\u4e00\u540d\u8de8\u6027\u5225\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u88ab\u5bb6\u4eba\u8d95\u8d70\u800c\u7121\u5bb6\u53ef\u6b78\uff0c\u4e5f\u627e\u4e0d\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u5354\u52a9\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u5e87\u8b77\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e00\u807d\u5230\u5979\u662f\u8de8\u6027\u5225\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u90fd\u7acb\u5373\u639b\u65b7\u96fb\u8a71\uff0c\u6216\u8868\u793a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ea\u63a5\u6536\u5973\u6027\u3002\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u6848\u4ef6\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u6027\u5c0f\u773e\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u524d\u7dda\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u54e1\u90fd\u6c92\u6709\u53d7\u904e\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u8a13\u7df4\u8655\u7406\u6027\u5c0f\u773e\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u667a\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\u4e2d\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u5973\u6027\u7684\u66b4\u529b\u6578\u5b57\u4e5f\u5927\u5e45\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u667a\u969c\u5973\u6027\u88ab\u6027\u4fb5\u7684\u500b\u6848\u81ea2007\u81f32014\u5e74\u4e0a\u5347\u4e8640%\u3002\u5728\u9019\u4e9b\u6848\u4ef6\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c95%\u662f\u5973\u6027\uff0c73%\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u3002\u6771\u83ef\u4e09\u9662\u8f44\u4e0b\u82b7\u82e5\u5712\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u8f15\u5ea6\u667a\u969c\u7684\u5973\u6027\u601d\u60f3\u55ae\u7d14\u3001\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u9a19\uff0c\u906d\u5230\u6027\u4fb5\u72af\u4ea6\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u3002\u53ef\u662f\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u667a\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u6027\u6559\u80b2\u4e0d\u8db3\u3001\u50b3\u7d71\u5bb6\u9577\u7981\u5236\u667a\u969c\u4eba\u58eb\u63a5\u53d7\u6027\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u4e5f\u9593\u63a5\u4ee4\u9019\u4e9b\u5973\u6027\u8655\u65bc\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5bb3\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u793e\u6703\u8981\u7aed\u529b\u63a7\u5236\u5973\u4eba\u7684\u6027\u81ea\u4e3b\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u6027\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6559\u5c0e\u5973\u6027\uff08\u53ca\u7537\u6027\uff09\u4f55\u8b02\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u4e92\u76f8\u5c0a\u91cd\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u4f55\u8b02\u4fb5\u72af\u6027\u884c\u70ba\u3002<\/p>\n
