{"id":21986,"date":"2019-11-25T19:40:29","date_gmt":"2019-11-25T11:40:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chinaworker.info\/?p=21986"},"modified":"2019-12-02T21:32:13","modified_gmt":"2019-12-02T13:32:13","slug":"%e5%bb%ba%e5%88%b6%e6%b4%be%e5%9c%a8%e5%8d%80%e9%81%b8%e6%85%98%e6%95%97","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chinaworker.info\/zh-hant\/2019\/11\/25\/21986\/","title":{"rendered":"\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u5728\u5340\u9078\u6158\u6557"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u904b\u52d5\u8981\u904b\u7528\u9019\u6b21\u6b77\u53f2\u6027\u9078\u8209\u6210\u7e3e\u2014\u2014\u5c07\u5de5\u4eba\u9b25\u722d\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u722d\u53d6\u5927\u9678\u7fa4\u773e\u652f\u6301<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u793e\u6703\u4e3b\u7fa9\u884c\u52d5\u3000\u8072\u660e<\/p>\n<p>\u53cd\u5a01\u6b0a\u904b\u52d5\u572811\u670824\u65e5\u7684\u5340\u8b70\u6703\u9078\u8209\u5f97\u52dd\u3002\u6c11\u4e3b\u6d3e\u8d0f\u5f97\u4e86388\u5e2d\uff08\u4e0a\u5c46\u6709126\u5e2d\uff09\u800c\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u53ea\u5f9759\u5e2d\uff08\u4e0a\u5c46298\u5e2d\uff09\u3002\u9078\u7968\u5206\u4f48\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6c11\u4e3b\u6d3e\u596a\u5f9757%\u9078\u7968\uff0c\u800c\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u596a\u5f9741%\u3002\u5728\u55ae\u8b70\u5e2d\u55ae\u7968\u5236\u4e0b\u6c11\u4e3b\u6d3e\u596a\u5f97\u4e5d\u6210\u8b70\u5e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6c92\u6709\u516d\u6708\u7206\u767c\u7684\u9019\u5834\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u65d7\u958b\u5f97\u52dd\u3002\u904b\u52d5\u7206\u767c\u81f3\u4eca\u8d85\u904e\u4e94\u5343\u540d\u793a\u5a01\u8005\u88ab\u6355\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u5e74\u9f61\u4f4e\u65bc18\u6b72\u3002\u53d7\u50b7\u4eba\u6578\u8d85\u904e\u4e8c\u5343\uff0c\u6709\u4e09\u540d\u5e74\u8f15\u4eba\u88ab\u69cd\u50b7\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4eba\u53ea\u670914\u6b72\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u53cd\u5c0d\u8b66\u5bdf\u66b4\u529b\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u91cd\u9ede\u8a34\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6b77\u53f2\u6027\u9078\u8209\u6210\u7e3e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u6b21\u6295\u7968\u7387\u9ad8\u905471.2%\uff0c\u9060\u9ad8\u65bc2015\u5e74\u5340\u8b70\u6703\u9078\u8209\u768447%\u548c2016\u5e74\u7acb\u6cd5\u6703\u9078\u8209\u768458%\u3002\u6295\u7968\u4eba\u6578\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4eca\u6b21\u4eba\u6578\u70ba294\u842c\uff0c\u4e0a\u5c46\u5340\u9078\u5247\u70ba147\u842c\u3002\u5927\u91cf\u5e74\u8f15\u4eba\u6210\u70ba\u65b0\u767b\u8a18\u7684\u9078\u7968\uff0c\u800c\u5927\u91cf\u7968\u7ad9\u5728\u65e9\u4e0a\u5df2\u7d93\u51fa\u73fe\u4eba\u9f8d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0a\u5c46\u6cdb\u6c11\u5728\u5341\u516b\u5340\u8b70\u6703\u88e1\u90fd\u662f\u5c11\u6578\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u63a7\u5236\u4e86\u5341\u4e03\u5340\u8b70\u6703\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u67098\u5e2d\u975e\u6c11\u9078\u7576\u7136\u8b70\u5e2d\u7684\u96e2\u5cf6\u5340\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u9918\u5341\u4e03\u5340\u90fd\u7531\u6cdb\u6c11\u596a\u5f97\u591a\u6578\u8b70\u5e2d\u3002\u5728\u897f\u8ca2\