\/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u88d8\u9752\u3000\u793e\u6703\u4e3b\u7fa9\u884c\u52d5<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u671f\u6797\u912d\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u51fa\u6240\u8b02\u516c\u5171\u5e74\u91d1\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u610f\u5716\u5438\u5f15\u9577\u8005\u8a8d\u8cfc\u4e94\u842c\u81f3\u4e00\u767e\u842c\u6e2f\u5143\u4e0d\u7b49\u7684\u4efd\u984d\uff0c\u300c\u81ea\u88fd\u9577\u7ce7\u300d\u3002\u7136\u800c\u548c\u904e\u53bb\u4e00\u7cfb\u7d71\u82b1\u6a23\u7e41\u591a\u7684\u6240\u8b02\u9000\u4f11\u9805\u76ee\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u4ea6\u4e0d\u904e\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u8ff4\u907f\u5168\u6c11\u9000\u4f11\u4fdd\u969c\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u82b1\u62db\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u7522\u53cd\u61c9\u51b7\u6de1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\u5e74\u91d1\u8a8d\u8cfc\u984d\u4e26\u4e0d\u4f4e\u5ec9\uff0c\u96d6\u8aaa\u53ef\u5728\u4e94\u842c\u81f3\u4e00\u767e\u842c\u5143\u984d\u5ea6\u9593\u81ea\u884c\u8a8d\u984d\uff0c\u4f46\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\u53ea\u6709\u6700\u9ad8\u8a8d\u8cfc\u984d\uff08\u4e00\u767e\u842c\u6e2f\u5143\uff09\u65b9\u80fd\u53d6\u5f97\u4e00\u500b\u8f03\u5408\u7406\u7684\u9000\u4f11\u5f8c\u6536\u5165\uff08\u6bcf\u6708\u4e94\u5343\u516b\u767e\u5143\uff09\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u57fa\u5c64\u9000\u4f11\u4eba\u58eb\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u9019\u6839\u672c\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u53ef\u671b\u4e0d\u53ef\u53ca\u7684\u6578\u76ee\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u8457\u9019\u7fa4\u6700\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u7a69\u5b9a\u9000\u4f11\u5f8c\u6536\u5165\u7684\u9577\u8005\u537b\u504f\u504f\u88ab\u6392\u9664\u65bc\u8a08\u5283\u4e4b\u5916\u3002<br \/>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u516c\u5171\u91ab\u7642\u9ad4\u7cfb\u6b98\u7f3a\u4e0d\u5168\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5373\u4fbf\u90a3\u4e9b\u624b\u982d\u4e0a\u6301\u6709\u767e\u842c\u6e2f\u5143\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u9577\u8005\u4ea6\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u8a8d\u8cfc\u516c\u5171\u5e74\u91d1\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u5065\u5eb7\u670d\u52d9\u5b8c\u5168\u4f9d\u9760\u5728\u90a3\u6c42\u91ab\u8005\u4eba\u6eff\u70ba\u60a3\u516c\u5171\u91ab\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5f92\u7136\u52a0\u5287\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u516c\u5171\u5e74\u91d1\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u800c\u8a00\u975e\u4f46\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d77\u5230\u653f\u5e9c\u5ba3\u50b3\u6240\u8072\u7a31\u300c\u61c9\u5c0d\u9577\u58fd\u6240\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u98a8\u96aa\u300d\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u81ea\u8eab\u75be\u75c5\u91ab\u8b77\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u8d77\u56e0\uff0c\u5247\u5b8c\u5168\u57fa\u65bc\u653f\u5e9c\u5c0d\u516c\u5171\u91ab\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u523b\u610f\u7dca\u7e2e\u6240\u81f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u539f\u5148\u9810\u8a08\u516c\u5171\u5e74\u91d1\u8a8d\u8cfc\u7e3d\u984d\u70ba\u4e00\u767e\u5104\u5143\uff0c\u8ca1\u653f\u53f8\u53f8\u9577\u9673\u8302\u6ce2\u66f4\u7570\u60f3\u5929\u958b\u5730\u5ba3\u7a31\u5047\u5982\u8d85\u984d\u8a8d\u8cfc\u4e00\u500d\u5c07\u589e\u52a0\u767c\u884c\u91cf\u3002\u7136\u800c\u73fe\u5be6\u662f\u6700\u7d42\u7684\u8a8d\u8cfc\u984d\u4e0d\u5230\u4e94\u5341\u5104\u5143\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4e0d\u53ca\u9810\u671f\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u534a\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u6307\u5167\u90e8\u56de\u5831\u7387\u67094\u5398\uff0c\u4ee5\u57fa\u672c\u751f\u6d3b\u6d88\u8cbb\u54c1\u4f86\u