style=\"color: #000000;\">\u81f318\u65e5\u665a\uff0c\u6578\u767e\u5b78\u751f\u7a81\u7834\u8b66\u5bdf\u9632\u7dda\uff0c\u5982\u6f6e\u6c34\u822c\u6e67\u5165\u7acb\u9662\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u7fa4\u773e\u53f2\u4e0a\u9996\u6b21\u4f54\u9818\u7acb\u6cd5\u9662\u5927\u6a13\uff01\u52a0\u4e0a\u5728\u9662\u5916\u8072\u63f4\u7684\u7fa4\u773e\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u665a\u7e3d\u8a08\u8d85\u904e2,000\u4eba\u5230\u5834\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u4e26\u6301\u7e8c\u8207\u8b66\u5bdf\u5c0d\u5cd9\u81f3\u4eca\u3002\u4f54\u9818\u8005\u5806\u758a\u6905\u5b50\u5835\u585e\u7acb\u9662\u9580\u53e3\uff0c\u963b\u6b62\u8b66\u5bdf\u9032\u5167\u6e05\u5834\u3002\u5728\u6df1\u591c\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u8b66\u5bdf\u8a66\u5716\u9032\u5165\u7acb\u9662\u9a45\u8d95\u793a\u5a01\u8005\uff0c\u5e78\u800c\u793a\u5a01\u8005\u8fc4\u4eca\u4ecd\u80fd\u6490\u4f4f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u904b\u52d5\u6fc0\u8d77\u5168\u53f0\u4e43\u81f3\u4e16\u754c\u95dc\u6ce8\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u5a92\u9ad4\u5982\u300aBBC\u300b\u3001\u300aCNN\u300b\u7b49\u90fd\u7d1b\u7d1b\u5831\u5c0e\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u5728\u9ad8\u96c4\u5e02\u4ea6\u6709\u4e0a\u5343\u5b78\u751f\u7ad9\u51fa\u4f86\u8072\u63f4\uff0c\u9ad8\u558a\u300c\u9ad8\u96c4\u53cd\u670d\u8cbf\uff0c\u7167\u4eae\u7f8e\u9e97\u5cf6\u300d\u7b49\u53e3\u865f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<figure #000000;\">\u570b\u6c11\u9ee8\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u4e09\u5206\u9418\u5167\u5ba3\u5e03\u5167\u653f\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5be9\u8b70\u7d50\u675f\uff0c\u4e26\u4f01\u5716\u5229\u7528\u7acb\u9662\u7684\u512a\u52e2\uff0c\u5f37\u884c\u8868\u6c7a\u901a\u904e\u670d\u8cbf\u5354\u8b70\u5168\u6848\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u9ad4\u73fe\u4e86\u57f7\u653f\u653f\u5e9c\u5982\u4f55\u770b\u5f85\u81ea\u5df1\u6240\u8a02\u7acb\u7684\u300c\u6c11\u4e3b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u300d\u3002\u300a\u670d\u8cbf\u5354\u8b70\u300b\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u662f\u5f9e\u672a\u7d93\u904e\u4efb\u4f55\u6c11\u4e3b\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u5c31\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678\u7c3d\u7f72\u3002\u99ac\u82f1\u4e5d\u7e3d\u7d71\u66f4\u6307\uff0c\u4e8b\u5f8c\u518d\u9032\u884c\u7684\u516c\u807d\u6703\u662f\u300c\u6d6a\u8cbb\u6642\u9593\u300d\uff0c\u9ed1\u7bb1\u4f5c\u696d\u662d\u7136\u82e5\u63ed\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u8d85\u904e\u4e03\u6210\u4e94\u53f0\u7063\u4eba\u8981\u6c42\u9010\u689d\u5be9\u67e5\u670d\u8cbf\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u986f\u7136\u653f\u5e9c\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u662f\u5927\u8ca1\u5718\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u6eff\u8db3\u8cc7\u672c\u5bb6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u9867\u4e00\u5207\u5f37\u63a8\u5354\u8b70\u3002\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u6709\u95dc\u6c11\u773e\u6c11\u751f\u7684\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8abf\u5347\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\u7b49\uff0c\u537b\u9072\u9072\u5f97\u4e0d\u5230\u843d\u5be6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u653f\u5e9c\u8511\u8996\u6c11\u4e3b\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u4e0d\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4e86\u3002\u4e09\u5341\u5e74\u7684\u53cd\u6838\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u4e03\u6210\u6c11\u773e\u7684\u53cd\u5c0d\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e00\u6a23\u672a\u80fd\u963b\u6b62\u653f\u5e9c\u5efa\u9020\u6838\u56db\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u4e0b\u300c\u6c11\u4e3b\u300d\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u672c\u8cea\uff0c\u8981\u662f\u300c\u6c11\u4e3b\u300d\u59a8\u7919\u4e86\u8cc7\u672c\u5bb6\u7684\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u89aa\u8cc7\u653f\u5e9c\u5247\u6703\u8996\u4e4b\u70ba\u7121\u7269\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>\u670d\u8cbf\u7684\u300c\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u689d\u7d04\u300d<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u300a\u670d\u8cbf\u5354\u8b70\u300b\u5c31\