\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>10\u5e74\u4f86\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u589e\u901f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4fe1\u8cb8\u7dca\u7e2e\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u6253\u64ca\u4e86\u79c1\u4eba\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u79c1\u4f01\u50b5\u52d9\u9055\u7d04\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5927\u5e45\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u516c\u53f8\u9700\u8981\u4e2d\u592e\u6216\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u51fa\u624b\u62ef\u6551\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b\u7b2c\u4e09\u5b63\u5ea6\u7e3d\u9ad4\u7d93\u6fdf\u589e\u9577\u7387\u70ba6.5%\uff08\u9019\u662f\u81ea10\u5e74\u524d\u5168\u7403\u91d1\u878d\u5371\u6a5f\u4ee5\u4f86\u6700\u5dee\u7684\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u79c1\u71df\u90e8\u9580\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u66f4\u662f\u7cdf\u7cd5\uff0c\u8fd1\u4e4e\u8870\u9000\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u4e14\u8a31\u591a\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u8005\u61f7\u7591\u5b98\u65b9\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u589e\u9577\u7387\u53ea\u67093-4%\u3002\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8aaa\u53d7\u60e0\u65bc\u7279\u6717\u666e2\u842c\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u523a\u6fc0\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u7f8e\u570b\u7d93\u6fdf\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u589e\u9577\u901f\u5ea6\u53ef\u80fd\u5df2\u8d85\u904e\u4e2d\u570b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u73fe\u5728\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u6642\u671f\u300d\uff0c\u300a\u5357\u83ef\u65e9\u5831\u300b\u7684\u738b\u5411\u5049\u7a31\uff0c\u300c\u4e2d\u570b\u79c1\u71df\u90e8\u9580\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e8660%\u7684GDP\u548c80%\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8077\u4f4d\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u5546\u696d\u4fe1\u5fc3\u6b63\u8655\u65bc\u6b77\u53f2\u4f4e\u4f4d\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b\u62db\u5546\u9280\u884c\u9996\u5e2d\u7d93\u6fdf\u5e2b\u4e01\u5b89\u83ef\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u6709\u8b49\u64da\u986f\u793a\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u79c1\u71df\u90e8\u9580\u9677\u5165\u4e86\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u7d93\u6fdf\u6539\u976940\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\u672a\u66fe\u51fa\u73fe\u904e\u7684\u56f0\u5883\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8cea\u62bc\u80a1\u7968\u5371\u6a5f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u80a1\u5e02\u5927\u7009\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u6eec\u6df1300\u6307\u6578\u81ea1\u6708\u4ee5\u4f86\u5df2\u4e0b\u8dcc\u4e86\u4e09\u6210\u3002\u5230\u76ee\u524d\u70ba\u6b62\u4eca\u5e74\u80a1\u5e02\u84b8\u767c\u4e8621\u842c\u5104\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\uff0c\u9019\u76f8\u7576\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u300c\u4e00\u5e36\u4e00\u8def\u300d\u6295\u8cc7\u91d1\u984d\u768410\u500d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u300c\u65b0\u8208\u5e02\u5834\u300d\u7684\u80a1\u5e02\u90fd\u5927\u8dcc\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u81ea10\u6708\u958b\u59cb\u62cb\u552e\u6f6e\u4ea6\u8513\u5ef6\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u767c\u9054\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7684\u80a1\u5e02\u3002\u5176\u539f\u56e0\u6709\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u8cc7\u672c\u5bb6\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e2d\u7f8e\u8cbf\u6613\u6230\u4ee5\u53ca\u5168\u7403\u7d93\u6fdf\u524d\u666f\u611f\u5230\u5bb3\u6015\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u80a1\u707d\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5371\u96aa\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8a31\u591a\u79c1\u4eba\u4f01\u696d\u8cea\u62bc\u5176\u80a1\u4efd\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u8cb8\u6b3e\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u653f\u5e9c\u6253\u64ca\u91d1\u878d\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u6536\u7dca\u878d\u8cc7\u6e20\u9053\uff0c\u62bc\u80a1\u501f\u8cb8\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u5ee3\u6cdb\u3002\u6eec\u6df13,491\u9593\u4e0a\u5e02\u4f01\u696d\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ea\u670913\u9593\u6c92\u6709\u9019\u9ebc\u505a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>10\u6708\u80a1\u707d\u7e7c\u7e8c\u60e1\u5316\uff0c\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u8cc7\u6599\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u81f310\u670812\u65e5\u4e2d\u570b35%\u7684\u8cea\u62bc\u80a1\u7968\uff08\u5e02\u503c\u90548.9\u5104\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\uff09\u5df2\u8dcc\u7a7f\u6b62\u640d\u7dda\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u88ab\u9280\u884c\u62cb\u552e\uff0c\u800c\u53e6\u591661%\u4ea6\u63a5\u8fd1\u300c\u8b66\u6212\u6c34\u5e73\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u8cea\u62bc\u80a1\u7968\u5371\u6a5f\u300d\u6b63\u89f8\u767c\u4e00\u500b\u60e1\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\u3002\u4e0a\u6d77\u7684\u4e00\u540d\u6295\u8cc7\u7d93\u7406\u544a\u8a34\u300a\u5357\u83ef\u65e9\u5831\u300b\uff1a\u300c\u80a1\u7968\u4e0b\u8dcc\u5c0e\u81f4\u5e73\u5009\uff0c\u800c\u5e73\u5009\u5247\u4ee4\u80a1\u7968\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4e0b\u8dcc\u3002\u300d\u70ba\u4e86\u6253\u7834\u9019\u500b\u5faa\u74b0\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u51fa\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u65b0\u63aa\u65bd\u8a66\u5716\u6258\u5e95\u80a1\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u5e9c\u900f\u904e\u570b\u6709\u8b49\u5238\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5411\u80a1\u5e02\u6ce8\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u652f\u6490\u6700\u5371\u96aa\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u4ea6\u4fee\u6539\u898f\u5247\uff0c\u8b93\u4f01\u696d\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u8cb7\u56de\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u80a1\u4efd\uff08\u9019\u662f\u83ef\u723e\u8857\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u4f0e\u5006\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u66ab\u6642\u62ac\u9ad8\u80a1\u7968\u50f9\u683c\uff09\u3002\u77ed\u671f\u5167\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\u80fd\u5920\u9632\u6b62\u4e2d\u570b\u80a1\u5e02\u7e7c\u7e8c\u4e0b\u6ed1\u3002\u4f46\u554f\u984c\u662f\u9019\u80fd\u5920\u7dad\u6301\u591a\u4e45\uff1f\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5982\u679c\u5be6\u9ad4\u7d93\u6fdf\u8207\u5168\u7403\u7d93\u6fdf\u7e7c\u7e8c\u60e1\u5316\u7684\u8a71\u3002<\/p>
