\u8ca7\u5bcc\u5dee\u8ddd\u7336\u5728<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u88d8\u9752\u3000\u793e\u6703\u4e3b\u7fa9\u884c\u52d5<\/p>\n<p>\u5c31\u5728\u96e8\u5098\u9769\u547d\u76f8\u5cd9\u4e4b\u6642\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u653f\u5e9c\u6276\u8ca7\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u63d0\u4ea4\u5831\u544a\u6307\uff0c\u8ca7\u7aae\u4eba\u53e3\u4e0b\u8dcc\u81f3\u767e\u842c\u4ee5\u4e0b<!--more-->\uff0c\u4e26\u7a31\u9019\u662f\u6276\u8ca7\u653f\u7b56\u300c\u521d\u898b\u6210\u6548\u300d\u3002\u5be6\u60c5\u662f\u6881\u632f\u82f1\u653f\u5e9c\u73a9\u5f04\u4fee\u8fad\u3001\u5c07\u6578\u64da\u89e3\u8b80\u6210\u6709\u5229\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\uff0c\u4ee5\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u529f\u5728\u793e\u799d\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u4f0e\u5006\u65e9\u5df2\u70ba\u6c11\u773e\u6240\u53f8\u7a7a\u898b\u6163\u3002\u8ca7\u5bcc\u5dee\u8ddd\u672a\u898b\u6536\u7a84\uff0c\u5bcc\u8c6a\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u4f9d\u7136\u7aae\u5962\u6975\u4f88\uff0c\u62fe\u8352\u8001\u4eba\u4f9d\u7136\u96a8\u8655\u53ef\u898b\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u7531\u65bc\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u548c\u6c11\u4e3b\u6b0a\u5229\u88ab\u525d\u596a\uff0c\u624d\u89f8\u767c\u4e86\u9019\u4e00\u5834\u53f2\u7121\u524d\u4f8b\u7684\u4f54\u9818\u884c\u52d5\uff01\u83ab\u975e\u6881\u632f\u82f1\u653f\u5e9c\u5929\u771f\u5730\u4f5c\u51fa\u300c\u5176\u5be6\u4f60\u5011\u751f\u6d3b\u5f97\u5f88\u5e78\u798f\u300d\u7684\u5317\u97d3\u5f0f\u5b98\u65b9\u5ba3\u50b3\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u4ee5\u6b64\u969c\u76ee\uff0c\u6d88\u89e3\u6c11\u773e\u7684\u6012\u706b\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8001\u6709\u6240\u990a\u3000\u61c9\u6709\u4e4b\u7fa9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u5e9c\u5831\u544a\u6307\u9577\u8005\u8ca7\u7aae\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u6539\u5584\u6700\u70ba\u986f\u8457\uff0c\u8ca7\u7aae\u7387\u4e0b\u8dcc\u81f3\u7d04\u4e09\u6210\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6240\u5ba3\u7a31\u7684\u8ca7\u56f0\u4eba\u53e3\u4e0b\u8dcc\u662f\u7531\u65bc\u6046\u5e38\u88dc\u8cbc(\u5305\u62ec\u9577\u8005\u751f\u6d3b\u6d25\u8cbc\u3001\u7d9c\u63f4\u4ee5\u53ca\u751f\u679c\u91d1\u7b49)\u767c\u653e\u5f8c\u624d\u4ee4\u4e09\u5341\u591a\u842c\u4eba\u85c9\u6b64\u52c9\u5f37\u64e0\u904e\u8ca7\u7aae\u7dda\u3002\u5047\u5982\u4e0d\u8a08\u7b97\u6046\u5e38\u88dc\u8cbc\uff0c\u6309\u653f\u5e9c\u81ea\u5df1\u5236\u8a02\u7684\u8ca7\u7aae\u7dda\u4f5c\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u8a71\uff0c2012\u5e74\u6642\u8ca7\u7aae\u7387\u70ba19.6%\uff0c\u800c2013\u5e74\u7684\u8ca7\u7aae\u7387\u662f19.9%\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u5169\u842c\u4eba\uff0c\u4eba\u6578\u9ad8\u9054133\u842c6\u5343\u4eba\uff01\u9019\u4ee3\u8868\u8457\u8cc7\u672c\u5bb6\u5c0d\u52de\u52d5\