u662f\u8cc7\u672c\u8207\u8cc7\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u904a\u6232\uff0c\u884c\u653f\u9662\u767c\u8a00\u4eba\u5b6b\u7acb\u7fa4\u66f4\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5354\u8b70\u662f\u300c\u81fa\u7063\u52a0\u5165\u5340\u57df\u6027\u7d93\u6fdf\u6574\u5408\u300e\u8de8\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u7d93\u6fdf\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\u300f\uff08TPP\uff09\u53ca\u300e\u5340\u57df\u5168\u9762\u7d93\u6fdf\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\u300f\uff08RCEP\uff09\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6e96\u5099\u300d\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u8aaa\uff0c\u5354\u8b70\u4e00\u65e6\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u7684\u8f38\u5bb6\u5c31\u662f\u5169\u5cb8\u7684\u52de\u82e6\u5927\u773e\u3002\u52de\u52d5\u8005\u8207\u9752\u5e74\u4e0d\u6703\u770b\u5230\u300c\u81ea\u7531\u7d93\u6fdf\u300d\u64da\u7a31\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u597d\u8655\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u662f\u5de5\u4eba\u4fdd\u969c\u672a\u4f86\u66f4\u53d7\u5230\u760b\u72c2\u7684\u53bb\u7ba1\u5236\u5316\uff0c\u5de5\u8cc7\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u689d\u4ef6\u56e0\u800c\u5927\u5e45\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u672a\u4f86\u52a0\u5165\u7f8e\u5e1d\u570b\u4e3b\u7fa9\u5e36\u9818\u7684TPP\u4e5f\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>\u4f54\u9818\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u8d70\u4e0b\u53bb\uff1f<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u5b78\u751f\u66ab\u6642\u63a7\u5236\u4e86\u8b70\u6703\u5927\u6a13\uff0c\u5728\u884c\u52d5\u4e0a\u9081\u5411\u52dd\u5229\u7684\u4e00\u6b65\u3002\u77ed\u77ed\u4e00\u5929\u7684\u4f54\u9818\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u6bd4\u6c11\u9032\u9ee8\u5718\u904e\u53bb\u6240\u6709\u5de5\u4f5c\u6210\u5c31\u66f4\u591a\uff01\u6c11\u9032\u9ee8\u5c0d\u4e2d\u5171\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u66d6\u6627\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u53ea\u63d0\u5021\u300c\u9010\u689d\u5be9\u67e5\u300d\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u4ee4\u5927\u9678\u5728\u7d30\u7bc0\u4e0a\u6709\u6240\u8b93\u6b65\u3002\u5728\u7acb\u9662\u88ab\u570b\u6c11\u9ee8\u64cd\u63a7\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f9d\u9760\u6c11\u9032\u9ee8\u62b5\u64cb\u300a\u670d\u8cbf\u5354\u8b70\u300b\uff0c\u7d55\u5c0d\u4e0d\u6703\u6210\u529f\u3002\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u6c11\u9032\u9ee8\u628a\u53f0\u7063\u5e36\u5165\u65b0\u81ea\u7531\u4e3b\u7fa9\u4e16\u754c\u58c1\u58d8\u7684\u4e16\u8cbf\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\uff08WTO\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u4f46\u7531\u65bc\u6b20\u7f3a\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u9818\u5c0e\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u672a\u6709\u5de5\u6703\u6709\u7d44\u7e54\u5730\u4ecb\u5165\u6297\u722d\uff0c\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u8b93\u5404\u6d3e\u8cc7\u7522\u968e\u7d1a\u653f\u6cbb\u52e2\u529b\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u5c07\u904b\u52d5\u5f15\u9818\u5411\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u8b70\u7a0b\u3002\u904b\u52d5\u96d6\u7136\u6709\u8457\u53cd\u8cc7\u672c\u58df\u65b7\u3001\u53cd\u5de5\u4eba\u525d\u524a\u7684\u9032\u6b65\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4ea6\u6ef2\u5165\u4e86\u53cd\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678\u4eba\u7684\u6392\u5916\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u547c\u7c72\u4e0d\u8981\u96c7\u7528\u5927\u9678\u5916\u52de\u3001\u4e0d\u8981\u62db\u6536\u5927\u9678\u5b78\u751f\u7b49\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u52d5\u54e1\u5354\u8b70\u7684\u6700\u5927\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005 \uff0d \u5de5\u4eba\u968e\u7d1a\uff0c\u547c\u7c72\u5de5\u6703\u5718\u7d50\u8072\u63f4\u4e43\u81f3\u767c\u52d5\u7f77\u5de5\uff0c\u5c07\u9b25\u722d\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u5b8c\u5168\u5ee2\u9664\u300a\u670d\u8cbf\u5354\u8b70\u300b\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u904b\u52d5\u63a8\u81f3\u53cd\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u9b25\u722d\u7684\u5c64\u9762\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
