\u4fe1\u5949\u300c\u7dad\u591a\u5229\u4e9e\u6642\u4ee3\u50f9\u503c\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u300c\u6c92\u6709\u300e\u793e\u6703\u300f\u9019\u7a2e\u6771\u897f\u300d\u4f5c\u70ba\u610f\u8b58\u578b\u614b\u7684\u8faf\u8b77\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u524a\u6e1b\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u670d\u52d9\u4e26\u4e14\u5c07\u8ca0\u64d4\u63a8\u5f80\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u5728\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u53d7\u5bb3\u7684\u662f\u5a66\u5973\u3002 \u8d85\u904e\u4e00\u534a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u82f1\u570b\u5973\u5de5\u88ab\u525d\u596a\u4e86\u672c\u61c9\u64c1\u6709\u7684\u751f\u80b2\u88dc\u52a9\u3001\u6709\u85aa\u7522\u5047\u8207\u8f03\u77ed\u7684\u5de5\u6642\uff0c\u800c\u6258\u5152\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u516c\u5171\u958b\u652f\u5247\u964d\u5230\u897f\u6b50\u6700\u4f4e\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7d93\u6fdf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u57281970\u5e74\u4ee3\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u505c\u6eef\u8207\u5de5\u696d\u885d\u7a81\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u7d71\u6cbb\u968e\u7d1a\u653e\u68c4\u4e86\u5728\u6230\u5f8c\u6eab\u548c\u7684\u8ca1\u5bcc\u518d\u5206\u914d\u548c\u51f1\u6069\u65af\u4e3b\u7fa9\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u8f49\u800c\u6253\u64ca\u5de5\u4eba\u968e\u7d1a\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u6c34\u5e73\u8207\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u4ee5\u6062\u5fa9\u82f1\u570b\u75c5\u614b\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u7684\u88fd\u9020\u5229\u6f64\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6234\u5353\u723e\u5f8c\u4f86\u7688\u4f9d\u8ca8\u5e63\u4e3b\u7fa9 &#8211; Hayek\u8207Milton Friedman\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u5e02\u5834\u610f\u8b58\u578b\u614b\uff0c\u64ca\u6557\u4e86\u524d\u7e3d\u7406\u8207\u4fdd\u5b88\u9ee8\u300c\u6eab\u548c\u7684\u300dTed Heath\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u57281979\u5e74\u7684\u5927\u9078\u4e2d\u7372\u52dd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53ef\u662f\uff0c\u5de5\u9ee8\u9818\u5c0e\u572870\u5e74\u4ee3\u958b\u59cb\u57f7\u884c\u65b0\u81ea\u7531\u4e3b\u7fa9\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u70ba\u6234\u5353\u723e\u4e3b\u7fa9\u505a\u4e86\u6e96\u5099\u3002\u6234\u5353\u723e\u592b\u4eba\u8d0f\u5f97\u4e09\u6b21\u5927\u9078\uff0c\u4e26\u57f7\u653f\u8d85\u904e\u5341\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u4ee4\u5979\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u76f8\u7576\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\u4e14\u5730\u4f4d\u7a69\u56fa\u3002\u4f46\u4e8b\u5be6\u537b\u4e26\u975e\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u64da\u82f1\u570b\u7576\u5730\u6c11\u610f\u8abf\u67e5\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5979\u5728\u4f4d\u6642\u540d\u5217\u6230\u5f8c\u6700\u4e0d\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\u7684\u9996\u76f8\u4e2d\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u5de5\u9ee8\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u6c92\u6709\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\u3002\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5b83\u6c92\u6709\u89e3\u6c7a\u5de5\u4eba\u968e\u7d1a\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5b83\u537b\u52d5\u7528\u8cc7\u6e90\u53bb\u5c0d\u6297\u5de6\u7ffc\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u7576\u6642\u7684\u300c\u6230\u9b25\u6d3e\u300d\uff0d\u5de5\u4eba\u570b\u969b\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08CWI\uff09\u82f1\u570b\u7576\u6642\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d93\u904e1981\u5e74\u7684\u5167\u57ce\u66b4\u52d5\uff0c\u5979\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u652f\u6301\u7387\u53ea\u670923%\u3002\u57281985\u5e744\u6708\uff0c\u5979\u64ca\u6557\u9577\u9054\u4e00\u5e74\u7684\u7926\u5de5\u7f77\u5de5\u5f8c\uff0c\u4fdd\u5b88\u9ee8\u5728\u6c11\u8abf\u4e2d\u843d\u5f8c5%\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc1990\u5e744\u6708\u7576\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u548c\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u5f15\u5165\u4eba\u982d\u7a05\u6642\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u843d\u5f8c\u65bc\u5de5\u9ee824%\uff01<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u63db\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5206\u5316\u7684\u793e\u6703\u968e\u7d1a\u9b25\u722d\u4e2d\uff0c\u6234\u5353\u723e\u6e05\u695a\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u968e\u7d1a\u6230\u9b25\uff0c\u53cd\u5c0d\u793e\u6703\u4e0a\u7684\u5927\u591a\u6578 \u679c\u300c\u52de\u5de5\u806f\u5408\u6703\u8b70\u300d\uff08TUC\uff09\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u4eba\u7576\u6642\u547c\u7c72\u7e3d\u7f77\u5de5\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u7926\u5de5\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u6234\u5353\u723e\u653f\u5e9c\u57281984-85\u5e74\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u57ae\u53f0\u7684\uff0c\u5c31\u5982\u5e0c\u601d\u653f\u5e9c\u65bc1974\u5e74\u6642\u4e00\u822c\u3002\u5373\u4fbf
