u62ff\u5927\u3001\u6fb3\u6d32\u7b49\u897f\u65b9\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u653f\u7b56\u9b06\u7d81\u6240\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u570b\u5bb6\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u300c\u6c11\u4e3b\u300d\u6216\u300c\u4eba\u6b0a\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u63a8\u52d5\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u51b7\u6230\u65b9\u91dd\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u8a66\u5716\u5438\u5f15\u9999\u6e2f\u66f4\u5bcc\u6709\u7684\u968e\u5c64\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u96e2\u958b\u7684\u4eba\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u4e2d\u7522\u6216\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u982d\u4e09\u5927\u884c\u696d\u70ba\uff1a\u91d1\u878d\u696d\u3001\u8cc7\u8a0a\u79d1\u6280\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5df2\u89e3\u6563\u7684\u6559\u5354\u57282021\u5e745\u6708\u7684\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c40%\u7684\u6559\u5e2b\u7531\u65bc\u300c\u653f\u6cbb\u58d3\u529b\u300d\u589e\u52a0\u5e0c\u671b\u96e2\u8077\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u898f\u6a21\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u6d41\u5931\u5c0d\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u793e\u6703\u7d93\u6fdf\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u516c\u5171\u670d\u52d9\u6703\u6536\u5230\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u516c\u7acb\u91ab\u9662\u6d41\u5931\u4e864.9%\u7684\u91ab\u751f\u548c6.7%\u7684\u8b77\u58eb\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u300c\u6d2a\u9580\u5bb4\u300d\u6d3e\u5c0d\u9580\u4e8b\u4ef6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7dca\u96a8\u8457\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u300c\u52d5\u614b\u6e05\u96f6\u300d\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u6709\u8457\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u56b4\u53b2\u7684\u5c01\u57ce\u9632\u75ab\u653f\u7b56\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u57281\u6708\u767c\u73fe\u4e00\u5b97\u672c\u5730\u6e90\u982d\u4e0d\u660e\u611f\u67d3\u500b\u6848\u5f8c\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u518d\u4e00\u6b21\u5730\u95dc\u9589\u4e86\u9152\u5427\u548c\u6232\u9662\uff0c\u4e26\u7981\u6b62\u665a\u5e02\u5802\u98df\u3002\u6574\u68df\u4f4f\u5b85\u5927\u6a13\u88ab\u570d\u5c01\uff0c\u5c45\u6c11\u6578\u65e5\u4e0d\u5f97\u51fa\u5bb6\u9580\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u98df\u7269\u4e0d\u8db3\u6216\u5e02\u6c11\u88ab\u7981\u6b62\u5411\u5bb6\u4eba\u9001\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u7d93\u5be6\u884c\u4e86\u9023\u7e8c\u5169\u5e74\u7684\u81f3\u5c114\u4eba\u805a\u96c6\u9650\u4ee4\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u5c31\u662f\u7981\u6b62\u6297\u8b70\u96c6\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u7981\u4ee4\u7121\u7919\u9999\u6e2f\u5bcc\u8c6a\u7cbe\u82f1\u5011\u7684\u4eab\u6a02\u30021\u6708\uff0c\u7206\u51fa\u8d85\u904e200\u4eba\u53c3\u8207\u7684\u6e2f\u5340\u4eba\u5927\u6d2a\u70ba\u6c11\u751f\u65e5\u6d3e\u5c0d\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u7684\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u5305\u62ec\u653f\u5e9c\u9ad8\u5b98\u548c\u65b0\u4efb\u7acb\u6cd5\u6703\u8b70\u54e1\u3002\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u540d\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u78ba\u8a3a\u5f8c\u624d\u5f97\u4ee5\u66dd\u5149\uff0c\u800c\u653f\u5e9c\u624d\u8feb\u4e0d\u5f97\u5df2\u5c07\u9019\u4e00\u773e\u300c\u611b\u570b\u4eba\u58eb\u300d\u9001\u5230\u9694\u96e2\u8a2d\u65bd\u3002\u986f\u7136\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u666e\u7f85\u5927\u773e\u548c\u5bcc\u8c6a\u7cbe\u82f1\u5011\u662f\u6709\u8457\u5169\u5957\u622a\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u898f\u5247\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7d93\u6fdf\u5371\u6a5f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u6cbb\u6253\u58d3\u53ca\u75ab\u60c5\u7121\u7591\u5927\u5927\u5f71\u97ff\u4e86\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u30022020\u5e74\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u840e\u7e2e\u4e866.1%\uff0c\u800c\u7e31\u4f7f2021\u5e74\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u9810\u6e2c\u6703\u53cd\u5f486.4%\uff0c\u4f46\u7d93\u6fdf\u537b\u9060\u9060\u672a\u5b8c\u5168\u6062\u5fa9\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u5728\u75ab\u60c5\u7206\u767c\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u5df2\u7d93\u51fa\u73fe\u653e\u7de9\uff0c2019\u5e74\u7684GDP\u66f4\u662f\u4e0b\u8dcc\u4e861.7%\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u9999\u6e2f\u662f\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u5bcc\u6709\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u7136\u67091\/5\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u8ca7\u7aae\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u5931\u696d\u7387\u66ab\u6642\u9084\u662f\u6bd4\u8f03\u4f4e\uff08\u90e8\u5206\u6e90\u65bc\u79fb\u6c11\u6f6e\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u4eba\u624d\u6d41\u5931\u7684\u6d6a\u6f6e\u5c0d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u6709\u8457\u9577\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u800c\u7576\u9999\u6e2f\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u4f9d\u8cf4\u7684\u4e2d\u570b\u7d93\u6fdf\u9677\u5165\u66f4\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u53ea\u6703\u65e5\u76ca\u52d5\u76ea\u548c\u524d\u666f\u9eef\u6de1\u3002\u67d0\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u8aac\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u7684\u53cd\u9769\u547d\u6467\u6bc0\u4e86\u9999\u6e2f\u3002\u53cd\u9769\u547d\u662f\u7121\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u7684\u73fe\u5be6\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6211\u5011<wbr