8a08\u7b97\u7684\u8a71\u751a\u81f3\u6703\u4f4e\u65bc\u901a\u6f32\u3002\u800c\u4e1465\u6b72\u7537\u6027\u6295\u4fdd\uff0c\u8981\u670986\u6b73\u58fd\u547d\uff0c\u800c\u5973\u6027\u5247\u6709\u898190\u6b72\u58fd\u547d\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u9019\u56de\u5831\u7387\u3002\u5982\u4e0d\u5e7881\u6b72\u96e2\u4e16\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u56de\u5831\u53ea\u67091.3%\u300270\u6b72\u96e2\u4e16\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5e73\u5747\u56de\u5831\u66f4\u662f\u8ca0\u6578\uff0c\u662f\u8ca03%\uff01\u518d\u8005\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5973\u6027\u9810\u671f\u58fd\u547d\u8f03\u9577\u800c\u8981\u66f4\u9ad8\u4fdd\u8cbb\uff0c\u6839\u672c\u662f\u6027\u5225\u6b67\u8996\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u60c5\u6cc1\u5b8c\u5168\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u9019\u9805\u516c\u5171\u5e74\u91d1\u8a08\u5283\u4e00\u5982\u65e9\u524d\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u4e3b\u5c0e\u9000\u4f11\u9805\u76ee\u5982ibond\u7b49\u6839\u672c\u6c92\u6709\u7167\u9867\u6700\u5ee3\u5927\u7684\u9000\u4f11\u9577\u8005\u6240\u9700\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u9023\u76ee\u6a19\u7fa4\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7522\u968e\u5c64\u90fd\u8208\u8da3\u7f3a\u7f3a\u3002\u66fe\u529b\u52f8\u653f\u5e9c\u843d\u5be6\u5168\u6c11\u9000\u4f11\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u73fe\u6642\u4ea6\u652f\u6301\u516c\u5171\u5e74\u91d1\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u6e2f\u5927\u6559\u6388\u5468\u6c38\u65b0\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u5a92\u9ad4\u8a2a\u554f\u4e2d\u4ea6\u627f\u8a8d\uff1a\u8eab\u908a\u4e0d\u5c11\u670b\u53cb\u70ba\u9810\u7559\u73fe\u91d1\u61c9\u4ed8\u91ab\u7642\u958b\u652f\u800c\u672a\u6709\u8a8d\u8cfc\u516c\u5171\u5e74\u91d1\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u574a\u9593\u4e0d\u5c11\u6a5f\u69cb\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6309\u5e73\u5747\u9810\u671f\u58fd\u547d\u63a8\u7b97\uff0c\u6e2f\u4eba\u60f3\u904e\u9000\u4f11\u751f\u6d3b\u9700\u4e00\u767e\u4e09\u5341\u81f3\u4e03\u767e\u591a\u842c\u5143\u3002\u800c\u5373\u4fbf\u662f\u6700\u57fa\u672c\u751f\u6d3b\u6c34\u5e73\u6240\u9700\u7684\u4e00\u767e\u4e09\u5341\u842c\u5143\u5132\u84c4\uff0c\u532f\u8c50\u9280\u884c\u5766\u627f\u4e00\u822c\u5de5\u4eba\u7684\u5f37\u7a4d\u91d1\u6236\u53e3\u4ea6\u7121\u6cd5\u8ca0\u64d4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u5c0d\u7167\u662f\u6b21\u516c\u5171\u5e74\u91d1\u8a08\u5283\u6240\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5408\u7406\u751f\u6d3b\u6536\u5165\u6c34\u5e73\uff08\u5373\u4e00\u767e\u842c\u5143\u8a8d\u8cfc\u984d\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u4ea6\u66dd\u9732\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u6839\u672c\u660e\u77e5\u5f37\u7a4d\u91d1\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u4f55\u4e0d\u76f4\u63a5\u5c07\u5f37\u7a4d\u91d1\u5132\u84c4\u7d0d\u5165\u5230\u516c\u5171\u5e74\u91d1\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u4fdd\u8b49\u4e0b\u70ba\u6240\u6709\u52de\u52d5\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u5408\u7406\u7684\u9000\u4f11\u751f\u6d3b\u6536\u5165\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5ee2\u9664\u5f37\u7a4d\u91d1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u53ea\u6709\u5168\u6c11\u9000\u4f11\u4fdd\u969c\u65b9\u70ba\u793e\u6703\u8feb\u5207\u6240\u9700\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u9694\u4e09\u5dee\u4e94\u642c\u51fa\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5de7\u7acb\u660e\u76ee\u7684\u9000\u4f11\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u8b93\u79c1\u4eba\u91d1\u878d\u8cc7\u672c\u74dc\u5206\u6c11\u773e\u7a4d\u84c4\uff0c\u66f4\u975e\u539a\u984f\u7121\u6065\u5730\u9f13\u5439\u9577\u8005\u61c9\u91cd\u6295\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u5e02\u5834\u4ee5\u643e\u4e7e\u5176\u6240\u6709\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\
