70\u54e1\u8cc7\u683c\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6c11\u4e3b\u6d3e\u53ea\u80fd\u596a\u56de\u56db\u5e2d\u4e4b\u4e2d\u7684\u5169\u5e2d\uff0c\u7121\u7591\u5c0d\u6c11\u4e3b\u904b\u52d5\u4f86\u8aaa\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u632b\u6557\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u53ca\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u5c07\u6703\u5439\u5653DQ\u5f97\u5230\u6c11\u610f\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u66f4\u5927\u81bd\u5730\u525d\u596a\u672a\u4f86\u6fc0\u9032\u6d3e\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u7684\u53c3\u9078\u8cc7\u683c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6cdb\u6c11\u5728\u88dc\u9078\u4e2d\u7e3d\u5171\u53d6\u5f97426,000\u7968\uff0c\u76f8\u8f03\u4e4b\u4e0b\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u53ea\u6709391,000\u7968\uff0c\u8db3\u4ee5\u6253\u7834\u300cDQ\u6709\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u652f\u6301\u300d\u7684\u8352\u8a95\u8a00\u8ad6\u3002\u5728\u9078\u8209\u904e\u5f8c\uff0c\u5de5\u806f\u6703\u738b\u570b\u8208\u5c07\u300c\u6e2f\u7368\u300d\u5e3d\u5b50\u6263\u5728\u5340\u8afe\u8ed2\u982d\u4e0a\uff0c\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u8981\u6c42\u53d6\u6d88\u5340\u8afe\u8ed2\u7684\u8b70\u54e1\u8cc7\u683c\u3002\u540c\u6642\u6797\u912d\u6708\u5a25\u6b63\u5728\u5f37\u63a8\u570b\u6b4c\u6cd5\uff0c\u9023\u9762\u9580\u7684\u516c\u773e\u8aee\u8a62\u4e5f\u62d2\u7d55\u9032\u884c\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u6cdb\u6c11\u5728\u88dc\u9078\u904e\u5f8c\u51fa\u73fe\u58eb\u6c23\u4f4e\u843d\u4ee5\u53ca\u5167\u90e8\u5206\u88c2\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u7fa4\u773e\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e0d\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u88dc\u9078\u7684\u632b\u6557\u800c\u6c88\u5bc2\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u6c11\u61a4\u53cd\u800c\u6703\u7e7c\u7e8c\u7a4d\u7d2f\u4e0b\u53bb\u7b49\u5f85\u7206\u767c\uff0c\u7531\u4e0b\u800c\u4e0a\u5411\u6cdb\u6c11\u65bd\u52a0\u58d3\u529b\u800c\u8feb\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u9032\u884c\u9b25\u722d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u654f\u92b3\u7684\u6642\u4e8b\u8a55\u8ad6\u54e1\u5247\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u4eca\u6b21\u88dc\u9078\u7d50\u679c\u96b1\u85cf\u8457\u5c0d\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u8b66\u865f\u3002\u6709\u597d\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u5c0d\u653f\u5e9c\u6df1\u75db\u7d55\u60e1\u7684\u9078\u6c11\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5de5\u4eba\u968e\u7d1a\u53ca\u9752\u5e74\u7684\u9078\u6c11\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u611f\u5230\u6cdb\u6c11\u5019\u9078\u4eba\u4e0d\u80fd\u4ee3\u8868\u4ed6\u5011\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u52d5\u529b\u51fa\u4f86\u6295\u7968\u3002\u9019\u90e8\u5206\u4eba\u70ba\u6578\u4e0d\u5c11\uff0c\u9060\u6bd4\u53d7\u672c\u571f\u6d3e\u601d\u60f3\u5438\u5f15\u7684\u9078\u6c11\u70ba\u591a\u3002\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u591a\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u7acb\u6cd5\u6703\u5df2\u88ab\u64cd\u63a7\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u610f\u8208\u95cc\u73ca\u800c\u9078\u64c7\u7121\u8996\u5b83\u3002\u6211\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u7a2e\u53d6\u614b\u96d6\u53ef\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u4f46\u986f\u7136\u662f\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u5728\u5168\u9762\u95b9\u5272\u7acb\u6cd5\u6703\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u5011\u4ee5\u70ba\u9019\u6a23\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u9577\u9060\u978f\u56fa\u6b0a\u529b\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u6c88\u9189\u65bc\u5e7b\u60f3\u4e16\u754c\u4e86\u3002\u8981\u8a18\u5f97\u7acb\u6cd5\u6703\u662f\u5728\u82f1\u6b96\u6642\u671f\u6210\u7acb\u7684\