Desalegn\u00a0\uff09\u88ab\u8feb\u65bc2\u670815\u65e5\u5ba3\u5e03\u8fad\u8077\u3002\u96a8\u5f8c\uff0c\u57f7\u653f\u806f\u76df\u57c3\u585e\u4eba\u6c11\u9769\u547d\u6c11\u4e3b\u9663\u7dda\uff08EPDRF\uff09\u5169\u5e74\u5167\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u5ba3\u5e03\u5168\u570b\u9032\u5165\u7dca\u6025\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u7531\u56db\u500b\u653f\u9ee8\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u4eba\u6c11\u9769\u547d\u6c11\u4e3b\u9663\u7dda\u5df2\u7d71\u6cbb\u57c3\u585e\u9577\u905427\u5e74\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u500b\u806f\u76df\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u5b8c\u5168\u53d7\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u65b9\u63d0\u683c\u96f7\u4eba\u6c11\u89e3\u653e\u9663\u7dda\uff08TPLF\uff09\u7684\u7368\u88c1\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eba\u6c11\u9769\u547d\u6c11\u4e3b\u9663\u7dda\u57f7\u884c\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u8209\u884c\u4e86\u4e00\u6b21\u9577\u6642\u9593\u7684\u79d8\u5bc6\u6703\u8b70\u3002\u4e00\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u9078\u4efb41\u6b72\u7684\u963f\u6bd4\u2022\u827e\u54c8\u9081\u5fb7\uff08Abiy
