\u4e9e\u6d32\u7684\u83dc\u5e02\u5834\u4ea4\u6613\u5404\u7a2e\u6d3b\u9ad4\u7684\u99b4\u990a\u6216\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u52d5\u7269\u6703\u88ab\u95dc\u5728\u5f7c\u6b64\u5806\u758a\u7684\u5bc6\u96c6\u7c60\u5b50\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u7d93\u5e38\u5728\u51b7\u85cf\u548c\u6392\u6c34\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u5834\u6240\u5c60\u5bb0\u3002\u6975\u7aef\u58d3\u529b\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u689d\u4ef6\u6703\u524a\u5f31\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5404\u7a2e\u7269\u7a2e\u8207\u8eab\u4e0a\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u540c\u8655\u4e00\u5ba4\u4f7f\u5f97\u8b8a\u7570\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u5f9e\u4e00\u7a2e\u52d5\u7269\u50b3\u64ad\u5230\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u52d5\u7269\u8eab\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u4e9b\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u4f86\u81ea\u65e5\u76ca\u5de5\u696d\u5316\u7684\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c0f\u578b\u8fb2\u5834\u548c\u72e9\u7375\u3002\u9019\u500b\u5229\u6f64\u9ad8\u9054760\u5104\u6b50\u5143\uff085,900\u5104\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\uff09\u7684\u884c\u696d\u7531\u65bc\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u8ca7\u56f0\u5730\u5340\u4eba\u53e3\u5c31\u696d\u800c\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u5927\u529b\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7a7f\u5c71\u7532\u3001\u86c7\u548c\u679c\u5b50\u72f8\u4e4b\u985e\u7684\u91ce\u751f\u7269\u7a2e\u50c5\u88ab\u6709\u9322\u4eba\u7576\u4f5c\u5962\u4f88\u54c1\u3001\u6ecb\u88dc\u54c1\u548c\u5730\u4f4d\u7684\u8c61\u5fb5\u4f86\u98df\u7528\uff0c\u666e\u901a\u52de\u52d5\u8005\u662f\u5403\u4e0d\u5230\u7684\u3002\u5728\u5fae\u535a\u793e\u7fa4\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\uff0c\u300c\uff03\u62d2\u7d55\u91ce\u5473\u300d\u7b49\u53cd\u5c0d\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u690d\u7269\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u6a19\u7c64\u983b\u983b\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u6253\u7834\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u91ce\u5473\u7522\u54c1\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u85e5\u7528\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u8ff7\u4fe1\u3002\u80ba\u708e\u75ab\u60c5\u7684\u7206\u767c\u548c\u516c\u773e\u58d3\u529b\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e2d\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u66f4\u591a\u7ba1\u5236\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u4f46\u5c31\u50cf2002\u5e74SARS\u75ab\u60c5\u5f8c\u7684\u81e8\u6642\u7981\u4ee4\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6cd5\u4ee4\u53ea\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5f88\u5c0f\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e0d\u6703\u6301\u7e8c\u5f88\u9577\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u4e9b\u898f\u6a21\u8f03\u5927\u7684\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u690d\u7269\u98fc\u990a\u57fa\u5730\u5f80\u5f80\u4f4d\u65bc\u4eba\u985e\u793e\u6703\u7684\u908a\u7de3\uff0c\u4fb5\u4f54\u68ee\u6797\u548c\u8352\u91ce\u3002\u65b0\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\u5f80\u5f80\u767c\u751f\u5728\u4eba\u985e\u901a\u904e\u5927\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u5927\u8086\u6539\u9020\u5730\u5f62\u3001\u7834\u58de\u68ee\u6797\u3001\u767c\u5c55\u8fb2\u696d\u3001\u63a1\u7926\u3001\u4fee\u5efa\u9053\u8def\u548c\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u4e9b\u4eba\u985e\u6d3b\u52d5\u7834\u58de\u4e86\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u7d71\u8207\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u64fe\u52d5\u4e86\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