Green\u3000\u793e\u6703\u4e3b\u7fa9\u66ff\u4ee3\uff08ISA\u7f8e\u570b\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u6211\u5011\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4e8b\u7269\uff0c\u5f9e\u958b\u71c8\u5230\u4f7f\u7528\u624b\u6a5f\uff0c\u90fd\u7531\u6c61\u67d3\u80fd\u6e90\u9a45\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\u7684\u6700\u5927\u90e8\u5206\uff08\u5927\u7d0425%\uff09\u4f86\u81ea\u767c\u96fb\u53ca\u71b1\u80fd\u751f\u7522\u3002\u5176\u5be6\u80fd\u6e90\u751f\u7522\u65e9\u8a72\u7531100%\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u66ff\u4ee3\uff0c\u66f4\u6e96\u78ba\u5730\u4f86\u8b1b\u61c9\u5728\u6578\u5341\u5e74\u524d\u5c31\u8a72\u5982\u6b64\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u4e26\u975e\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u4f86\u5982\u6b64\u4f7f\u7528\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u65e9\u57281800\u5e74\u4ee3\u5de5\u696d\u9769\u547d\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u66fe\u66fe\u66fe\u66fe\u7956\u7236\u6bcd\u8f29\u662f\u65e5\u51fa\u800c\u4f5c\u3001\u65e5\u843d\u800c\u606f\uff0c\u901a\u884c\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u4f7f\u7528\u8c37\u6b4c\u5730\u5716\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u7e3d\u662f\u5229\u7528\u67f4\u706b\u6490\u904e\u5bd2\u51ac\u3001\u9577\u671f\u9762\u5c0d\u98df\u7269\u7a00\u7f3a\u3001\u4e5f\u96e3\u4ee5\u9060\u8ddd\u96e2\u901a\u8a0a\u548c\u65c5\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d93\u904e\u5d0e\u5d87\u6f2b\u9577\u7684\u5275\u65b0\uff0c\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u5f97\u4ee5\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u751f\u7522\uff0c\u5f9e\u65b0\u578b\u7684\u6c34\u8f2a\u79d1\u6280\u52301800\u5e74\u672b\u7531\u71c3\u7164\u548c\u84b8\u6c23\u9a45\u52d5\u5f15\u64ce\u3002\u5f88\u5feb\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9664\u4e86\u80fd\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u7522\u751f\u71b1\u80fd\u6696\u623f\uff0c\u71c3\u7164\u4e5f\u4f7f\u6a5f\u68b0\u5f15\u64ce\u7684\u6548\u7387\u66f4\u52dd\u4ee5\u5f80\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u98db\u6a5f\uff0c\u706b\u8eca\u548c\u6c7d\u8eca\u96a8\u4e4b\u800c\u4f86\uff0c\u6c2e\u5316\u80a5\u6599\u4e5f\u4f7f\u98df\u7269\u4f9b\u7d66\u6307\u6578\u589e\u9577\u3002\u751f\u6d3b\u6c34\u6e96\u4e5f\u6709\u6240\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u5f97\u4ee5\u751f\u5b58\uff0c\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u8b93\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u73fe\u4ee3\u751f\u6d3b\u6210\u771f\uff0c\u9019\u5f97\u6b78\u529f\u65bc\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u5011\u6240\u719f\u6089\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u5f88\u986f\u7136\u4e26\u4e0d\u5728\u9019\u88e1\u5283\u4e0b\u53e5\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u73fe\u5728\u6240\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u662f\u5f9e\u958b\u59cb\u4f7f\u7528\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u5f8c\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u4f7f\u5f97\u6211\u5011\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u4e0d\u885d\u64ca\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u4e0b\u6301\u7e8c\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5b83\u6eff\u8db3\u4eba\u985e\u6587\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u597d\u6d88\u606f\u662f\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u73fe\u4ee3\u79d1\u6280\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u73fe\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7da0\u8272\u66ff\u4ee3\u80fd\u6e90\u904b\u4f5c\u73fe\u4ee3\u793e\u6703\u3002\u58de\u6d88\u606f\u662f\uff0c\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u6703\u5c31\u6b64\u7f77\u4f11\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7522\u696d\u7684\u5927\u6b3a\u8a50<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u7576\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u6210\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u80fd\u6e90\u6642\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u7522\u696d\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u7531\u5c11\u6578\u500b\u4eba\u6b0a\u8cb4\u638c\u63e1\u3002\u81f3\u4eca\u9019\u500b\u72c0\u6cc1\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u6539\u8b8a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1800\u5e74\u4ee3\u672b\u7684\u65b0\u8208\u8cc7\u672c\u5bb6\u5011\u9700\u8981\u9019\u7a2e\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u9435\u8def\u548c\u8208\u5efa\u5de5\u5ee0\u53ca\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u4ee3\u8868\u638c\u63e1\u7164\u70ad\u7684\u4eba\u5f97\u4ee5\u5feb\u901f\u5bcc\u6709\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\u7576\u4ed6\u5011\u4ee5\u53ca\u77f3\u6cb9\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u5927\u4ea8\u5011\u5728\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u6578\u5341\u5e74\u9593\u8ca1\u6e90\u6efe\u6efe\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u6307\u51fa\u5c0d\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u5a01\u8105\u3002\u745e\u5178\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u548c\u5316\u5b78\u5bb6\u963f\u745e\u5c3c\u65af(Svante Arrhenius)\u572819\u4e16\u7d00\u672b\u5df2\u7d93\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u71c3\u71d2\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u5c07\u9020\u6210\u5168\u7403\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u5f8c\u6709\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u4eba\u8a8d\u540c\uff0c\u90fd\u8868\u793a\u76f8\u540c\u610f\u898b\u4e26\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u986f\u793a\u71c3\u71d2\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u516c\u53f8\u5011\u5c0d\u6b64\u975e\u5e38\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8cc7\u52a9\u7576\u4e2d\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6700\u65e9\u57281950\u5e74\u4ee3\u5c31\u767c\u73fe\u71c3\u71d2\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u5c07\u9020\u6210\u5168\u7403\u6696\u5316\u3001\u6d77\u5e73\u9762\u5347\u9ad8\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u300c\u5287\u70c8\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u300d\u3002\u74b0\u4fdd\u4eba\u58eb\u9ea5\u5409\u672c\uff08Bill