u3001\u5927\u57d4\u548c\u9ec3\u5927\u4ed9\u5340\uff0c\u6cdb\u6c11\u596a\u5f97\u5168\u90e8\u8b70\u5e2d\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u5e7e\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u8b66\u5bdf\u591a\u6b21\u5728\u9ec3\u5927\u4ed9\u5340\u760b\u72c2\u767c\u5c04\u50ac\u6dda\u5f48\u4ee5\u53ca\u65bd\u7528\u66b4\u529b\uff0c\u5f15\u767c\u591a\u6b21\u8b66\u6c11\u885d\u7a81\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u6c11\u6028\u6cb8\u9a30\u3002<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>\u5340\u8b70\u6703\u5411\u4f86\u6b0a\u529b\u5f31\u5c0f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5404\u9ee8\u6d3e\u90fd\u5728\u9078\u8209\u4e2d\u6de1\u5316\u653f\u6cbb\uff0c\u53ea\u95dc\u6ce8\u6240\u8b02\u300c\u5730\u5340\u5de5\u4f5c\u300d\uff0c\u8b93\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u5bb9\u6613\u7528\u86c7\u9f4b\u9905\u7cbd\u53ca\u5730\u5340\u7db2\u8def\u6536\u8cb7\u9078\u7968\u3002\u4eca\u5c46\u9078\u8209\u6253\u7834\u4e86\u6de1\u5316\u653f\u6cbb\u7684\u9078\u8209\u50b3\u7d71\uff0c\u8b8a\u76f8\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u4e00\u5834\u662f\u5426\u652f\u6301\u793a\u5a01\u53ca\u53cd\u5c0d\u653f\u5e9c\u93ae\u58d3\u7684\u516c\u6295\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u9078\u8209\u7d50\u679c\u53ef\u8b02\u6451\u4e86\u4e2d\u5171\u4e00\u5df4\u638c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u5171\u9762\u5c0d\u66f4\u5927\u9ebb\u7169<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u4e2d\u5171\u66f4\u96e3\u7d50\u675f\u73fe\u6642\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u5371\u6a5f\u3002\u5728\u5341\u6708\u56db\u4e2d\u5168\u6703\u5f8c\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u660e\u986f\u8981\u6c42\u6e2f\u5e9c\u548c\u8b66\u5bdf\u66f4\u5f37\u786c\u5c0d\u4ed8\u9999\u6e2f\u793a\u5a01\u8005\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u8a08\u5283\u88fd\u9020\u4e00\u5834\u9999\u6e2f\u7248\u516d\u56db\uff0c\u52d9\u6c42\u9054\u5230\u9707\u61fe\u6548\u679c\u4ee5\u7d50\u675f\u904b\u52d5\u3002\u4f46\u5728\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u9078\u8209\u5927\u6557\u5f8c\uff0c\u77ed\u671f\u5167\u9019\u8a08\u5283\u96e3\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u7279\u9996\u5c0f\u5708\u5b50\u9078\u8209\u76841,194\u7968\u4e2d\uff0c\u5340\u8b70\u54e1\u9078\u59d4\u4f54\u4e86117\u5e2d\u3002\u5728\u5168\u7968\u5236\u4e0b\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u4e4b\u524d\u63a7\u5236\u4e86\u9019117\u5e2d\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u5c07\u7531\u6cdb\u6c11\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u6709\u50b3\u4e2d\u5171\u672c\u4f86\u6253\u7b97\u57282020\u5e74\u8981\u6797\u912d\u8fad\u8077\uff0c\u4e26\u5b89\u6392\u4e00\u540d\u6c11\u610f\u76f8\u5c0d\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u4eba\u4e0a\u4efb\u3002\u4f46\u73fe\u5728\u4e2d\u5171\u66f4\u96e3\u64cd\u63a7\u5c0f\u5708\u5b50\u9078\u8209\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u5982\u610f\u7b97\u76e4\u66f4\u96e3\u6253\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u53bb\u516d\u500b\u6708\u7531\u786c\u63a8\u9001\u4e2d\u689d\u4f8b\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u65b7\u8a08\u7b97\u932f\u8aa4\u3002\u6797\u912d\u627f\u8a8d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u932f\u5931\u9020\u6210\u300c\u5927\u707d\u830c\u300d\u3002\u5728\u5340\u9078\u5927\u6557\u5f8c\uff0c\u5979\u53c8\u