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u525d\u524a\u4e0d\u4f46\u6c92\u6709\u6536\u6582\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u8b8a\u672c\u52a0\u53b2\uff0c\u52de\u52d5\u74b0\u5883\u6bd4\u53bb\u5e74\u66f4\u60e1\u52a3\uff01\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u6276\u8ca7\u4e0d\u904e\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u8cc7\u7522\u968e\u7d1a\u5c08\u5236\u653f\u5e9c\u70ba\u4e86\u7c89\u98fe\u592a\u5e73\uff0c\u66ff\u8cc7\u7522\u968e\u7d1a\u5237\u5c41\u80a1\u4e4b\u8209\uff0c\u597d\u8b93\u793e\u6703\u5f9e\u7d19\u9762\u4e0a\u300c\u770b\u4e0a\u53bb\u6c92\u90a3\u9ebc\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9000\u4e00\u6b65\u8aaa\uff0c\u8001\u6709\u6240\u990a\u96e3\u9053\u4e0d\u662f\u793e\u6703\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u61c9\u6709\u4e4b\u7fa9\u55ce\uff1f\u7576\u4e0b\u5341\u500b\u9577\u8005\u4e2d\u4ecd\u6709\u4e09\u500b\u88ab\u653f\u5e9c\u754c\u5b9a\u70ba\u8ca7\u7aae\uff0c\u63db\u8a00\u4e4b\u6709\u4e8c\u5341\u4e5d\u842c\u8001\u4eba\u4ecd\u8655\u65bc\u8ca7\u56f0\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u50cf\u9999\u6e2f\u9019\u6a23\u4e00\u500b\u767c\u9054\u57ce\u5e02\u800c\u8a00\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6065\u8fb1\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u653f\u5e9c\u5be7\u53ef\u7528\u4e00\u5806\u67b6\u7240\u758a\u5c4b\u7684\u9ad8\u9f61\u88dc\u8cbc\u53bb\u6577\u884d\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9858\u610f\u843d\u5be6\u5168\u6c11\u9000\u4f11\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u4e00\u52de\u6c38\u9038\u4e7e\u6de8\u5229\u843d\u5730\u89e3\u6c7a\u8001\u4eba\u8ca7\u7aae\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53bb\u5e74\u9999\u6e2f\u670975\u540d\u8d85\u7d1a\u5bcc\u8c6a\u63a7\u5236\u845717,360\u5104\u6e2f\u5143\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\u672c\u5e74\u5247\u589e\u9577\u81f382\u500b\u5104\u842c\u5bcc\u7fc1\u638c\u63a7\u4e8626,583\u5104\u6e2f\u5143\u3002\u800c\u540c\u6642\u6b63\u5982\u524d\u6587\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u8ca7\u7aae\u4eba\u53e3\u5728\u6263\u9664\u653f\u5e9c\u96f6\u661f\u843d\u7d22\u7684\u88dc\u8cbc\u5f8c\u5be6\u8cea\u589e\u9577\u4e86\u4e09\u842c\u4eba\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u5178\u578b\u7684\u8ca7\u5bcc\u5dee\u8ddd\u7e7c\u7e8c\u64f4\u5927\uff0c\u968e\u7d1a\u77db\u76fe\u65e5\u76ca\u5c16\u92b3\u7684\u53cd\u6620\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u8def\u6613\u5341\u4e09\u96c6\u5718\u806f\u5e2d\u4e3b\u5e2d\u6d2a\u6c38\u6642\u4e00\u53e3\u6c23\u8cb7\u4e0b\u4e09\u5341\u8f1b\u52de\u65af\u840a\u65af\uff0c\u7e3d\u503c1.55\u5104\u6e2f\u5143\uff0c\u5275\u4e0b\u53f2\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u55ae\u4e00\u4ea4\u6613\u984d\u3002\u6d2a\u6c38\u6642\u5c07\u65bc\u6fb3\u9580\u6295\u8cc7\u540d\u70ba\u300c\u8def\u6613\u5341\u4e09\u300d\u7684\u8ced\u5834\u5ea6\u5047\u6751\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5c07\u6709\u516
