\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6c61\u67d3\u897f\u9032<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u6539\u5584\u7a7a\u6c23\u8cea\u91cf\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u4eca\u5e74\u5c07\u6e05\u9664300\u5bb6\u9ad8\u6c61\u67d3\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u5c07\u524d\u5f80\u6cb3\u5317\u3001\u5929\u6d25\u548c\u5167\u8499\u53e4\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u653f\u5e9c\u8072\u7a31\u4e0d\u6703\u8f49\u5ac1\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4f46\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u6539\u9020\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5145\u8db3\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u7d66\u51fa\u7684\u627f\u8afe\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u73fe\u5be6\u4fdd\u8b49\u3002\u9996\u92fc\u96c6\u5718\u5c07\u92fc\u9435\u7522\u696d\u642c\u9077\u5230\u6cb3\u5317\u5510\u5c71\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u8f49\u5ac1\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u5178\u578b\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e5f\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u4e2d\u570b\u6771\u90e8\u5730\u5340\u300c\u6cbb\u7406\u300d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u666e\u904d\u624b\u6cd5\u3002\u4eac\u6d25\u5180\u548c\u9577\u4e09\u89d2\u5730\u5340\u505c\u6b62\u71c3\u7164\u767c\u96fb\u9805\u76ee\u5f8c\uff0c\u70ba\u4fdd\u8b49\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u96fb\u529b\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u7164\u96fb\u53ea\u80fd\u5411\u897f\u90e8\u5730\u5340\u8f49\u79fb\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u6771\u90e8\u4e00\u7dda\u57ce\u5e02\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u300c\u6e05\u6f54\u300d\u7684\u96fb\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u5c07\u5ee2\u6c23\u548c\u7070\u5875\u7559\u5728\u96fb\u529b\u8f38\u51fa\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2012\u5e74\uff0c\u88ab\u7a31\u4f5c\u300c\u4e2d\u570b\u84c4\u96fb\u6c60\u7522\u696d\u57fa\u5730\u300d\u7684\u6c5f\u897f\u7701\u5b9c\u8c50\u7e23\u7206\u767c\u8840\u925b\u98a8\u6ce2\u3002\u8d77\u56e0\u662f\u7576\u5730\u591a\u5bb6\u84c4\u96fb\u6c60\u5ee0\u6392\u653e\u7684\u925b\u5875\u5c0e\u81f4\u5927\u91cf\u5152\u7ae5\u8840\u925b\u8d85\u6a19\u3002\u5b9c\u8c50\u653f\u5e9c\u63d0\u4f9b\u512a\u60e0\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u90a3\u4e9b\u53d7\u5230\u6574\u6cbb\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u4f01\u696d\u5230\u7576\u5730\u5efa\u5ee0\u3002\u5728\u570b\u5167\u5916\u7d93\u6fdf\u4f4e\u8ff7\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u80fd\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9858\u5fb9\u5e95\u6e05\u7406\u9ad8\u6c61\u67d3\u884c\u696d\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u793e\u6703\u8ca1\u5bcc\u64cd\u63a7\u5728\u5b98\u50da\u548c\u8cc7\u672c\u5bb6\u624b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6539\u9020\u751f\u7522\u6a21\u5f0f\u6703\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u91cd\u653f\u5e9c\u50b5\u52d9\u8ca0\u64d4\uff0c\u8981\u60f3\u6eff\u8db3\u6771\u90e8\u57ce\u5e02\u9700\u6c42\u3001\u5e36\u52d5\u897f\u90e8\u5730\u5340\u7d93\u6fdf\u589e\u9577\u5c31\u96e2\u4e0d\u958b\u300c\u4e09\u9ad8\u300d\u4f01\u696d\u3002\u5982\u679c\u51fa\u91cd\u62f3\u6cbb\u6c61\u62d6\u4f4f\u4e86\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u8173\u6b65\uff0c\u96b1\u85cf\u5728\u5149\u9bae\u8868\u9762\u4e0b\u7684\u721b\u7621\u5c31\u6703\u66dd\u9732\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u6b0a\u4f86\u8aaa\u5176\u5f8c\u679c\u9060\u6bd4\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e16\u754c\u5de5\u5ee0\u7684\u6c61\u67d3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u897f\u65b9\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u570b\u5bb6\u8868\u9762\u4e0a\u64d4\u6182\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8a66\u5716\u5411\u9032\u53e3\u5546\u54c1\u5fb5\u6536\u78b3\u95dc\u7a05\uff0c\u537b\u96e3\u63a9\u5176\u507d\u5584\u9762\u76ee\u30021960\u5e74\u4ee3\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u767c\u9054\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u570b\u5bb6\u958b\u59cb\u5411\u5916\u8f49\u79fb\u9ad8\u6c61\u67d3\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u63a5\u6536\u5730\u3002\u64da\u7d71\u8a08\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u5f15\u9032\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u4e2d\u81f3\u5c11\u670920%\u5c6c\u65bc\u9ad8\u6c61\u67d3\u884c\u696d\u3002\u300a\u83ef\u723e\u8857\u65e5\u5831\u300b\u5831\u9053\u7a31\uff0c2006\u5e74\u4e2d\u570b\u6392\u653e\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u7684\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3001\u6c2e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u548c\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u5de6\u53f3\u4f86\u81ea\u8207\u7522\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5c07\u4e2d\u7f8e\u8cbf\u6613\u4e2d\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u6392\u653e\u7269\u8a08\u7b97\u5728\u5167\uff0c2006\u5e74\u7f8e\u570b\u5c0d\u9019\u56db\u7a2e\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u7684\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u5c07\u8981\u6bd4\u7576\u524d\u6578\u64da\u9ad8\u51fa6-19%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u53bb\u5e74\u7684\u9054\u6c83\u65af\u8ad6\u58c7\u4e0a\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u92c1\u696d\u8463\u4e8b\u9577\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u57f7\u884c\u5b98\u514b\u52de\u65af\u2027\u67ef\u83f2\u5fb7\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u884c\u696d\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u9032\u884c\u751f\u7522\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u7522\u80fd\u662f\u4e0d\u5408\u7406\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6c61\u67d3\u975e\u5e38\u56b4\u91cd\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u884c\u696d\u653e\u5728\u570b\u5916\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6548\u7387\u66f4\u9ad8\uff0c\u6c61\u67d3\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6703\u767c\u751f\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8981\u628a\u9019\u4e9b\u6c61\u67d3\u4f01\u696d\u6