u4f7f\u75c5\u6bd2\u9700\u8981\u5c0b\u627e\u65b0\u7684\u5bbf\u4e3b\u3002\u8759\u8760\u548c\u8001\u9f20\u9069\u61c9\u6027\u6700\u5f37\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u7d71\u8b8a\u5316\u4e2d\u751f\u5b58\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u65b0\u820a\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u5132\u5b58\u5eab\u3002\u4eba\u985e\u5165\u4fb5\u539f\u59cb\u68ee\u6797\u4f7f\u5f97\u9019\u4e9b\u91ce\u751f\u52d5\u7269\u53ca\u5176\u651c\u5e36\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u5f97\u4ee5\u8207\u8fb2\u5834\u52d5\u7269\u3001\u8fb2\u5834\u5de5\u4eba\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u985e\u63a5\u89f8\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u6b21\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u5df2\u7d93\u662f\u904e\u53bb26\u5e74\u4e2d\u7b2c\u516d\u7a2e\u8d77\u6e90\u65bc\u8759\u8760\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u75c5\u6bd2\u5f80\u5f80\u7d93\u7531\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u990a\u6b96\u3001\u99b4\u990a\u6216\u72e9\u7375\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e2d\u9593\u5bbf\u4e3b\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u99ac\uff081994\u5e74\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9e\uff0c\u4ea8\u5fb7\u62c9\u75c5\u6bd2\uff09\u3001\u99f1\u99dd\uff082012\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u6771\u547c\u5438\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7\uff09\u3001\u4f5c\u70ba\u53e2\u6797\u8089\u88ab\u7375\u6bba\u7684\u9ed1\u7329\u7329\uff082014\u5e74\uff0c\u57c3\u535a\u62c9\uff3b\u6e2f\u53f0\uff1a\u4f0a\u6ce2\u62c9\uff09\u75c5\u6bd2\uff09\uff0c\u8c6c\uff081998\u5e74\uff0c\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\uff0c\u5c3c\u5e15\u75c5\u6bd2\uff09\u548c\u679c\u5b50\u72f8\uff082002\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u83dc\u5e02\u5834\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u6c99\u58eb\uff09\u3002\u6211\u5011\u672c\u61c9\u8a72\u5f9e\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u6559\u8a13\u7acb\u523b\u63a1\u53d6\u884c\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f46\u662f\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u8fb2\u696d\u5927\u4f01\u696d\u5f88\u6a02\u610f\u7e7c\u7e8c\u9032\u884c\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u7834\u58de\u5730\u7403\u7684\u68ee\u6797\u780d\u4f10\uff0c\u4e26\u4f4e\u85aa\u525d\u524a\u5de5\u4eba\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u63a5\u89f8\u6bd2\u7d20\u548c\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u7d66\u75c5\u6bd2\u50b3\u64ad\u7d66\u4eba\u985e\u92ea\u5e73\u9053\u8def\u2500\u2500\u6240\u6709\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u5229\u6f64\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u4e2d\u523b\u6709\u7372\u5229\u7684\u672c\u80fd\uff0c\u9019\u610f\u8b02\u8457\u8cc7\u672c\u5bb6\u5fc5\u9808\u4e0d\u65b7\u5f81\u670d\u6216\u958b\u62d3\u65b0\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u4e0d\u65b7\u64f4\u5c55\u672a\u77e5\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u628a\u6240\u6709\u8cc7\u6e90\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u5546\u54c1\u548c\u5229\u6f64\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u4e0b\uff0c\u8cc7\u672c\u5bb6\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u7d55\u5c0d\u4e0d\u6703\u9858\u610f\u63a1\u53d6\u964d\u4f4e\u5229\u6f64\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u66f4\u4e0d\u6703\u63a1\u53d6\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u6027\u6539\u9769\u4f86\u963b\u6b62\u7ce7\u98df\u751f\u7522\u6240\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u81f4\u547d\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u3002\u8fb2\u696d\u4f01\u696d\u5fc5\u9808\u7531\u52de\u52d5\u8005\u76e3\u7763\u4e0b\u6539\u9020\u70ba\u6c11\u4e3b\u7684\u516c\u6709\u4f01\u696d\u3002<\/p>\n