6307\u653f\u5e9c\u6703\u8a8d\u771f\u5f9e\u9078\u8209\u7d50\u679c\u4e2d\u6df1\u5207\u53cd\u601d\u3002\u4f46\u6797\u912d\u88ab\u4e2d\u5171\u7981\u6b62\u5411\u5e02\u6c11\u4f5c\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u8b93\u6b65\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7d55\u4e0d\u80fd\u6307\u671b\u653f\u5e9c\u6703\u4f5c\u51fa\u6539\u5584\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7fd2\u8fd1\u5e73\u653f\u6b0a\u5bb3\u6015\u4f5c\u51fa\u8b93\u6b65\u7b49\u540c\u793a\u5f31\uff0c\u6703\u9f13\u52f5\u5927\u9678\u7fa4\u773e\u7d44\u7e54\u8d77\u4f86\u4e26\u63d0\u51fa\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8a34\u6c42\u3002\u4e2d\u570b\u5de5\u4eba\u548c\u9752\u5e74\u7684\u6c11\u6028\u8207\u9999\u6e2f\u5e7e\u4e4e\u4e00\u6a23\uff1a\u4f4e\u85aa\u3001\u5c31\u696d\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u3001\u4e0d\u4eba\u9053\u7684\u5de5\u6642\u3001\u760b\u72c2\u7684\u6a13\u50f9\u3001\u6c61\u67d3\u554f\u984c\u56b4\u91cd\u3001\u6253\u58d3\u6240\u6709\u53cd\u5c0d\u6d3e\u7684\u7368\u88c1\u653f\u6b0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u602a\u8cac\u6797\u912d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u5e9c\u53ca\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u5982\u671f\u8209\u884c\u9078\u8209\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f3c\u4e4e\u53c8\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u5927\u5931\u9810\u7b97\u3002\u5728\u5340\u9078\u524d\u4e00\u523b\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u53ca\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u9084\u5728\u7336\u8c6b\u662f\u5426\u53d6\u6d88\u9078\u8209\uff08\u9019\u8b8a\u76f8\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u653f\u8b8a\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u5bb3\u6015\u53d6\u6d88\u9078\u8209\u518d\u5f15\u767c\u5c0d\u793a\u5a01\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u540c\u60c5\uff0c\u4e26\u589e\u52a0\u570b\u969b\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6700\u5f8c\u5982\u671f\u8209\u884c\u3002\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u90fd\u77e5\u9053\u9078\u60c5\u4e0d\u5229\uff0c\u4f46\u6c92\u60f3\u904e\u6703\u767c\u751f\u5982\u6b64\u5927\u707d\u96e3\u3002\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u5728\u4eca\u6b21\u660e\u986f\u4e5f\u6709\u90e8\u7f72\u4f5c\u51fa\u5927\u52d5\u54e1\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5f97\u5230117\u842c\u7968\uff08\u6bd4\u4e0a\u5c46\u591a\u4e8633\u842c\u7968\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u4e0a\u5c46\u5168\u6e2f\u6295\u7968\u4eba\u6578\u4e5f\u53ea\u6709147\u842c\uff0c\u53ef\u898b\u4eca\u6b21\u6295\u7968\u7387\u5947\u9ad8\u662f\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u6158\u6557\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u53ef\u9810\u8a08\u5efa\u5236\u6d3e\u843d\u9078\u4eba\u6703\u76f8\u7e7c\u8b74\u8cac\u6797\u912d\u4ee4\u4ed6\u5011\u300c\u5931\u696d\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u9020\u6210\u9019\u5834\u4e3b\u6b0a\u79fb\u4ea4\u4ee5\u4f86\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5371\u6a5f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6c11\u5efa\u806f\u7531119\u5e2d\u843d\u5f97\u53ea\u670921\u5e2d\uff0c\u4e3b\u5e2d\u674e\u6167\u743c\u63d0\u51fa\u8fad\u8077\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u65bc\u7121\u4eba\u60f3\u63a5\u4efb\u800c\u88ab\u52f8\u963b\u3002\u5de5\u806f\u6703\u66f4\u753