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u4f5c\u70ba\u6c11\u61a4\u7684\u300c\u5b89\u5168\u95a5\u300d\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u7fa4\u773e\u7684\u61a4\u6012\u5728\u8857\u982d\u4e0a\u71c3\u9ede\uff0c\u4ee5\u66f4\u6fc0\u9032\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u9032\u884c\u9b25\u722d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8303\u570b\u5a01\u96d6\u7136\u6210\u529f\u7576\u9078\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u4ed6\u5011\u7968\u6578\u6bd42016\u5e74\u88dc\u9078\u6642\u7684\u975e\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u5f97\u7968\uff08\u516c\u6c11\u9ee8\u694a\u5cb3\u6a4b\u53ca\u672c\u571f\u6c11\u4e3b\u524d\u7dda\u7684\u6881\u5929\u7426\u7684\u7e3d\u5f97\u7968\uff09\u5c11\u4e864\u842c\u7968\u3002\u59da\u677e\u708e\u7684\u5f97\u7968\u5982\u679c\u82072016\u5e74\u7576\u5340\u63db\u5c46\u9078\u8209\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u66f4\u5c11\u4e866\u842c\u7968\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6574\u5834\u9078\u8209\u7684\u6295\u7968\u7387\u4f4e\u7684\u6700\u5927\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6cdb\u6c11\u4e3b\u6d3e\u6c92\u6709\u5c07\u9078\u8209\u5316\u6210\u53cd\u5a01\u6b0a\u7684\u7fa4\u773e\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u63d0\u51fa\u6311\u6230\u5a01\u6b0a\u7d71\u6cbb\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6230\u7565\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u6a23\u624d\u53ef\u4ee5\u722d\u53d6\u6eab\u548c\u9078\u6c11\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u6b63\u597d\u8fce\u5408\u4e86\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u60f3\u907f\u514d\u6fc0\u70c8\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u8faf\u8ad6\uff0c\u6de1\u5316\u9078\u8209\u7684\u5c0d\u58d8\u610f\u5473\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4ed6\u5011\u53ea\u8981\u901a\u904e\u9078\u8209\u6a5f\u5668\u52d5\u54e1\u9435\u7968\u5c31\u53ef\u7372\u5f97\u512a\u52e2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6c11\u4e3b\u6d3e\u7684\u521d\u9078\u6a5f\u5236\u4ee5\u9589\u9580\u6703\u8b70\u548c\u6cdb\u6c11\u9818\u5c0e\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u800c\u6c92\u6709\u8b93\u5ee3\u5927\u7fa4\u773e\u53c3\u8207\u653f\u6cbb\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u521d\u9078\u4e2d\u52dd\u51fa\u7684\u59da\u677e\u708e\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u53d6\u6d88\u8cc7\u683c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u6cdb\u6c11\u9818\u8896\u4e4b\u9593\u51fa\u73fe\u66ff\u88dc\u5019\u9078\u4eba\uff08Plan B\uff09\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u8a0e\u8ad6\u904e\u7a0b\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u6cdb\u6c11\u9818\u8896\u9593\u7684\u9589\u9580\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u6d3e\u7cfb\u6b0a\u9b25\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e86\u516c\u958b\u800c\u6c11\u4e3b\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u8faf\u8ad6\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u59da\u677e\u708e\u5718\u968a\u8207\u6c11\u5354\u99ae\u6aa2\u57fa\u7206\u767c\u5b97\u6d3e\u885d\u7a81\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5145\u65a5\u5404\u4e2d\u5e55\u5f8c\u6b0a\u9b25\uff0c\u5728\u6c11\u4e3b\u6d3e\u9078\u6c11\u4e4b\u9593\u88fd\u9020\u6df7\u4e82\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u53ad\u60e1\u7684\u611f\u89ba\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u4e0d\u5c11\u6c11\u4e3b\u6d3e\u9078\u6c11\u90fd\u611f\u5230\u5931\u671b\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u6295\u7968\u7684\u610f\u9858\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u5f71\u97ff\u81f3\u6c11\u5354\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u652f\u6301\u8005\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e5f\u5f71\u97ff\u4e86\u90a3\u4e9b\u8a0e\u53ad\u300c\u653f\u5ba2\u653f\u6cbb\u300d\u7684\u5ee3\u5927\u9752\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
