class=\"wp-caption-text\">5\u6708\u4efd\u65af\u8afe\u767b\u9003\u5230\u9999\u6e2f<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h1>\u4fdd\u8b77\u65af\u8afe\u767b\uff01<\/h1>\n<p><strong>\u53cd\u5c0d\u7f8e\u5e1d\u570b\u4e3b\u7fa9\u4fb5\u5bb3\u79c1\u96b1\u3001\u6253\u58d3\u6c11\u4e3b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u793e\u6703\u4e3b\u7fa9\u884c\u52d5<\/p>\n<p>\u524d\u7f8e\u570bCIA\u7db2\u8def\u6280\u8853\u4eba\u54e1\u65af\u8afe\u767b\u4f86\u6e2f\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u544a\u5bc6\u8005\u63ed\u767c\u7f8e\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u76e3\u63a7\u5168\u7403\u7684\u901a\u8a0a\u7db2\u8def\u3002\u4e0d\u50c5\u5305\u62ec\u666e\u901a\u6c11\u773e\u7684\u96fb\u8a71\u548c\u4e92\u806f\u7db2\uff0c\u9023\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u9580\u3001\u5927\u5b78\u548c\u666e\u901a\u5b78\u751f\u4e5f\u53d7\u76e3\u63a7\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u5a01\u8105\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u79c1\u96b1\u6b0a\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u5c40\uff08NSA\uff09\u88ab\u63ed\u767c\u57282013\u5e743\u6708\u6536\u96c6\u4e86970\u5104\u9805\u60c5\u5831\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65af\u8afe\u767b\u4ea6\u63ed\u767c\u300c\u7a1c\u93e1\u884c\u52d5\u300d\uff0c\u570b\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u5c40\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u4ee5\u81f3\u5168\u7403\u5f9e\u79c1\u4eba\u5e33\u6236\u4e2d\u7372\u53d6\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002Google\u3001Facebook\u3001Skype\u3001PalTalk\u3001\u5fae\u8edf\u3001\u860b\u679c\u548c\u96c5\u864e\u4e5f\u6709\u8207\u7a1c\u93e1\u884c\u52d5\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u53ef\u898b\u7db2\u8def\u5927\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u60e1\u884c\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u5176\u8eab\u4e0d\u6b63\uff0c\u537b\u7d93\u5e38\u6307\u63a7\u4e2d\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u6c11\u4e3b\uff0c\u6253\u58d3\u6c11\u4e3b\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65af\u8afe\u767b\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u806f\u90a6\u8abf\u67e5\u5c40(FBI)\u6b63\u5728\u8feb\u4f7f\u9999\u6e2f\u5f15\u6e21\u4ed6\u3002\u800cFBI\u4ea6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u65af\u8afe\u767b\u6d29\u9732\u7f8e\u570b\u76e3\u63a7\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u6703\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5c55\u958b\u5168\u9762\u8ffd\u6355\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u300c\u6c11\u4e3b\u5927\u570b\u300d\u82f1\u570b\u4ea6\u6025\u6025\u5217\u65af\u8afe\u767b\u70ba\u300c\u4e0d\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\u4eba\u7269\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u8981\u6c42\u822a\u7a7a\u516c\u53f8\u62d2\u7d55\u65af\u8afe\u767b\u4e58\u5f80\u82f1\u570b\u822a\u73ed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6881
